King K. Azo
-A Saiku RP--Cohosted by Yui--Logo by Yui--Special thanks to Yui for helping with World Building (Again)- [spoiler=Rules]First and foremost, all YCM and RP section rules apply. That means no powerplaying, godmodding, etc. You know, obvious things that you should not do because you’re a decent human being. I, and by extension, any and all cohosts, have final say.I am the law. However, I can be lenient if you are calm and explain yourself well. If you do not post within several days for when you are needed to post, I reserve the right to move your character. If you do not post for two weeks, then I reserve the right to write out your character. However, I can extend the timeline if you have a valid reason, but you have to tell me.This is PG-16 to allow all kind of things to happen. Death happens, bad things happen, good things happen, stuff happens. Circle of Life, Circle of Death.[spoiler=Setting]In this world, there are many ways to become extraordinary. Maybe you were born with a power, or maybe you fell in radioactive waste. Perhaps an animal bit you, or you just know MAGIC. Some people use these powers to protect the innocent, to save the world... to be... heroes. However, a city that rests deep underground. Lowhaven is a gathering spot for those the rest of the world would call villainous, and answers to no nation. In a way, Lowhaven is almost like a nation of its own; they have their own government, economy, and more. There exist throughout the world various hidden entrances to the city, but these are very carefully guarded. Only those with a Lowhaven ID are allowed in, and earning one isn’t an easy task.In this city, they have schools, ones to teach those that have been cast away from society. They teach them the fine art...of how to be villains!! [spoiler=Database] (This will be updated as seen fit. Be sure to check back now and then) [spoiler=The City of Lowhaven][spoiler=ID Cards]In Lowhaven, your ID is everything. These cards are dispensed either when a Lowhaven citizen comes of age, or when an outsider has been deemed trustworthy by Lowhaven’s leading figures. They’re your proof of who you are, your key in and out of the city, and your bank account, all in one convenient card. Most devices that use Lowhaven IDs in the city require thumbprint approval, to prevent card theft by anyone who may have a shapeshifting ability.[spoiler=Credits]The currency of Lowhaven. Credits are not printed, and instead are stored on a Lowhaven ID card. Each individual is given a value based on their job, accomplishments, punishments, and more. At the start of each month, all cards are reset to their assigned value, preventing one from hoarding wealth, while also encouraging contributing to the economy and preventing inflation.(1USD = approx. 100 Credits)[spoiler=Crime]As it’s a city for “villains”, Lowhaven is of course no stranger to criminal activity. However, Lowhaven does not have a prison. Instead, criminals are punished by having the value of their ID lowered. This rewards smart villains by allowing them to trivialize their punishment, while encouraging bad ones to get creative. In the case of enough repeat offenses, or more serious crimes like murder, the offender may be kicked out of Lowhaven, have their card revoked, and receive a memory wipe that erases the city from their memories.[spoiler=Center Lowhaven High]Lowhaven is home to five high schools for those living within it; one in each compass direction, and one roughly in the center of the city. Center Lowhaven High, in addition to being the main setting of the RP, is - as its name implies - roughly in the center of Lowhaven. Students are provided an ID with Credit value just below that of a minimum-wage employee, and dorms to live in.[spoiler=Classes]There are 16 classes for your character to take, but they can only have 8. Classes are done 4 a day, and they will alternate each day.1st Period: Psychology, History2nd Period: Magic, Mechanics3rd Period: Art, Linguistics4th Period: Theatrics, PE5th Period: Software, History6th Period: Chemistry, Physics7th Period: Math, Biology8th Period: Power Management (Mandatory)Only one period can be a free period, and only one can be a student aide. Lunch is served between 2nd and 3rd period, and 6th and 7th period. [spoiler=Faculty][spoiler=Headmaster]HeadmasterThe villain simply known as Headmaster serves as headmaster of the school. He is cheerful and laid back, loving to give orders to both teachers and students alike. He doesn't take complaints about his school seriously, especially when it comes to the extreme methods of some of his staff. Seems to have a large collections of spells at this command. [spoiler=Vice Principal]N. OxThe head of a very powerful and deadly criminal organization that is responsible for dealing biochemical drugs and arms, he also serves as the vice principal. While the Headmaster is more lenient and mostly orders the students around, N. Ox is head of disciplinary action, and he will not hesitate to strike down a student he deems rebellious.Has a mysterious Soul based power, which allows him to teleport, and wield mystical energy that is different from magic. [spoiler=Chemistry Teacher]RichardRichard is the Chemistry Teacher, one that is feared among the five schools of the city of Lowhaven, to the point he is banned from teaching at the other four schools. The only reason he can even teach here is because he and Headmaster are close friends. A powerful mage, his teaching method consists of 1/10th lectures, 1/10th experiments, and 8/10ths bombarding his students with the elements he is teaching about. [spoiler=Mechanics and Software Teacher]Dr. CageyDr. Cagey is a genius with machines, having created armies of robots and a wide plethora of gadgets. This makes him valuable to the villain community, despite not having any powers. He is a bit of a coward, but he truly has the interest of passing his knowledge to the next generation. Many of his machines help around the school, and he has a large fortress within the city. [spoiler=Biology Teacher]IblisA fallen angel, no one is exactly sure how he became a teacher, or why he even agreed to teach in the first place. He is referred to as "Apprentice of Evolution" and he is very good at manipulating DNA. Besides the obvious power of flight, he can summon lesser demons and conjure flames. [spoiler=PE Teacher]BloodstoneBloodstone is the PE teacher, which in her class, also includes combat training for the inevitable day when her students must face off with heroes themselves. She's a particularly harsh and bitter woman, and is noted to despise all things that have to do with "unevolved" people with no powers to speak of. Will push her students to the breaking point, then keep pushing. Possesses the power to generate and manipulate crystals that are formed from the blood, water, and salt in her body. [spoiler=Art & History Teacher/Art Club Leader]HitlerUnknown to the general public, Hitler did in fact have a superpower. He had the power to hypnotize the masses with his speeches, although it only worked in person, and on weak willed individuals. The Headmaster, realizing this, decided to perform a forbidden spell that tore Hitler's spirit from Hell. He is now a spirit that teaches history and art, and also runs the school's art club. He seems to have a grudge against anyone from the old Allied Forces, and is noticeably meaner to people from those nationalities, although he is kinder to blond haired and blue eyed individuals. [spoiler=Psychology Teacher]The GlobeThe Globe has the uncanny power to stop time, but only for five seconds. This is his first year as a teacher, and he wants to do his best. This does make him liable to messing up, however, and he'll usually stop time to get his bearings. [spoiler=Magic Teacher]DepartedDeparted is a lich constantly on the search for greater magical power. While she continues her own eternal studies, she's opted to teach the magic classes in Center Lowhaven High in an attempt to feel alive again after a few centuries of not feeling that way at all. Her personality these days is as devoid of life as she is, and she generally doesn't like bothering others, or being bothered by them, unless it's directly related to her magical research. She doesn't take her teaching duties very seriously, one may imagine, since her assignments are half-assed, her rules are barely enforced, and it's not uncommon for her to not even show up at all. [spoiler=Theatrics Teacher]CarnivileCarnivile was a shoe-in for the spot of theatrics teacher; her powers are ultimately unimpressive. She has sharp teeth and gills, and... that's it really. Carnivile is a villain who's remembered less for the crimes she commits and more how she does them. She's one of those "the world is a stage" types, and has every intention of being in the spotlight any time she does something. She's her own biggest fan. [spoiler=Physics Teacher]DeadvoltDeadvolt takes her work seriously. Be it teacher work, villain work, or science work, when Deadvolt does something, she doesn't goof around with it. She expects the same from her students, and is very liberal about disciplining anyone who steps out of line. Deadvolt initially wanted to be teach mechanics, but her desired position was filled by the time she was able to get a job interview. As one might expect, she's pretty bitter about it, and isn't overly eager to get friendly with Dr. Cagey. Deadvolt has the ability to generate high amounts of electricity, but the range that it can travel outside her body is only a few inches. Her real power is technology, since as long as her gadgets only need electricity to function, she can theoretically use them indefinitely. [spoiler=Math Teacher]The Lobster MobsterThe Lobster Mobster is a man who believes that if he wants something done right, he has to do it on his own. Not really much of a team player, but a cunning man who will stretch as much as he can from his benefits, while doing everything in his power to minimize his losses. A notably crusty old man, The Lobster Mobster is a penny-pincher and a swindler. Seeing as he believes experience is the best teacher in this world, he isn't afraid to con his own students to teach them a thing or two about being the ones to con others in the future. In addition to his lobster-like physiology, The Lobster Mobster has the power to command aquatic creatures. He keeps an octopus named Vitale in his classroom as both a teacher's assistant, security, and just in general an extra set of hands... er, tentacles. [spoiler=Linguistics Teacher]AfterthoughtGangster-gone-seductress-gone-succubus, Afterthought was born with the power to drain the life force and memories of whoever she makes physical contact with. Thirsting for the power of demons ultimately ended with Afterthought becoming similar to one herself, though she lacks any demonic power to speak of, short of lesser shapeshifting, only being able to alter herself as long as her general appearance is the same. Due to having absorbed memories all across the world, Afterthought is fluent in most if not all known languages, and combined with the memories of several politicians, gang leaders, and telemarketers, she was a shoe-in for teaching the youths of Lowhaven just how much impact words can have when used properly. [spoiler=Power Management Teacher]True FormGreixIn a past time, Greix had all the certifications to be a proper final boss. Of course, she was sealed away at the height of her power, until Headmaster went on a search for the ruins of her lair, to bring her in as a power management teacher. As one might expect from being sealed up for a few centuries, Greix is a girl with a general disdain for mortal life, well-deserved arrogance, and little to no tolerance for failure. She's just the kind of person Headmaster wanted as the teacher that would push Center Lowhaven High students to improve their powers. [spoiler=Fight Club] NightwolfShe is the P. E. teacher for the second years, so she won't interact too much with the first years. However, she is also the Fight Club leader. She's a hot blooded, bad tempered werewolf. She has a device installed into her eyes that simulate the full moon, allowing her to transform at any time. [spoiler=The Cafeteria Man]Robbie RottenNo one knows much about Robbie Rotten, except he likes to sing, and he is one hell of a good cook. It's even debatable if he actually has powers, as no one has seem him do anything extraordinary. He is, however, a Master of Disguise. He is also the kindest teacher, one who cares for the students unconditionally, and is well liked among the teachers, being almost like a mascot of the school. [spoiler=School Nurse]Iron MaidenIron Maiden is not a hospitable school nurse, but few are able to work with her raw efficiency. An advocate for the evolution from human to machine, she makes up for what would otherwise be a lack of powers with several cybernetic enhancements. More machine than human by now, any student that gets sent to her office will be given a quick injection of healing nanomachines and sent on their way, generally with an offer to upgrade the student in question. She's quite proud of her upgrade operations, which only have a 0.1% mortality rate. [spoiler=The Disciplinary Committee]A group of students meant to 'keep the peace' around the school, but in fact, only enforce the petty laws and blackmail the clubs into giving them their money.