CuriousHeartless
Been forever since I was in a contest. Sure I'll try my hand. As for criteria...Make a Zombie Counterpart to a spell or trap? I don't know, I was looking at Scapeghost earlier so that's my first idea.
Black D'Sceptyr
Curses, Curious has probably got this. I'll still try at a suggestion tho-a new Sky Scourge monster?

Northern Sage
Card A has a fairly versatile Summoning condition, for a Sky Scourge. Non-target destruction isn't too bad either. Recycling seems fairly good, but it's really just made for Norleras. Arguably you could have gotten away with letting it trigger from the hand or field too.Card B has a really heavy Summoning cost going up to -2 or -3 depending on field or hand. The second effect is good, but nothing awe-inspiring. Uh, and then there's the third effect, which feels rather self-limiting. Almost looks like a mindless floodgate just slapped on.Vote for Card A. StoryTeller
Hm... card A is very Versatile, its helps a lot with their recycling effect, aslo their destruction eff gives the card more utility, being very powerfull for an sky scourge deck, also sends cards from the deck to the grave beeing a quite powerfull option if you combo it with burning abyss. Card B: This one need to be tribute summoned, thats isnt work well in an sky scourge deck, also they negation effect its too broken; cause the cost is more an advantage than a cost in this deck, also its continuonus effect can negate effects in grave, but considering that this deck is constantly sending monsters to the grave it must be more an stun to yourself. I vote for card A

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A alleviates the requirements for summoning with letting you banish from the hand/field; well, mostly hand anyway. Non-targeting destruction works fine (most cards are usually in Attack Position anyway); I'll assume it is sending from the Deck to the Graveyard, so it does help set up for other Chaos monsters. Recycling is fine; retrieve stuff that you banished to summon this card or other stuff, then use them for Enrise/Norleras. Card B goes against the grain of what Sky Scourges normally do in summoning (well, Invicil technically can't be SS'd either, but enlighten me on who ran this). The Tribute requirement is fine (right now, I think it'll likely be LIGHT Fairies, taking into consideration common Decks), but then we have a temporary one-sided Skill Drain coupled with a Soul Drain effect (btw, it's still Limited). Even if you wanted to mill BAs for this card, it still negates them from triggering. You're left with other stuff like, idk, Trickstars (they don't lose anything important since none of their monsters trigger in the Graveyard), Star Seraph (not relevant right now), Agents (I guess...). ====So yeah, voting A on this one. B is basically a walking Soul Drain coupled with partial negation, and does require more effort to bring out (even if it does alleviate its summon costs a bit).
