Abdelrahman
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card's DEF is equal to the ATK of the Tributed monster. You can only activate the effect of "Maxx "D"" once per turn. To be honest, I don't like this card. If it's used to Tribute something like Chaos MAX Dragon, it becomes a 4000 DEF wall in addition to getting rid of Chaos MAX. Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. When your opponent Summons a monster(s): You can target 1 of those monsters; Tribute it, then Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position. This card's DEF is equal to the ATK of the Tributed monster. You can only activate the effect of "Maxx "D"" once per turn. Here's a more balanced version of your card. I made it target before Tributing so it doesn't get over targeting protection.
shadowsapex
Persistent opponent's-turn Kaiju? Non-targeting, non-destroying, comes back from the grave? That is just beyond not balanced. Kaijus are unfair enough as it is.Quasar's fix is pretty good, though making it target takes much of the shine off this card. Even so, chainable Kaijus are just too much.