[spoiler=The Head of the Committee]HachiA fourth year, he commands the Committee and has a lot of the school under his thumb. He knows the Headmaster cares not, and only avoids the more... unstable teachers. He will stop at nothing to make sure the school follows his rule and his alone. [spoiler=The Weakest Link]"There's a universal solution to all the difficulties life gives you. It's called death."Name: Zoe PerriAge: UnknownSex: Female[spoiler=Appearance]Height: 5'6"Weight: 133 pounds[spoiler=Personality]Zoe is a girl who wants nothing more out of life than an end to it. To her, life simply isn't worth living anymore, and she'd be happiest in an afterlife with her body buried underground. Nothing impresses her. She's never happy, or even content. She won't act like she is either; Zoe isn't a happy camper, and it shows. Everyone sucks at everything, and Zoe will remind everyone just why they suck at everything and tell them how to get good. She doesn't expect them to succeed of course. That would imply she has any form of expectations for others besides "They're going to die someday and funk up everything they do along the way". Zoe quite enjoys the morbid guessing game of trying to predict how somebody will eventually die.Being so fixated on death, both her own and those of everyone around her, it's not really a surprise that Zoe has no regard for life or safety. If it's more convenient for her that somebody dies, she'll see to their death herself, and she's the sort of person who will "accidentally" lose her parachute if she goes skydiving, or any other small mishaps that would absolutely end in her dying. If challenged to a fight, Zoe will stand her ground and fight, especially if she's impossibly outnumbered or out-powered. On the other hand, she has no interest in fighting people she perceives as being too weak to actually win the fight. Given she tends to think everyone around her has even less intelligence than a fossilized turd, Zoe deeming somebody worth her time is pretty rare.By her account, the only thing that keeps Zoe from going completely off-the-rails insane anymore is "what minimal satisfaction I can still derive from this wretched life". She has a small soft spot for any form of creative pursuit that lets her express herself, having a particular knack for painting and poetry. While never exactly a chipper sort, the best time to talk to Zoe is when she's painting or writing, as she'll at least be slightly less hostile and disdainful. She isn't too keen on receiving criticism for her work though, as she does poems and paintings entirely for herself, and they aren't really meant for others. Unsurprisingly, Zoe's work tends to be rather morbid in nature.Despite attending a villain school, however, Zoe doesn't exactly come off as evil. She's no hero either of course; Zoe acts only out of her best interests. Those interests involve telling people to stop being so incompetent, expressing herself creatively, and ideally, dying.[spoiler=Biography]"Nice try. People who ask about it have a remarkable tendency of disappearing with Zoe for days at a time.Openly opposes Hachi's methods of running the Disciplinary Committee, but has no desire to run the show herself.Among the Disciplinary Committee's members, Zoe is the one responsible for reporting activities to Headmaster and N. Ox, though her reports are usually more her venting about "incompetent idiot partners who can't think their way out of a paper bag" than actually reporting about rulebreakers and the punishments handed out to them. Will fight dirty if she gets violent. Usually aims for the eyes and throat.Member of the Art Club. Robbie Rotten is their club head.[spoiler=Newspaper Club]A dead club awaiting revival. Headed by N. Ox [spoiler=Important Locations][spoiler=Mr. Kaching's Place of Illegal Things]This is a place where you can buy things like food, movies, porn, weapons, all the good stuff.[spoiler=The Outer Rim]Outside of Lowhaven, there are many underground tunnels that lead to many places around the world. These caves are filled with giant monsters and hidden secrets. Most people don't go there as it's too easy to get lost. [spoiler=Known Heroes][spoiler=Speedy Hero] Quick Step Spunky, chivalrous, and kind to all, Quick Step is everything you imagine a hero to be. His super speed allows him to take care of problems quickly and efficiently. He enjoys posing and taking pictures with his adoring fans. It helps that they could never catch him if they got rowdy. [spoiler Sentai Hero] Shatter Man A mysterious man with mysterious powers, he appears on the scene like a stream of light, fights off the bad guys, striking a pose before rushing off to save more people. He keeps mostly to himself, but can be seen teaming up with Quick Step at times. [spoiler=Force Hero] Universal Force One of the most powerful heroes, considered number four, underneath the Infinite Triad. Has the power to push out anything, and pull anything to him. He is a bit detached from humans, and travels through space a lot. [spoiler=The Triad] The three most powerful heroes in the world. They are like heads of the Superhero community, and when they team up, something big is going down. [spoiler=Energy Hero] Taiho She has the power to fire energy from her body. She is considered the wisest member of the triad, and the kindest. She has no patience for evil or for those that disregard the safety of others, putting her at odds with her fellow member Sol Shenlong [spoiler=Eastern Hero] Sol Shenlong The most powerful known hero, he is what people call the bare minimum hero. Some would not call him a hero, but a weapon to point at the enemy, as his punching strength is strong enough to decimate a city in one punch. He is hot headed and would love to go into battle with just fist swinging, putting him at odds with his fellow member Taiho. [spoiler=Ultimate Hero] No image available. He travels the world, solving problems, and then disappearing like the wind. It's sad when a true crisis befalls the land, he returns, but no one outside of the Infinite Triad and a few select heroes and officals even know what he looks like. [spoiler=Infernal Hero]BlazeA city girl with a short temper, a big bone to pick with villains, and a pyromaniac streak a mile wide, Blaze is a pyromancing hero who takes matters into her own hands. When she wants to go in and fight the bad guy, she's going in and fighting the bad guy, and if she needs to lay down some collateral damage to get the job done, that happens to be her specialty. Seems that her fire is super-effective against demons and the like, and that they're the source of her power.[spoiler=Courageous Hero]ColliderWhen life hits hard, you get up and keep going. When life hits really hard, Collider will be there. A soul as generous as she is fearless, Collider will square off with nearly any opponent with no fear of their powers, simply because most powers can't harm her. Having the ability to briefly maintain all of her kinetic energy in a collision - effectively making herself invincible - Collider has been known to throw herself into some pretty nasty attacks to save fellow heroes and civilians alike. Collider is noted to not enjoy media attention, but her name still comes up fairly often, as she takes her hero work seriously, both fighting villains and aiding civilians in other times of need. As such, a lot of the "news" stories about her are simply stories civilians share about their encounters with her, with only the selfies taken with the hero to serve as proof. Refuses to wear a mask during her heroics.[spoiler=Hardware Hero]Tranzhumanz #6Initially picked to be turned into a cyborg supersoldier for the Nazi army in WW2, as well as being the first and only successful iteration of her kind, Tranzhumanz #6 was put on ice for a while when she rebelled, since killing her was proving too difficult. When she resurfaced in modern times, the German government - after a while of suspicion - retrofitted her old prosthetics with newer, more powerful versions, and sent her off to keep the peace. #6 works with robotic efficiency, but is noted to be pretty reluctant to fight if she can help it. Not that she's in any way a pushover once she's gotten started.[spoiler=Healing Hero]MistA hero with a highly potent healing aura and vast regenerative capabilities, Mist is a relatively new hero, but one who has made sure to see her name spread as she burst onto the hero scene. In addition to her healing, Mist's athleticism makes her a difficult opponent to beat once and for all. If anything, sustained and/or repeated fights only encourage her. Common speculation on social media points to Mist being a grade-a masochist who would happily take a bullet, knife, or wrecking ball for an ally, or just because she can. Very happily.[spoiler=Plague Hero]NoxiousA young Noxious was on the hot road to villainy once upon a time, using the ability to create disease-filled gasses to either force people to do her way, or leave them cripplingly ill. She changed her ways when her own family got sick (unrelated to her activities) and she realized what she was putting people through purely for her personal gain. Now she only uses her powers rarely, and even then, takes care not to use them near civilians, and only near villains that deserve it. She admits that she misses the sight of people keeled over and in great pain from her power, but in her own words, "A girl can still daydream".[spoiler=Armory Hero]ForgeknightForgeknight is an up-and-coming new hero, and leader of a small team, with a potent ability. She has the ability to conjure any type of weapon she wants, but her weapons shatter after one use, and she's unable to summon the same thing in rapid succession. This effectively leads Forgeknight's fighting style to be one that changes rapidly and to match the situation at hand. Seems to look up to heroes such as Collider who do more than just fight villains, and aspires to be like them. She's a little bit greedy, and easily motivated by money. In a team with: Acid, Bonesaw, Doorman[spoiler=Skeleton Hero]BonesawEvery group of heroes has that one guy. The one that you sometimes wonder if they really are a hero, but ultimately, they do the right thing. Bonesaw is that guy. Boasting the power to protrude bone spikes from various places across his body, Bonesaw is somebody who excels in fights where he's outnumbered, and prefers to work independantly of the other members of his team.In a team with: Acid, Doorman, Forgeknight[spoiler=Toxic Hero]AcidAside from her reptilian physiology, Acid has one ability of particular note. Her teeth and nails secrete a potent acidic substance, which her body is resistant to. Using her natural dexterity and acidic nails makes her a dangerous opponent in close-quarters combat, while fighting from afar will simply allow her to spit her acid from a safe distance. She's a rather snarky girl, with a tongue every bit as sharp as her teeth, but she typically means well.In a team with: Bonesaw, Doorman, Forgeknight[spoiler=Phasing Hero]DoormanWhen you're Doorman, nothing is out of reach. Possessing the ability to phase through solid surfaces, Doorman is elusive in fights and withdrawn outside of them. He places great value in his allies, who he'll go above and beyond for, but doesn't seem like he really wanted to be a hero in the first place. He'll do it anyway, of course. In a team with: Acid, Bonesaw, Forgeknight[spoiler=Application]Name: What do we call you?Age: Try to be around 14-16Sex: Obvious is Obvious [spoiler=Appearance] A picture with height and weight will suffice, but if you wish to describe your character, try to be at least a paragraph. (GigaDrillBreaker)
