Undead Archetype {So I heard you like banishing}

The Undead archetype is a group of DARK, Zombie-Type monsters that have effects that activate when they’re banished. As well as having effects to banish their own, the Undead archetype also has ways to bring them back to the Graveyard so they can be banished again and again.

 

SC = Summoning Conditions 

 

[spoiler=Monsters]Undead Horde

Type: Zombie/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1500 DEF: 1500

Effect: This card gains 200 ATK for each “Undead” monster you control. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Graveyard. If this card is banished: You can Special Summon 1 “Undead Horde” from your Deck to your side of the field. You can only activate this effect of “Undead Horde” once per turn.

 

Undead Shieldman

Type: Zombie/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 0 DEF: 2000

Effect: If this card is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster from your hand. Once per turn, during either player’s turn: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.  If this card is banished: All “Undead” monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn.

 

Undead Wizard

Type: Zombie/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1700 DEF: 1500

Effect: If you control an “Undead” monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only activate this effect of “Undead Wizard” once per turn. If this card is banished: You can add 1 “Undead” Spell/Trap card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

 

Undead Experiment

Type: Zombie/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1800 DEF: 1600

Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 “Undead” monster from your hand OR: Special Summon 1 banished “Undead” monster. If this card is banished: You can add 1 “Undead” monster from your Deck to your hand.

 

Undead Mechanic

Type: Zombie/Tuner/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1000 DEF: 1000

Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 “Undead” monster from your Deck, but its effects are negated, it’s ATK and DEF become 0, and it is destroyed during the End Phase. If this card is banished: You can target 1 banished “Undead” card, except “Undead Mechanic”; add it to your hand.

 

Undead Hound

Type: Zombie/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1900 DEF: 100

Effect: During your turn: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Graveyard, and if you do; Special Summon this card from your hand.  If this card attacks a Defense Position monster: Inflict piercing battle damage. If this card is banished: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it.

 

Undead Hawk

Type: Zombie/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 800 DEF: 1600

Effect: This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Graveyard or hand. If this card is banished: You can target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field; destroy it.

 

Undead Gravedigger

Type: Zombie/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1400 DEF: 1800

Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned: You can banish the top 3 cards of your Deck, face-up. You can only activate this effect of “Undead Gravekeeper” once per turn. If this card is banished: You can target up to 3 banished “Undead” cards, except “Undead Gravekeeper”, and either; shuffle them into the Deck OR; send them to the Graveyard.

 

Undead Police

Type: Zombie/Pendulum/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1800 DEF: 500

Pendulum Scale: 3

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Graveyard.

Monster Effect: When this card is Summoned: Gain LP equal to the number of “Undead” cards you control x100. If this card is banished: You can add 1 “Undead Rioter” from your Deck to your hand.

 

Undead Rioter

Type: Zombie/Pendulum/Effect

Level: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 1100 DEF: 1700

Pendulum Scale: 5

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can target 1 banished “Undead” monster; send it to the Graveyard.

Monster Effect: When this card is Summoned: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of “Undead” cards you control x100. If this card is banished: You can add 1”Undead Police” from your Deck to your hand.



[spoiler=Spell/Traps]Undead Underworld

Type: Field Spell

Effect: When this card is activated: You can add 1 “Undead” monster from your Deck to your hand. When an “Undead” monster(s) is sent to the Graveyard: You can banish that monster(s) instead. During your turn, if you have no cards in your hand: You can draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect if you banished an “Undead” card this turn. If this card is banished: You can add it to your hand.

 

Undead Graveyard

Type: Continuous Spell

Effect: Whenever an “Undead” monster is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Place 1 Grave Counter on this card. Once per turn, during either player’s turn: You can remove 2 Grave Counters from this card, then banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Graveyard. During your turn: You can remove 3 Grave Counters from this card, and if you do; Special Summon 1 “Undead” monster that’s either in your Graveyard or banished. You can only activate this effect of “Undead Graveyard” once per turn.

 

Undead Fusion

Type: Normal Spell

Effect: Fusion Summon 1 Zombie-Type Fusion Monster by banishing monsters from your field or Graveyard as Fusion Materials. You can only activate 1 “Undead Fusion” per turn.

 

Undead Draw

Type: Normal Spell

Effect: Banish the top 2 cards of your Deck, face up, then draw cards equal to the number of Zombie-Type monsters banished by this effect (if any). During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card; draw 1 card.

