site's been fucked around a lot the last 15 years but particularly the last 3 or so it's just fallen apart, i fear posts prior to like 2015 and probably even later are just gone i don't really have any powers despite being a mod the admin revoked our backend access so i can't help really but the outlook is not great

On the afternoon of the 4th of December 2024, a hallowed candle was brutally extinguished. Yu-gi-oh!CardMaker creator and UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, better known to us as YCMaker, was shot and killed outside a New York hotel. Though the motive is currently unknown police have called it a "brazen targeted attack", which seems fair. Though a controversial figure in both his personal and professional life, it cannot be denied that his contributions to both this very website and the United States' renowned healthcare system have left a legacy that will endure beyond this dark day. In this time of mourning I ask that all posts for the next 24 hours be appended with "RIP YCMaker" to immortalise this date forever within the forum's bibliography. RIP YCMaker

Oh, that'd make sense.
Nowadays mod powers are nerfed to oblivion but there was a time when some admins were very close to admin level in permits, pretty much except for some things about the card maker's code.

ycmaker is the only one who can access the cardmaker backend and he is on another indefinite hiatus, odds he fixes it whenever he pops back in are also near zero anyway

AI Art is low effort low skill no care no soul, fastfood bullshit you can pump out in a mass quantity every second or in a rapid pace AI art is also ugly. AI Art is ugly very ugly watch this video to get what I mean and plus AI Art feels too cooperate and it feels like its getting pushed on alot of people and is being shrilled like crazy.