App completed.[spoiler=The Marble Machine]"If you are just doing this 'villainy' thing because you think it will be an easy way to get rich, you'd be better off getting a funking job."Name: Patton GrisailleVillain Alias: RiptideAge: 16Sex: Male, and I swear to funk if you call me effeminate you are getting a marble in the skull.Birthday: April 7th[spoiler=Appearance:][spoiler=Personality:]For his entire life, Patton has wanted to do 1 thing: move. The world is an ever-changing entity, and to stay still is to ignore the very laws of nature. The way he sees it, the advent of powers, heroes, and villains is just the natural progression of this process. Even so, some people who are lucky to have power squander it for various reasons: greed, fame, false concepts such as evil and justice. He sees through all that bullshit. His motivation for his rise to villainy is simple: he is a prophet of that change. If the heroes win, and 'evil' is stamped out completely, then that is the end of progress. The world will fall into complacency, and humanity will forget what it is to grow. And so, he strives to be the strongest being in the world. Not a hero, not really even a villain. His goal is to be a nemesis of the world, so that he can force an arms race of similarly-powerful individuals. It isn't a goal born of morality, nor of desire. His purpose in life exists solely as a result of frenzy. The way this translates into his personal life, is that everything he does shares the purpose of making himself more powerful. When deciding upon classes, he chose those that would give him the greatest overall boost in strength, as quickly as possible. He is quick to challenge others, not because he is inherently competitive, or even because he wants to win, but because he knows that pushing his own capabilities is the most effective way to increase them. If he sees someone who is strong, his immediate compulsion is to be stronger than them. This often causes him to butt heads with similarly-headstrong individuals, and he isn't above using violence or brute force to accomplish his goals. In conversation and personal interactions, he is bold to a point, as he sees no point in subterfuge when the shortest distance between two points is a straight line.[spoiler=Biography:]When he was a small child, Patton didn't actually live in Lowhaven. He lived in the regular world, in a regular city. He used to watch the TV to see whatever the heroes were doing, what big monsters they managed to save the public from, all that jazz. Honestly, it blew his mind. He had these dreams that he would use his power (though at this point it was quite weak) to become the greatest hero the world has ever seen, so that whenever a powerful villain arose, he could stamp it out, and save the day like he saw in the news. He trained on his own from that point forward, advancing his Slipstream ability so that he could use it to throw small objects (albeit not much faster than he could just throwing normally).ALL THAT CHANGED when the fire nation attacked when his father got promoted to work in upper management in his company. As it turns out, Patton's father worked with some very unsavory people, and this promotion led them to move to a certain underground city known as Lowhaven. Put simply, Patton was terrified. Though he didn't previously even know the city existed, he was quickly informed that it acted as a home for all things evil and villainous. Considering what he saw on the news of villains, what is down her must be horrific. Upon moving in, however, Patton was nothing but disappointed. Everyone here, despite calling themselves villainous, was just so... normal. They were afraid to go to the surface, afraid of the battle that Patton so yearned for. It was then that he decided that he no longer wanted to be a hero. There were plenty of those already. No, he was going to be a villain. A villain like no other.[spoiler=Power:]Power Name: SlipstreamPatton's body is surrounded by an invisible bubble, that extends 8 centimeters outward from him. Within this field, he can propel solid objects (he cannot move liquids or gasses) in any direction that is parallel to the surface of his skin. The longer an object travels, the more speed it gains, so he can accelerate a projectile along various paths around his body before firing it down the length of his arm. With enough focus, he can push supersonic speeds with objects small enough, including his choice weapon of marbles, which he carries several of in his pockets.Notably, this ability does not ignore Newton's third law of motion, unlike most other forms of telekinesis. This is to say, that any force he exerts on an object through use of his power, is reflected back on his body in the opposite direction. What this translates into is that, when he fires projectiles down his arm, his arms suffers from recoil, similar to that of a firearm (greater, actually, since many modern firearms absorb much of the energy in blowback mechanisms).Slipstream also has the special attribute of multiple levels of use. By 'shifting gears' Patton is capable of increasing his power output greatly. The higher the gear, the more force he can output, and the more complex of maneuvers he can perform. That said, the amount of physical energy required to use his power ramps up with each gear as well, turning him into more and more of a glass cannon as he shifts upward. Additionally, he cannot skip gears while shifting upward, and needs to be exerting the maximum possible force for his current gear before shifting upward. The below information will be continuously updated as Patton reveals the various applications of his power.[spoiler=Gear 1]Maximum Force Output: 40 NewtonsTechniques:-Slingshot: By moving objects along the surface of his body, he can accelerate them to high speeds, before launching them as projectiles. The less mass a projectile has, the higher the speed he can fire it at, but heavier objects obviously have greater stopping power.[spoiler=Classes:]1st Period: Psychology2nd Period: Mechanics3rd Period: Art4th Period: PE5th Period: I get to be late to school every other day? funk yeah, I'll take this one free for sure.6th Period: Physics7th Period: Biology8th Period: Power ManagementAfter School: Fight Club[spoiler=Misc. Astolfo
”Just ca’ you ‘n’ I are both villies doesn’t mean I’m on your side, but it also don’t mean I won’t help ya out… for some cash, of course~♫” Personal Information Goes by: Rain Mirren / ”The Merchant” Age: 16 Birthday: November 20 Gender: “Check for yourself, why don’tcha~♫” [spoiler=Appearance] Rain stands at around 153cm tall and weighs in at roughly 46kg. Usual attire is just about as revealing as the above picture, with the only sort of additional ‘coverage’ being the jacket. [spoiler=Personality]Money. Money, money, money. All about money. In this world, the only thing that could even begin to come close to the size of Rain’s overwhelming greed would be his cunning. With a life involving constant interactions of cutthroat work, he wouldn’t bat an eye at using underhanded tactics to maximize his income. Years have also given him a sense of caution towards picking targets as well. Fools are quick to part with their wallet, but making enemies of the smart would be dangerous. Similarly, despite the potential income, the risk means Rain is averse to gambling, preferring the steady, reliable income of his work. However, he’d be glad to offer a hand with any service one could desire - as long as they named a suitable price. After all, money is king. Due to his approach to life, he usually has issues with getting close to people. Friendship is an unnecessary complication towards business. While he would be amiable to avoid conflict, he would not waste further effort unless it would help business. Why does Rain desire money so? The short answer he’d be willing to give is money makes the world go around. The rush of power and command he feels from his immense wealth is as addicting as the extremely expensive alcohol and cigars he regularly consumes. Because of his distaste for Lowhaven’s digital currency system which has a built-in reset, Rain always stockpiles his excess money in the form of more whisky and smoke the day before. Similarly, his plans at Lowhaven are nothing more than to learn more tools for his trade and perhaps find potential business ventures. … Or so he’d say. Despite his manipulative and unhesitatingly criminal personality that he displays, Rain has more sides to him he would not show for any price. For they cover deep wounds that have still yet to heal. And twisted and horribly misshapen as they may be, he still has a form of morals. Unfortunately for most of his victims, money trumps his morals any day. The biggest being his aversion towards first-hand murder. Eight years had done little to make him any better at stomaching the murder of another - not that it would stop him as long as he was paid enough. The only other half of his morals regard exploiting the weak and/or poor. He himself had once been in that situation after being banished dishonorably by his family, it leaves a bad taste in his mouth. This is made worse by the fact that since those sorts of people have no money themselves, operations usually involve murdering them for their organs to resell on the black market. However, just like with the last, for a high enough price, Rain will bury his stomach to get the job done. Even Rain’s desire itself to earn money in the first place stems from another secret point in his past. After being brutally exiled from the syndicate his family was a part of directly because of his own parents’ decisions, a burning, dark resentment had began to fester within him. Sharpening that hatred into strength, he was determined to prove that he would not need them to be successful, even if he himself wasn’t strong physically or morallessly. Rain would begin a mad journey of greed that spawned from his resentment, but would snowball into something much larger as he grew drunk off both the rush of power and his addiction to his coping mechanisms of alcohol and nicotine. Yet… even despite all that, somewhere, within some small corner of his blackened heart, lies a regretful yearning for the life he used to have, and the recognition he had never received. ”Money cannot be sin, nor can anything with money be sin. Everything is for money, and money is for everything.” [spoiler=Biography]Born into one of the influential international villainy syndicate families as the youngest, Rain’s childhood was… different, to say the least. He was taught to fight, shoot, deceive, blackmail, and more, in addition to training the power over portals he had been born with. However, the boy had shown a pathetic lack of aptitude for the physical side of crime, much to the disappointment of his expectant parents and other families. At eight years old, he was ordered to kill his first person - captured from a rival syndicate. This was their last hopes of getting him to harden up a bit more, for he was too soft in the eyes of many. He was to shoot the restrained man in the head. After much hesitation and eventually a threat that he would be kicked out if he didn't comply, he fired the gun, looking away as it did its deadly deed. Shortly after, he vomited, and those gathered left in their own disgust at this completely un-villain-like child. Considered a failure and a reject, he was kicked out, the decision being most strongly advocated for by his very own family and their standing. A burning resentment grew within Rain, despising them for everything they stood for. And although he would never admit it, he had also felt a tinge of sorrow. For the next two years, he funneled the hatred into an ironclad determination, focused on learning how to control crime from behind the scenes, as well as just what his powers could do. Slowly but surely, he began to draw the interest of others in the crime and villainy world once more. Rain knew himself well enough that while he could not solo commit crime, he could complement many existing others amazingly, and thus began the life of a mercenary at ten. Expectedly, this drew a few laughs, but those who did were left behind as he began to snowball. Over the next five years, he built up the name of “The Merchant”, offering any service - for a few pretty metaphorical coins. However, in the crime world, killing and exploitation of the weak was unavoidable, and usually even welcomed - directly going against the morals which were second only to his revenge against his family. This time, resentment grew once more, but not towards his family. It was to Rain himself. In order to achieve his goals, he would have to permanently and irrevocably bury the second-most important thing in his life. Disgusted with himself and drowning in guilt, he turned to alcohol and nicotine to cope, his sanity wearing away. He knew that his heart was too blackened for redemption, but he was prepared to go to hell - if he could drag down his family with him. As the sixth year eventually drew near, he