 

Rise of the Undead

Type: Normal Trap

Effect: Special Summon 1 banished “Undead” monster to your side of the field. During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard. You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target up to 2 banished “Undead” monsters; send them to the Graveyard.

 

Fall of the Undead

Type: Quick-Play Spell

Effect: Banish up to 2 “Undead” monsters from your Graveyard. During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Deck.

 

Jar of the Undead

Type: Normal Trap

Effect: Target 5 banished “Undead” cards, except “Jar of the Undead”; shuffle all 5 into the Deck, then draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 “Jar of the Undead” per turn.



[spoiler=Extra Deck Monsters]Undead Dragon

Type: Zombie/Fusion/Effect

Level: 8

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 2500 DEF: 0

SC: 3 “Undead” monsters

Effect: This card gains 100 ATK for each banished “Undead” monster. Once per turn, you can target any number of banished “Undead” monsters: Send them to the Graveyard, then target 1 monster on the field that’s Level is equal or lower than the number of “Undead” monsters that were sent to the Graveyard by this effect; banish that monster. If this card is banished: You can Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase. You can only activate this effect of “Undead Dragon” once per turn.

 

Undead Graverobber

Type: Zombie/Xyz/Effect

Rank: 4

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 2400 DEF: 2000

SC: 2 “Undead” monsters

Effect: Once per turn, during either player’s turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Graveyard. If this card is banished: You can target up to 2 banished “Undead” monsters, except “Undead Graverobber”; send them to your Graveyard.

 

Undead Cyborg

Type: Zombie/Synchro/Effect

Level: 8

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 2600 DEF: 2000

SC: 1 Zombie-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Effect: When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a monster who has a Level/Rank that equals or is less than the number of banished “Undead” cards. When this card destroys an opponent’s monster by battle: You can either banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Graveyard OR: send 1 “Undead” monster to your Graveyard. If this card is banished: You can Special Summon 1 “Undead” monster from your Deck in Defense Position, but its effects are negated.

 

Undead Angel

Type: Zombie/Link/Effect

Link Markers: Bottom left, Bottom middle, Bottom right

Attribute: DARK/ ATK: 2500 LINK-3

SC: 3 “Undead” monsters

Effect: When this card is Link Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 banished “Undead” monster to one of this card’s Link Markers, and if you do; you cannot Special Summon monsters this turn, except “Undead” monsters. If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster that’s Linked to this card instead. If this card is banished: You can draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect of “Undead Angel” once per turn.

1st Nope I don't like banish that much 2nd I will attack the monsters first then maybe tomorrow the S/T, also the extra will be with the S/T

 

Undead Horde

 

This card gains 200 ATK for each “Undead” monster you control. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster from your GY. If this card is banished: You can Special Summon 1 “Undead Horde” from your Deck. You can only use this effect of “Undead Horde” once per turn.

 

the card is simple but useful... also.. Yugioh stops using ''To your side of the field'' a long time ago... now it only used when a monster its summons from the other player grave or something like that. Also... the extra ATK doesn't matter... this guy will be killed by anything to get to the GY. Also, I don't think I will play it because it only summons itself.

 

Undead Shieldman

 

If this card is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 “Undead” monster from your Hand. Once per turn, (deleted because it's not a trigger effect) this card cannot be destroyed by battle.  If this card is banished: All “Undead” monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn.

 

Dude, this is so much better... but ''Special Summon'' that's bad... Also, this works so good, but it can't stop Ignister!!!

 

Undead Wizard

 

If you control an “Undead” monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of “Undead Wizard” once per turn. If this card is banished: You can add 1 “Undead” Spell/Trap card from your Deck or GY to your Hand.

 

THIS is what I call useful, free summon and also its a searcher... OH, it adds from GY!!

 

Undead Experiment

 

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 “Undead” monster from your hand OR: Special Summon 1 banished “Undead” monster. If this card is banished: You can add 1 “Undead” monster from your Deck to your Hand.

 

THIS is another useful card. Searcher and also Special Summon, PERFECT

 

Undead Mechanic

 

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 “Undead” monster from your Deck, but its effects are negated, its ATK and DEF become 0, and it is destroyed during the End Phase. If this card is banished: You can target 1 banished “Undead” card, except “Undead Mechanic”; add it to your Hand.

 

Dude... This card is disappointing... But then you remember it's a Tuna. It's only an instant synchro so... a one of its good.

 

Sorry if I stop here, but I got no more time, in itself the archetype it's funny, and with vendread right on the corner, this guys can be useful... So, I will continue tomorrow
