Hey guys it's Scarce here,

 

 

If all monsters you control are Non-Effect monsters (min 2); Destroy all Special Summoned monsters on the field and then Special Summon level 4 or lower Normal monsters from your deck equal to the amount of different types of monsters destroyed (Pendulum, Ritual, Fusion, Xyz, Synchro). When your opponent Special Summons a card whilst you control no monsters, you may activate this effect: banish this card from your graveyard; Special Summon 1 Normal monster from your graveyard. You can only use each effect of "Indulge In Normality" once per turn.

 

Probably is a bit too wordy but i want that Normal Type meta clearly. Had Radiant dragon in mind when creating this since you often have 2 normal monsters on the board due to the field spell.