stumbled upon Lowhaven, hearing about its reputation and name frequently. The first and most dislikable thing about the town was the usage of Credits. For someone whose greed was unmatchable, giving up the existence of tangible money in return for digital, invisible currency left a bitter taste in his mouth that was second to only his guilt. Even so, he begrudgingly acknowledged the existence of many infamous villains and criminals - potential business partners. Upon discovering the existence of the school, Rain had initially scoffed at it. A school for villains? What a load of hogwash. Why the hell would a villain need a school? However, after investigating further and discovering more on what the school actually taught as well as their legendary staff, Rain relented somewhat. Perhaps by joining, he could gain even more knowledge for better business ventures in the future. Somewhere within him, he realized his goals for this school would only continue to drive him deeper into darkness. But to hesitate when he was this far into the abyss meant nothing… Or so he would convince himself, as he shoved those thoughts into the same locked corner of his mind he had crammed his guilt into. With that out of the way - for now - Rain made his decision to enroll in Lowhaven High.Combat Information [spoiler=Power]Macrocosmos Rain Mirren has the power to understand and manipulate a higher-level dimension that most other beings are completely unable to even perceive. Similar to how a theoretical two-dimensional being would be unable to comprehend the existence of the third dimension, most beings are unable to even begin to fathom the nature of this higher-level dimension. While it is primarily used for storage, it can also be used in active combat, both attacking and defending. Currently, only ten items can be stored. All items that enter the portal once it opens and before it closes are grouped under ‘one’ item. So for example, if ten baseballs were thrown and one single portal ate them all, they would only count as one. But if they were thrown one into each portal (so ten portals), then they’d count as all ten. A portal can be opened near instantaneously anywhere in Rain’s range of touch. Larger portals take longer, but a portal around the size of a large dinner plate can be formed in 0.1 seconds. Portals can be closed instantly at his will as well. However, a neat trick he can do is select an object for a portal to devour. By doing so, the portal will follow the object until it stops moving and then devour it instead of just staying within his touch range. Once it catches up, the portal itself will fold over the entirety of the object and swallow it up. To dump objects held within the alternate dimension, he simply opens a portal the same way and ejects them from the storage. He can either gently let them out or propel them up to around 45 meters a second (approx. 147 feet a second) at maximum. Creating a portal takes no noticeable energy whatsoever, however, keeping the portal open for longer than a few seconds will begin to continuously drain at Rain’s stamina. The portals themselves have no suction power whatsoever and will simply remain until Rain manually closes them. An important thing to note is that living objects cannot enter the portal. For instance, if someone swung a sword and a portal intercepted its trajectory, the sword would enter until the hand reached the opening of the portal, but then stop. The person would simply feel as if their hand met against the edge of an immovable barrier. Lastly, an incredibly important thing to note is that when the portal is closed, anything that gets caught within the mouth will be cut through, regardless of its composition or other properties. This is due to the fact that the portal is ripping through space itself and thus is the ultimate conceptual cutting blade. His power is highly desired for his unparalleled mobility in transport of - often illegal - goods. Not past making some easy money with his power, he can often be found through asking for “The Merchant.” Because snide remarks about his height can lead to a fierce price markup, those who wish to employ his powers quickly learn to hold their tongue. King K. If I do. One word. Bloodmancy. So, basically, you have four options for each period. The two options provided, being a student aide (although that will only come out if you manage to win favor with a teacher) and a free period. You can only have one period that is a free period and one period to be a student aide. Does this make sense?

Super Chaos Sonic
[Deep breathing intensifies] I...I'm gonna take interest in this. Dunno power yet, and at this point, it doesn't matter. I'll at least see how well this does. Villain #1...here I come! [spoiler=File Overridden]"Okay, your computer is literally screaming at me. What the HELL where you doing on this?!?" Personal InformationName: Victor "Vic" McCoyAge: 15Sex: MaleDate of Birth: March 22nd[spoiler=Appearance:]Height: 5'3"Weight: 103 lbsDepicted above is Victor's general appearance. The glasses, however, aren't normally worn on a daily basis or 24/7. Rather than that, they are merely to help him read and nothing more.[spoiler=Personality:]Victor may seem like the type of guy to be quite the intellectual, the type to think that they're higher than their peers and feel themselves as superior than them. This...sadly isn't the case, as much as he wishes this to be. While he is an intellectual, he can't bring himself to act in the manner that would degrade his fellow villains. Rather he actually does what he can to help them with things they don't specifically understand. He feels its his duty as a fellow uprising villain to help his peers in order for them to be the best they truly can. Could this be a trait he inherited from his hero mother? It's a strong possibility, but he doesn't care. Although usually calm and collected, due to his powers as a technopath, Victor tends to be protective (almost over-protective) over the different technology he uses. This is only because there are some he actually enjoys having conversations with, specifically his phone's A.I., a female he's given the nickname "Serenity". Regardless, he takes the care of each piece of technology he uses in his daily life with extreme care and often chastises others for their own things pretty much neglecting them. [spoiler=Biography:]"People praise and worship heroes on a daily basis...blissfully unaware of the pain that these so-called heroes inflict on those they care for." Victor McCoy was born to a small family in the U.S. and unbeknownst to him, his mother was actually a superhero. She was known as "Blonde Bomber", a woman who had the ability of explosive punches. Victor didn't do a lot of research to know about the specific information, but it didn't matter. Either way, he lived life with his father while his mother was always "working late"...obviously working as a superhero. Still, it was a life that Victor didn't mind at all. He enjoyed life with his family, even though he never saw much of his mother, it was a good life for him nevertheless. Soon, however, when he turned eight, Victor learned the truth about his mother being a superhero. And from that, he also learned that he too had powers and was a meta-human. Though, unlike his mother, he found out that he was a technopath and always played with his own powers to learn how to get the hang of them. Knowing now that his mother was a hero and that he had powers, he had one thing on his mind: "I'm going to be a hero, just like my mom!" Then the incident happened, when he turned thirteen. Victor was staying at a friend's house and found out from his parents that his father was at the wrong place at the wrong time. A group of armed robbers struck out at a bank and his father was in the midst of a hostage situation. The entire time, Victor was hoping and praying for his mother to get there to stop them and save his father. ...But she never came. On that day, Victor lost his father and his faith in heroes. The young boy was devastated that he lost his father, but his attitude would soon become worse when he found out the reason his mother wasn't there: she had an affair. Victor found out in the weeks that followed, that his mother...no...the "Blonde Bomber" had been seeing another hero by the name of "Morningstar", a hero with light based powers. When this came to light, he began to hate and despise her. She couldn't save his father...because she was having an affair with a damn hero. This was the turning point in Victor's life. If THIS was what it was to be a superhero...then he wanted no part of it. He'd be the opposite if anything...a villain perhaps. He surprisingly got the chance when a strange individual approached him. This chance came to him as he was doing a bit of hacking on his laptop, doing his best to try and find out somewhere that villains would gather. There was always talk of a place like this, but he wanted to know in order to join them. Before he could find the portal that would give him what he wanted, a strange individual appeared to him and gave him the ticket to this location...an ID for Lowhaven. Thus...Victor McCoy's villain journey began! The mask on his face comes built in with a voice modulator, allowing him to change his voice at it's wearer's leisure. His costume also comes with a small over head backpack, allowing him to store his tools and even gadgets in. [spoiler=Powers:]Technopath (Technology Manipulation): Victor is able to control, create, and manipulate technology, technological constructs, computers, robots, hardware and other devices that can be termed as "technology". This type of power allows Victor to have physical interaction with machines, or even a psychic ability that allows mental interface with computer data. He can control the flow of intricate machinery and can allow them to assemble or disengage their programming at will, as well as operate most technology just by touching or looking.[spoiler=Classes:]1st Period: History2nd Period: Mechanics3rd Period: Free Period4th Period: PE5th Period: Software6th Period: Physics7th Period: Student Aide8th Period: Power Management After School Club: Newspaper Club/Exploration ClubMiscellaneous InformationVictor's Theme | Hacking Theme | Battle Theme (Alternative)Victor's name is taken from two separate characters in the Marvel universe who are quite intelligent: Victor - Victor Von Doom/Dr. Doom, McCoy - Henry McCoy/Beast"Override" was actually the 2nd alias he thought of for himself. [spoiler=Nine Inch Nails]"You best be careful, sug...otherwise I'll have to nail you to the wall~" Personal InformationName: Mandy Leona (Birth Name: Amanda Curie)Age: 16Sex: FemaleDate of Birth: September 1st[spoiler=Appearance:] Height: 4'13"Weight: 91 lbs Yes, depicted above is Mandy's general appearance. With this being a school for villains, she figures there wouldn't be too much of a dress code and therefore, wouldn't have a violation of it by wearing this. Also, she's always seen wearing her cat hat. She doesn't like to part with it much...if at all. [spoiler=Personality:]Before her bit of a heel turn, back when she was Amanda Curie, she was a bit shy and the type of girl who kept to herself and did what she could not to upset her parents or incur their wrath. Back then, she was quite timid and very careful to watch out for the eggshells so she wouldn't step on them. But that was before. That was her old life... Nowadays, Mandy is an independent young woman who can take care of herself without anyone's help, especially if they're heroes or just the common filth of powerless humans. She likes to try and get what she can from anyone, by any means necessary. Flirting? That's one way. Straight up beating someone up? Would also work in her favor. The only thing she won't do is go full on for anything risqué apart from the overly sexualization of the way she dresses and how she tries to work her feminine whiles on others. She has some self-worth in her to that point at least, just not wanting to be like her mother in anyway in that manner. She absolutely idolizes Bloodstone and to that end, she's done what she can to mimic her personality to some extent, but at the same time keep her own individuality. After all, the world doesn't need a second Bloodstone...but at least someone who agrees with her sentiments and ideology. [spoiler=Biography:]"Oh please. You don't want to know about a nobody like me. Trust me, it isn't anything grand." Before there was Mandy Leona, there was Amanda Curie, just an average girl in an "average" home. Her mother was an exotic dancer and her father was a straight up drunkard, so this was the fantastic place she was being brought up in. Her father was a deadbeat and could never hold a job and had her mother work as much as she could at her own job just to cover for his lazy ass. Between them, Amanda could only connect with her mother and it really upset her the way her father treated her. But what could be said, especially when she was also beaten if she spoke out of line. And this treatment got even worse when her powers developed. At six, Amanda discovered she was able to manipulate her nails in quite a strange way. While her mother didn't mind this, her father on the other hand, was furious. He had said countless times before whenever he saw superpowered individuals on the the TV that he absolutely hated them and wished they'd all just drop dead. From what Amanda could tell, her father was just one of the many people who had a strong distaste for those with powers and from what else she heard, these type of people would also go on witch hunts to try and kill these people. And when her powers developed, Amanda was scared for her life, as when her father found out, he treated her like an abused dog. Within a second, Amanda's life was changed, when she struck at her father...shooting a nail on accident at his left leg. After this, she fled in fear...she now was alone. But it was here she discovered something else: humans in general...were a despicable lot of creatures. And this would be more emphasized further down in her life... She did her best to live on the streets by herself, using her new powers to try and get by and even changing her name to keep herself away from that damned man. Through the years as she grew, the newly named, Mandy became a petty thief. She stole to survive and used her powers to try and get ahead in life. It was during this time in her life that she started following the sightings and the newstories about a certain superpowered woman known by her codename: Bloodstone. Something about this woman intrigued Mandy greatly. Was it the fact that she was a strong, independent woman? Was it that she was a stone-cold killer? Or was it the fact that in her eyes, humans were only one thing: sheep for the slaughter or even property for those with superpowers. Truthfully, Mandy knew that it was most likely a combination of all three and this vision shook her to her very core...so much so that she modeled herself after this Bloodstone. Mandy did what she could to pinpoint where her idol tended to stay and was approached by a stranger, who gave her just the opportunity to meet her idol...all she had to do was come to Lowhaven and enroll in a school for villains. What other option was there? She'd be an absolute fool if she said no. Villain InformationAlias: Hangnail[spoiler=Costume:] Oddly enough, the costume that Mandy has for her is just a suit with a nice little suit jacket/trench-coat. The only thing that isn't available in this costume, is literally the elf ears, but that's it. The costume/suit is taking homage from Bloodstone's style of fashion and she felt she wanted to imitate it in her own sort of style. The twin pistols are on her hips, only there if it's absolutely necessary, but the fingerless gloves she wears do happen to help her out with her powers, giving her access to her nails. Finally, she likes to wear her trademark cat hat with her at all times, so yeah, it'll be there around the outfit as well. [spoiler=Powers:]Chelokinesis (Nail Manipulation):Mandy is able utilize her nails in quite the unconventional way. She is able to manipulate/alter them in the manner of shape, growth/length, density (either to make them break off easier or incredibly durable), sharpness, or even use her nails as projectiles. KatnissGod
Gonna proudly take the spot of Second Huge WIP App done. [spoiler=My Second Chill illusion Master]"Not everything is real, you know. But that's what makes illusions so much fun." Character Name: Alex "Damn Brat" Nathanielson Age: 16Sex: MaleAlias: King of Hearts[spoiler=Appearance] Height: 5'8 Weight: 132 lbs [spoiler=Personality]Alex is a well-known mischief maker around his neighborhood, most likely for the fact that he's made a habit of scamming and stealing from anyone who lives around fifty meters from him. He likes doing this to check how gullible the "average" person is, and likes to put this info up against the strength of his illusions, trying to find out a way to increase the length, power and efficiency of his illusions. Doing this makes him somewhat of a perfectionist, which is what he believes he needs to be in order to fully master his art of illusions, and make him the perfect illusion artist. He is quite cunning, intelligent and somewhat violent, usually foul playing, tricking, and at times manipulating, humiliating and fighting others. This is solely for the fact that he's bored about... ninety percent of the time, and these acts give him the most satisfaction. Fortunately for him, he is constantly getting little to none punishments for these acts, thanks to the creativity and thought put into these acts. Though, the lack of punishments has made him laid back and therefore doesn't tend to give a damn whenever he does something wrong. [spoiler=Biography] Alex was born into the Nathaniel Family of Illusion Masters; one of the richest and most famous family in Lowhaven. They were mostly famous thanks to the acts of Alex's dad. He is known as King of Spades, a man who had the ability to put his foes in a trance of ecstasy before making them kick the bucket. Alex didn't have to read the news to know that he was great. So after he married Brooke Clover, an illusionist who could make people reveal even the darkest of their secrets, and had Alex, it's obvious that great fame and fortune awaited him. With that, it was obvious that his parents were gonna shove illusions up his throat until he could make one that his they could deem "good". And he did. But he wasn't happy. In fact, he resented his condition. He hated all his fame and fortune. He didn't want to be famous just because his family was. He wanted to be famous for his acts; for a being a great villain. [spoiler=Powers]IllusionsAlex has the power illusions on his side. To put it simply, he can make someone see, hear, feel, smell and taste something that's not there. The extent and outcome of the illusion depends on his emotions. The happier he is, the more freely he can create and manipulate them. The more depressed, the more sadistic and short lived they are. And the angrier, the more uncontrollable and large they are. There are also times where people are so strong minded they just ignore them and see them for what they really are. This, however, is a rare instance, and tends to only happen after one sees around fifty illusions. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
[spoiler=Bloody Mary]Name: Mary BourqueAlias: Bloody MaryAge: 16Gender: Female[spoiler=Appearance]Mary stands at 5'4" and weighs 120 pounds. The outfit seen here is obviously not her casual wear but it's in a similar vein. She does not have the spear as well. [spoiler=Personality]Mary most of all wants to have fun. This usually wouldn't be an issue except that her idea of fun is...less than normal. Her idea of a good time is to cause, and receive, as much pain as possible. She is both a sadist and a masochist in the worst ways as she delights in her pain about as much as other's. Unhinged is a gentle way to explain Mary's mental state. She can be calm, quiet, and polite, one moment. Then change at a drop of the hat to giggling while stabbing someone. She's intelligent, however, and knows far too well that her actions, even in a place such as this, could land her in some serious trouble. She has the capacity to manipulate others and is quite a good actress when she wants to be. Granted she often doesn't really mind letting a bit of craziness slip out. She also knows that she isn't the most physically capable and so she has learned to work with others to reach her goals. Though for her working with others is less about team work more about making it seem like she cares about her team mates so that they don't immediately turn on her.She avoids direct confrontation when she actually wants to win at something and prefers fighting when her opponent doesn't realize they have started fighting in the first place. [spoiler=Biography]Mary's father was a businessman who was well known for doing whatever it takes to close a deal. He was a cold and calculating man and even his marriage was only done in order to get close with the woman's father, an extremely rich man, and when his wife realized what she had gotten into tried to leave. Which resulted in an unfortunate accident.Mary was given quite a lot as she grew up which made her not question some of the actions the man took. She was always a rather unusual girl, though she didn't realize just how much until her teenage years. There was magic in the girl. And madness. While experimenting Mary realized that she was able to manipulate her own blood. She immediately began to study magic and how it worked, secretly practicing her new art.In the meantime she was starting to grow up. Starting to be useful to her father. He would often employ her to help convince rather stubborn potential business partners. She enjoyed the manipulation but she developed a disgust for the piggishness and lack of creativity in the people she was directed towards. She passed the time imagining the many ways she could kill them and eventually her imagination broke into reality. Her father was extremely upset at the loss of a contact and at the money he had to drop to keep her out of trouble. He kept her under lock and key after that. Only letting her out when necessary and making sure she was supervised when doing her job. This caused a frustration to grow in the girl. Knowing killing her father would be a much harder thing to pull off. Without his money and connections it would be impossible to stay out of prison. So she left. For a city she knew would be more accepting of someone with her mindset. Her last name was fairly well known, given her father's influence, but for the people of Lowhaven the important factor was the unusually silent way another influential man vanished after spending a night with her. [spoiler=Powers]Blood Magic (Bloodmancy/Hemomancy): Mary is capable of manipulating blood. As long as it's spilled, and her own, she can bend it to her will. She can move it, harden it, and even expand it to a certain extent. This means she can use it to grab things or to use as a piercing or slashing weapon. When using it as a weapon the tip and/or edge is usually especially hard and sharp. It's overall not hard enough to provide much protection from direct attacks but it can lessen the blow. Though the amount of blood she can manipulate at once is limited and, as of now, she can only use blood of her own that is outside her body. She intends to nurture this power to extend to blood of others and, eventually, blood that is still inside one's body, but as of now she can only use her own. Yui
[spoiler=Bloody Good Time]"Hero. Villain. It's all the same, really."Name: Camille Leroux (Birth name: Lorelei Harlow) Alias: Camille Leroux Age: 16 Gender: Female [spoiler=Appearance]Height: 5'3"Weight: 119 pounds [spoiler=Personality]Camille is a girl who knows exactly what she wants, and usually, she knows just how to get it. A good word to describe her could be "self-indulgent", with her own wishes coming first and foremost in her list of priorities, no matter what she may have to do to see them fulfilled. However, as much as she's willing to sacrifice others for her own gain, Camille isn't a particularly ambitious sort. She'd boast without hesitation that she's very well capable of going on to become god-empress of the world, but she really doesn't want the entire world in her hands, so she has no intent of trying to conquer it. Likewise, she doesn't care about having an insurmountable fortune, or enforcing the idea of "might makes right" - a phrase she very much believes in - or any other particular goal. Camille's only major goal in her unlife is to make it hers. She'll do her thing, her way, and whatever role she wants someone else to play in it, she'll see to it that they end up playing it. She dislikes the use of brute force, however. Camille thinks solving problems through raw power is barbaric and thus below her, and prefers to get her way through charms and wit. She'll fight if she must of course, since in her eyes, it's the strong that deserve to rule, but she's more a fan of mental strength than physical. As such, Camille will ideally not only take what she wants from someone, but make them want to give it to her, by use of a silver tongue and a quick wit. Be they ally, enemy, or otherwise, one should expect Camille to go through any conversation with flattery and charm, even if she only believes half of what she says at most. Besides her weaknesses as a vampire, however, Camille does have one particular pet peeve. People who think they're doing the right thing (or even worse, not doing the "wrong" thing) just because their morals say so. Camille, for one, doesn't believe in such a weak excuse for restraining oneself, and can't stand when people hide behind it like a shield. If Camille were to become a more ambitious sort, she'd likely aim to erase the concept of morality, leaving only the law and one's limitations as the only excuses to not live the same self-indulgent lifestyle Camille strives for. Of course, once she managed that, she'd likely aim to erase law as well, creating a world where the strong live to satisfy themselves at the expense of the weak. Such a world is her ideal one. And one without the sun of course. funk that thing. [spoiler=Biography]For someone who wasn't born a vampire, Camille sure is proud of her new "heritage". Lorelei Harlow was born human, the same as just about anyone, daughter of a villain that used magic to take what was hers, as well as what wasn't. Lorelei's mother was a necromancer, and a pretty powerful one at that. When Lorelei was old enough, her mother started instructing her in necromancy as well. The young girl was a good study, but the style of magic didn't quite click with her. Lorelei would find her true calling as she continued to grow. Along with necromancy, her mother taught her what she could teach about how the woman got by in the world. Caring for others just for the sake of it would do no favors; it was a man-eat-man world, and Ms. Harlow was one who planned on doing the eating. Eventually, she was the one that was eaten, almost literally. Lorelei's mother, having a promising young apprentice in her daughter at her side, grew too confident in her necromancy. She wanted to use her power over the undead to control a vampire, and eventually managed to track one down. Ms. Harlow died that night. Lorelei was turned into a vampire that night. Her memories were altered, and the name Camille Leroux given to her by the vampire that turned her. Camille's life as she knew it disappeared, and overnight became a false tale. A story where she was risen from the grave by a vampire, and gifted with vampirism herself. One where she was taught necromancy by her master over the last fourteen years, as well as the meaning of "might makes right" and how to be a proper vampire. The fledgling vampire was soon brought back to the vampire's true home, as rumors were beginning to get around about just what her new master was. That home was Lowhaven. Living in a city under the ground where the sun couldn't reach her was a decision Camille was completely fine with. It was a place with little to no morals, and loosely-enforced laws. To Camille, who put her own needs above those of others, and believed it was the most powerful and cunning who deserved to be on top, it was as perfect a home as she could ever ask for. Camille got used to life in Lowhaven rather quickly, and soon after arriving in the city, voiced her concerns about learning necromancy to her master. It didn't suit her tastes, and she wanted something that worked out better for someone who relied more on guile and wit. And so, Camille was taught other forms of magic. She dabbled in a bit of this and a bit of that, and eventually got herself enrolled into Center Lowhaven High. With this recent enrollment, and the school having a class specialized toward magic, Camille is fairly certain she'll find just the right type of magic for her. [spoiler=Powers]Vampirism: Camille is a vampire. This comes with mostly benefits, but some considerable weaknesses as well. As a vampire, Camille classifies as undead, meaning that although her biological functions have mostly ceased, thus stopping her aging and removing most mortal needs, she's still walking around like any other person. Vampires in particular are agile and stronger than they look, able to use their sharp fangs in combat to rip through flesh in addition to their heightened senses, but although a vampire can be rather powerful, they have some distinct shortcomings. Most infamously, vampires will burn in sunlight, and must drink the blood of others to sustain themselves. Various other legends regarding the weakness of a vampire, such as garlic, flowing water, and holy objects, seem to be nothing more than old wives tales. Of course, seeing as Lowhaven is underground, even the sun isn't an issue for Camille. Magic: Camille has casually been studying magic since before entering Center Lowhaven High. She initially studied to be a necromancer, and still dabbles in the art from time to time. However, Camille's true forte lies in stealth-based magic. Making herself invisible or silent, briefly paralyzing targets, and other forms of magic that encourage working from the shadows, are Camille's preferred types of magic. ~*Winter*~
Time to scribble something down. 悪の授業をはじめろ! [spoiler=見えない、聞こえない :: Shizuka Anju / Peekaboo] 「子供じゃねえよ...」 Dialogue Color: #250044 [spoiler=Personal Information]Name: 静 闇樹 / Shizuka Anju Age: 15 Gender: Female, probably. [spoiler=Appearance:] Height: 90 cm || 3'1" Weight: 31 kg || 68 lbs Hometown: Chiba Prefecture, Japan History: Anju has always been more than just a handful. She is directly responsible for the death of her father and her mother’s paralysis. When she was 8 years old, she activated her sphere while her parents were driving her home from another school interview. She didn’t do it on purpose; she was playing with her toys in the back seat and she didn’t control the size of her sphere. They were T-boned by another car after blindly driving through an intersection, and her father and the other driver were killed instantly. Her mother received a spinal injury that paralyzed her from the waist down. Anju herself, somehow, received no injuries, save for a few scratches. She wandered off after the accident, following a stray cat she saw. Without her father in the picture, money was difficult for the family. To make ends meet, her mother tried, unsuccessfully, to resort to villainy, but was promptly caught and placed on house arrest. Meanwhile, Anju didn’t have a care in the world, despite what happened around her. Her mother tried enrolling her in Hero Prep schools, but she was expelled within days. It took a long time, but somehow, Anju was passed through middle school, despite bouncing around so many times per year. When it came time for high school, her mother’s caregiver took her to different academies focused on helping the girl become a functioning member of society. However, Anju wandered off, and left the caregiver behind. She broke into multiple stores and stole mostly sugary foods, while also managing to get into jewelry stores and expensive places, taking bright objects that caught her attention. However, she got bored of them quickly, and would leave them on the street outside. After about two days of wandering around and sleeping almost anywhere, she somehow ended up wandering into a Lowhaven entrance. No one ever saw her enter, and no one knows how she managed to slip past the security undetected. It took about five days for security to catch her. It took an enormous amount of junk food to keep Anju’s attention long enough to get a story out of her. With the basic jist of what she said, they found the story about her father’s death. Not really keen on sending her back to the upper world, she was given a Lowhaven ID and enrolled in Center Lowhaven High. Her Credit value is particularly low, due to her constantly losing her ID card and having to get it replaced. Lucky for her, having to visit so many times, the entire office knows who she is. Language: Japanese, some English Personality: Anju takes nothing in life seriously, and it only interested in her own, mostly mundane, goals. Goals such as taking the food that you have because it looks good, regardless of whether she’ll actually like it. Or perhaps you have something shiny and new. Even if it’s useless to her, she wants it. And nine times out of ten, she’ll throw it out once she’s done with it. If someone is particularly protective towards a certain item or group of items, that makes those items all the more interesting to Anju. Her entire worldview is very child-like, and her actions and motivations represent that. She doesn’t seem to have any kind of long term goal in mind when it comes to attending Lowhaven high. It’s debatable whether she even realizes she’s at a school for villains, or what being a villain even entails. With her short attention span, Anju is easily distracted, and may wander off at random times. Even in the middle of combat, if she catches sight of something that interests her, like a stray cat, she’ll walk away to interact with it. Sweets are a very strong motivator for her. If there is a reward of any kind of candy, she can focus on a task up until she is given candy. Not the specific candy she was promised, either; any candy will do to break her focus on a task. Anju’s speech is short and succinct, generally opting to speak only single words or short phrases. However, ever so rarely, she will blurt out something long and complicated, to the surprise of most people. While it’s unknown whether she has the capacity to remember people’s names, she refers to other classmates by a simple defining adjective. For example, if someone were to have canine-like qualities, she would more than likely refer to them as 「犬ちゃん」. The girl also tends to get herself in trouble with other people, generally through causing mischief or doing something that another person might not like. No one knows whether she does these things on purpose. Hobbies: Literally anything. Miscellaneous Info:When Anju walks, she makes no sound whatsoever. Her movement is completely silent. Which means she's very good at inadvertently sneaking up on people.Quiet, but very expressive. If there's a thing that your character doesn't like being done, Anju is 99.9% likely to do the thing. For example, petting someone's head.[spoiler=Villain Information]Alias: ピーカブー / Peekaboo [spoiler=Powers:]Name: 感覚遮断 「かんかくしゃだん」 / "Sensory Deprivation" Description: Sensory Deprivation allows Anju to create a 5m radius sphere with herself at the center, in which no light or sound can travel. Everyone within the sphere can neither see nor hear. Including Anju, of course. The Sphere: The sphere that Anju creates is emitted outwards, with the center of it being her body. More specifically, it is emitted from either eye. She can choose which eye, but it makes no difference which eye is used. The sphere, when created, is only 4 centimeters wide, but will double its size every eighth of a second, reaching its maximum diameter of 10 meters in only 1 second.Within the sphere, absolutely no light or sound can travel, rendering sight and hearing completely impossible. From the outside, the sphere appears completely black, absorbing all light that hits it. It is intangible, however, and can be walked into as easily as it can be walked out of. Additionally, only one sphere can be created at a time, and it lasts anywhere from 5-10 minutes.Absorption Details: The sphere completely blocks out most forms of energy, not just light. Specifically, it blocks out most wavelengths on the spectrum, but high wavelength energy such as gamma radiation can pass through the sphere. Sound within the sphere works in an odd way. The compression waves normally formed in a sound medium are absorbed into the sphere immediately after forming, eliminating all sound within the sphere. The sound waves are transmitted to the outside of the sphere, however, and those who are not within the sphere will hear everything that's going on as if they were listening to a speaker.Additional Abilities Enhanced Durability: Anju might be small, but she can take one hell of a beating. Almost like how a 3-year-old can split her head open on the fireplace and still keep playing like nothing happened. Anju can shrug off most injuries, even being thrown into a wall doesn't faze her.Enhanced Speed: Anju's body is small, but that just means there's less of her that she needs to move. If she's properly motivated, she can move nearly three times as fast as anyone else. However, she's only shown this speed when there's candy involved.Near Perfect Memory: Often using her powers to cause mischief, she's gradually developed an impressive memory capacity. She can remember exactly where everything was when she activates Sensory Deprivation, and can move around through her sphere as if she could see.Stats Power - ★★☆☆☆ Speed - ★★★★☆ Defense - ★★★★☆ Skill - ★★☆☆☆ Teamwork - ★☆☆☆☆ Range - ★★★☆☆ Power Mastery: C Fighting Style: Within the S.D. sphere, opponents that don't have a way to know their surroundings are at a severe disadvantage. Anju doesn't really "fight," per se; she prefers to keep dodging until the opponent gives up. Because she's practically invisible when fighting, evasion is not an issue for her. Weakness: Anju doesn't really take anything seriously. She lets her guard down very easily if she thinks she's won, and tends to underestimate opponents who initially fall for her sphere's gimmicks. Additionally, she can't see or hear while within her sphere, just like anyone else. She relies on her enemy being predictable in their attacks, and she herself is predictable in her dodging habits. Mr. Hyde
[spoiler=Ayyylmao]"The cold of space...I almost miss it"Character Name: Vix'us Py'hrtAlias: Black NovaAge: 15Sex: Male[spoiler=Appearance]Height: 7'4"Weight: 200lbs [spoiler=Personality:] On his home planet, Vix'us tended to be considered an optimistic individual in the eyes of his people, always willing to learn new things. However, due to his mistreatment on this planet, he has become a harsh and untrusting individual. He tends to be a bit jumpy around new people as well, and tries to defer from talking, as he is not completely confident in his abilities to speak the native language of those on Earth. Vix'us also has no intentions of befriending any human that doesn't see eye to eye with his newfound ideals. Those ideals being that he seeks nothing now but the destruction of humanity as a whole, unbeknownst to those around him of course. [spoiler=Biography] Vix'us was born across the stars, millions of galaxies away from the planet Earth, to a noble race of extraterrestrials known as the Vol'thoo'marans. One his home world, during the age where he was growing up, his planet existed in a perpetual state of peace. Blue Vol'thoo'marans coexisted with their fellow Red's, and they both pursued in the art of knowledge together. They were by no means a race built on violence or war, although past struggles had seemed to deem the contrary. A few years before he was conceived, they had finally mastered the art of hyperspace, able to now travel the stars in an instant. Vix'us grew up, wanting to become a cadet in the planetary expedition force. He was schooled how to fly single person ships, and engage the hyperdrive in his first year of learning. However, on his first assignment to explore a new galaxy, Vix'us found himself inputting the wrong coordinates, and whisking himself off to some unarchived planet in the Milky Way Galaxy. He completely wrecked his shuttle, unable to send a distress beacon. Thankfully, this planet was oxygen fresh, although it tasted a little muddied. Unthankfully, however, he was scooped up almost immediately by the natives of the planet, and taken away to one of their secret facilities. Their, he was treated like some kind of animal. They had no sympathy for a child who just washed up on their planet. Instead, they decided to cut him open, sew him back together, too see what made him tick. Under these atrocious, and vile conditions, something deep inside his Vol'thoo'maran blood boiled, and the next thing he knew, he was set free. His body now drenched in a flame like substance, that cowled his body, somewhat like a cloak. The building that had tortured him until he lost track of time was now up in blue flames. He was tired, but extremely happy that his captors were all burning away. It was then that another being, similar looking to those who had captured him in the first place, gave him a card, and asked Vix'us to follow him. He was taken to Lowhaven, a place where people who were mistreated above ground to reconcile and grow below. Vix'us decided then and there, that this world would be conquered in the name of Py'Hrt...a new colony for the Vol'Thoo'Maran. [spoiler=Powers:] Vol Fire - A source of power long since forgotten in the race of the Vol'thoo'maran. It takes the form of a light blue fire, but contains no burning properties, unless wished so by the user. Instead, it takes the form of pure energy, and force. It can be used as shields, and can also be used to lift himself from the chains of gravity. Vol Fire can be released from his eyes, hands, and feet. When exposed to radiation from heavenly bodies, Vol Fire can take on a different natures, depending on the intensity and type of radiation he is exposed to. When exposed to slight Lunar Radiation, his fire takes that of a reflective property. In Yellow Sun Radiation, the force of his fire is multiplied twice. The Vol Fire has also encompassed itself around Vix'us, providing him with an outer shell of dense energy. It can be chipped away at to reveal the flesh underneath, but it's very hard to do so. Slight telepathy - The Vol'thoo'maran have very simple vocal chords that allow for chirps, so instead they communicate through the wavelengths of mind that have developed at a more rapid pace. This does not give Vix'us the ability to read minds, rather just to communicate through them. However, in Lowhaven, it is seen as a blight on the name of villainy. Glenn can't help but smile as he parades around the city among all of the doom and gloom villains. Glenn loves to crack jokes too, and some of them have almost cost him his life in this town. Glenn is also rather curious about the going's on in the world outside of Lowhaven. He loves the idea of star's, and a blue sky, despite what villains have said about it. Glenn does like the idea of controlling the world above in all facets, and likes control in general. If he's not in control of a certain situation, he can visibly be seen losing his cool. However, ever since the armor was dawned upon him, Glenn's sense of humor took a slightly darker turn. The dark entity residing within the armor for so long has began to seep into his subconscious, turning his demeanor into that of a harsh warrior, try to fight back all he might. It's as if he is somehow losing himself to the demon. [spoiler=Biography]Glenn was born in Lowhaven, to a house mother and an archaeologist/villainous father. To his parent's dismay, he was born without any kind of special ability, rather that he grew up as a normal kid. Trying to pass on their legacy of villainy, they enrolled him in martial arts classes, and weapon classes at a very young age. Glenn, however, didn't stick to that plan, and usually just ditched classes to go explore around Lowhaven, without parental supervision. It was the most evil thing he was capable of, being powerless after all. He grew up being the bane of the city, always pranking people and being a bright kid. Things took a turn for the worst, when his father brought back an ancient artifact from China, on an over world expedition. It looked like the mask of some sort of wolf like creature with a horn protruding from the forehead, black plated material sprawled throughout it. Glenn thought that it would be funny to put this irreplaceable object somewhere else in the house, to make his dad panic. Before the prank was complete, curiosity grabbed a hold of him, and he placed the mask on himself, maybe to take a picture of him with it on. All of a sudden, when the inner walls of the mask touched his flesh, it grabbed a hold of his face with no intentions of letting go. The mask enveloped him in a jet black, gooey substance. He soon passed out due to extreme stress. The next thing he knew, he was draped in a coat of black armor, holding a crescent blade. He tried desperately to remove the armor, but to no avail. It was then that he came into contact with Aku, a vengeful spirit residing within the mask. It told him that the two were now one, of both body and mind. He relayed that he was a villain in ancient china, one of the very fist, and was trapped within the mask after going on a rampage throughout the East. Glenn would later find out that this had all gone according to his dad's plans to give him powers. Villain InformationAlias: Aku[spoiler=Powers] Enhanced Stamina and Strength - due to the armor possessing magical properties, the wearer is imbued with the strength to lift upwards to one ton. His ability to run and jump have almost been tripled, as he's become much more dynamic in his movements. However, his movement may seem sluggish due to the heavy armor that weighs on him. Sword of Moon - A weapon that can materialize from any point in the armor, taking the shape of a crescent blade. It's cutting power is almost second to none, able to cut through steel like butter. The blade is said to be so sharp, that it affects all plains of existence that it comes into contact with. Berserker - If the situation is dire, Glenn can decide to give up his entire self to the presence inside his mind. While Aku is the dominant personality, he can fight at ten times efficacy, due to all of his martial knowledge and skill, without the teenager holding him back. Glenn must use sheer will to force Aku back into his psyche, as to not lose control of his entire being. Each time he rely's on this ability, he loses a part of himself to Aku, making it much more difficult to regain control after releasing him. 👀 REP 👀
I'll finish this boyo soon [spoiler=Bow Down Before Your King!] "And who the HELL do you think you're talking to, huh!?" Personal InfoName: Randall "King" DukesAge: 14Sex: Male[spoiler=Appearance]Height: 5'3"Weight: 109.8 lbs[spoiler=Personality]Randall is diligent, always looking for ways to improve himself. Not only to surpass his peers, although the feeling of towering over plebeians amuses him greatly, but also to reach the potential he knows he can achieve. He rarely gives up, even if the deck is stacked against him, which it usually is since he charges head first into problems. Being given anything he wanted as a child has spoiled Randall. As far as he's concerned, the whole world belongs to him and he is not afraid to let you know. Like a power hungry king, anything that would diminish his honor is met with hostile retorts and even a challenge if triggered enough. He gets very defensive about himself due to his own personal insecurities. He is quick to berate other people, especially anyone that opposes him. Randall is extremely violent - if something can be solved by fighting, he will be the first to suggest it as a solution. The thrill of combat is one of life's greatest pleasures, at least according to Randall. Even if he is a sore loser, he would fine it hard to deny that he at least had fun while fighting. That said, the only thing that tops the thrill of combat is the glory of victory, which he relishes in. Due to his love for combat, he physically trains his body rigorously, and is very cautious about what he eats. [spoiler=Biography]Randall was born into one of the more wealthy families and, due to being an only child, was spoiled to death growing up by his mother. His father was a business man with a rather particular power. To put it simply, his power was a very subtle version of mind control - rather than straight up control someone's mind, he would instead plant a metaphorical seed of an idea into someones mind. Overtime it would "grow", until eventually they adopt the idea as their own. A very powerful ability in the world of business, and something that always made Randall uneasy. It was hard to tell what was his own thoughts around the man - luckily, he was rarely around the house. He spent most of his childhood with his mother, who also had the same uneasiness that Randall had. He had always been sheltered, partially because he was an only child but also because he was what some called a "meta human". Since birth he had always had his ability Primal Force, although it was first thought of as super strength. It took him until grade school to realize, at least as far as he knew, the full potential of his powers. He was told by his mother that he shouldn't use his powers in public, but he didn't see a reason why not. As his father had taught him, the weak should fear the strong. Instead of listening to his mother's advice, he used his abilities all the time in class, overpowering the other students and forcing his will upon them. Of course, such behavior got him expelled from the school and, when he turned to a life of crime, got him a one way ticket to jail. He learned from his father about an undeground city - Lowhaven. Instead of being imprisoned, he would be sent there instead. His father visited Lowhaven in secret often, and was able to use his manipulative abilities to get him a Lowhaven ID, alongside a reasonable amount of credits. Using his newfound citizenship, he manage to get himself enrolled into a highschool so he could better learn how to use his powers to show the puny mortals who was in charge. Villain InfoAllias: REGEM [spoiler=Powers]PRIMAL FORCE Randall can create bursts of force using energy around him in a 3 foot radius and from his own body using his power, Primal Force. At a simple level, this ability lets his attacks pack a punch, as they can be amplified with this ability. He can also launch himself by applying force from his legs into a super jump, or gain a burst of speed at the start of a sprint using the same principle. Doing so isn't completely safe, as despite having a natural resistance to extreme forces thanks to the ability, he is still vulnerable to crashing at high speeds or landing from great heights. While this gives him the illusion of super strength in combat, he cannot keep a consistent force up. This means that, when carrying or pushing something back, he is stuck using his normal strength. As mentioned before, he can also apply forces to any object within a 3 foot radius around him. This allows him to push or pull anything within this radius with the force, with varying results depending on how much resistance there is to the force itself. This, alongside applying forces from within his own body, is where he excels in combat, combining the two aspects of his ability together for brutal combos. While this is similar to telekinesis, he cannot keep a consistent force up just like before. This means, of course, he cannot keep an object suspended in the air or keep them in place. The biggest weakness of Primal Force, outside of the range, is the strain it puts on Randall's body. While he has a good amount of stamina to use the power during a fight, it will eventually wear him out, especially if he's using the ability multiple times consecutively. It doesn't really have a "recharge", as it doesn't pull from a source - rather, it's plain old physical exhaustion. Meaning that if he is already physical exhausted without having used the power, he'll have a tough time mustering the strength to use the ability. Daily: Scarlet hair, features fitting of gender, pale golden-peach eyes. Formal: Pale blue hair, more androgynous, porcelain skin, azure eyes. [spoiler=Personality]Devin is a trickster at heart. Their shapeshifting is predominately used for trickery of the sort. Pranks, petty theft, and the like are nothing in their eyes. Some reservations seem to be held in regards to truly meanspirited actions, but overall, everyone is open to ribbing or pranks from Devin. There occasiionally seems to be some uncertainty to the shapeshifter's actions, but it's usually a well hidden sentiment. [spoiler=Biography]Devin was actually a young girl born to the unlikely pairing of a Lovecraftian Outer God and an unlikely human woman. Foisting himself upon her, the woman began to swell with the unborn child of the tentacled horror. She was born with blonde hair and green eyes, but his form quickly changed, losing her original form. She grew to a complete understanding of who she was within days, and knew that her duty in the world was to dominate it, and to subjugate all men, women, and women who dress like men. They would be her... no, his playthings as he inherited the entire world. Man, horror, trickster... He donned a black longcoat, complete with oversized buckles, as well as a fedora and walked out the door, his eyes turning snake-like, yellow, and his hair a straight green mop on his head, a cackle escaping as the world would know the name of its destroyer. Precipice. ... But that's just a theory. An origin theory. Villain Information Alias: Precipice [spoiler=Powers]Shapeshifting Devin's body has the ability to change at will, leading to a lack of solid appearance or discernable gender. The more humanity given up in a shift, the less sane Devin remains. Currently capable of only giving p 30%. Devin lacks the ability to properly many non-human body parts, such as functional wings or gills, without a full transformation. This can be solved by learning about the way those creatures function in detail, so school and study will naturally increase this capability. Size can only be approximately doubled. Any more will result in stretching, eventually to the point of being akin to a Halloween prop. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
[spoiler=well... Teleportation isn't technically portals?] "You're a dumbass, and I'm not. That's why you lost. To me. Dumbass." Personal InfoName: Ririna Usami (宇佐見 リリナ)Age: 16Sex: F[spoiler=Appearance]Rina stands at a modest 155 cm, with her weight kept a secret. Though, looking at her relatively slim body, it's safe to assume she's not very heavy at all. She has a penchant for letterman jackets and keeps a rather wide collection of them, though most of them are stolen. Aside from that, there's not much else to comment upon. Her skin is a notch more tanned the average Asian, with noticeable tan lines beneath her clothes. [spoiler=Personality]A self-described prodigy, Rina has a very high image of herself, and would immediately put herself on a pedestal above most other people she meets. Having been enjoying a position of power for most of her life, Rina's confident and arrogant personality paints the image of a female gang leader, which is exactly the image she wants to give off. Most of the time, she's cool and laid-back, with a rather snarky edge to her words as well as a general tone of arrogance, especially when the subject of combat abilities are brought up. When it comes to befriending people, Rina has a lot of difficulty swallowing the idea that someone is a 'friend' of equal footing to her, instead preferring to have lackeys that obey her. Calm, composed, but also incredibly smug, Rina has a habit of underestimating people, as well as having a strong desire to prove her superiority to them. An attention whore to a degree, she gets easily ticked off when someone else overshadows her achievements, and would often challenge them to a fight or contest of sorts to devalue their achievement and pin the attention on herself. That said, she's not stupid, and won't pick a fight she can't win. In such cases, she would simply grit her teeth, with the knowledge that the offending person did not beat her in a straight fight being enough of a calming factor for her. She takes a lot of pride in her ability, as well as her relative intelligence. Despite not being very good at studying, Rina's street smarts, as well as her general intuition and wisdom picked up from her time as a street urchin proving as invaluable assets throughout her life. Heck, it'd be easy to say that she is a natural genius at being a villainness. Ultimately, her pride also proves as her biggest downfall. As mentioned before, she hates when someone one-ups her, but, having not known the taste of defeat, she has a very hard time accepting when she is bested, and would go on a terrifying tantrum upon realizing that she is completely outclassed by someone else. A tomboy through and through, Rina is mostly uninterested in 'girly things'. Frills and dolls don't excite her nearly as much as jackets and weapons. She also speaks in a very rough and boyish manner, using 'boku' to refer to herself, as well as cursing like a sailor when ticked off. She enjoys sports in general, though her favorite seems to be football. That said, she does have a soft spot for children younger than her as well as furry animals. For all the effort she goes through to make herself seem like a tough, rough, 'manly' banchou, Rina is surprisingly good at housework. She's rather neat and tidy, and is good at cooking, washing clothes and sewing. [spoiler=Biography] Rina was born as one of the many, many homeless kids that roam the streets of Lowerhaven slums. She never met her parents, nor had any parental figure stay in her life long enough for her to consider as a parent. For the vast majority of her life, the only person Rina can trust, and the only she can look up to, is herself. She spent the very first few years of her life in an orphanage, where she would discover her powers at the young age at 4. Soon after, she became the leader of the group of young kids that inhabit the orphanage, leading the gang of 13 or so children through various petty crimes. Eventually, she came to be called 'boss' by the rest of the orphanage and as time passed, the original caretakers left the children behind, leaving them in Rina's care.Being the oldest and most powerful of the kids, 9 year old Rina suddenly found herself as not only the leader of the group of orphans, but also as their parental figure. Conditions in Lowerhaven's slums were not kind for the orphans. Any place with a surplus of supplies is immediately targeted by the homeless, and with no deterrent for crime as everyone gathered there were the lowest of low, the only way for the kids to defend themselves was by outwitting or overpowering everyone around them. Rina found herself involved in streetfights day after day, and every day in itself is a fight for survival. The only way to get food and supplies is to steal them, and if she was ever caught in the act, she's in for a beating. She survived, of course. And she honed her hand-to-hand combat skills, as well as utilizing her abilities. By the time she was 15, she managed to establish her orphanage as a safe haven where kids with no place to return to can have a good meal and a roof over their head. Rina stood at the top of the violent food chain that is the slums at a very young age, a position which went in over her head, turning her into the overconfident, smug alpha jabroni she is now. Still dissatisfied, she one day announced to her children underlings that she would enroll in Lowerhaven high, in an attempt to further hone herself, so she can bring in more money for the orphanage. Illegally, of course. Villain InfoAllias: -- [spoiler=Powers]TeleportationRina's primary ability, as well as the reason she is able to single-handedly support herself and a group of children at a young age. Rina was born with the ability to instantaneously teleport any object to another object or point in space without size or distance limit -including herself, as long as the object is not fixed in place. The ability works by giving Rina the ability to apply 'tags' to objects via touching it directly. Once something is tagged, she can teleport herself and other objects she tagged onto the tagged object's location. Though she is limited by only being able to have two tags up at the same time, her teleporting ability is unique in that there is virtually no lag between her whisking an object away to it reappearing in the desired location. Not to mention, the lack of a size nor distance limit makes her able to teleport virtually anything that she can lift or displace. That said, it's not as if she can simply teleport a whole tank. The energy needed to teleport larger objects scales with her weight exponentially, meaning that teleporting objects much heavier than her tires her out much quicker. At her current level, she can teleport objects upwards of 3 tons with her ability, but it would leave her completely tired out afterwards. The same is true with distance, the further she teleports, the more fatigued she becomes.Despite the relative simplicity of her power, Rina has developed a combat style that suits her abilities, as well as having mastered it to an extent that she is feared as the 'fastest'. She would often apply her tags to throwable objects, essentially allowing her to instantaneously close gaps between multiple opponents at once, to the point where, with enough concentration, she could realistically stay in the air forever, by continuously redirecting the object she has tagged midair, giving her the ability to take on multiple foes at once. Of course, there are many, many other applications of this ability, but listing them all here would be unwise. Hand-to-hand combat prowessRina, having been in numerous streetfights from a young age, is incredibly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, often boasting that she's unbeatable in a straight up fight. Her fighting style revolves around abusing the speed advantage from her teleportation, focused on rapid barrages of closed-fist strikes and kicks. Though her physical strength is lacking, she is still much stronger than the average untrained woman, and is more than capable of taking on men her age in unarmed combat. (GigaDrillBreaker)
It basically fills almost the exact same niche though with only some differences in certain aspects. ( ._.)I mean, Toyo came up with this days ago, I can confirm. Plus there are actually tons of variation in application, because of the specific mechanics of the power. Get creative, yo
