Yuuji Kazami
A's last effect literally continues to revive itself without any drawback when it is sent to the Graveyard. Not only that, if it would be targeted by an effect that removes it from the field, and does not send it to the Graveyard, A's first effect would be more than enough to dodge it. It doesn't need it's Xyz Materials to be a constant threat. Speaking metawise, it's not too problematic for the other meta Decks to remove it. Monarchs have Erebus and Caius, Kozmos have Mojo, PK/BA random sheet have their Farfas and other methods of maintaining field advantage, etc. However, the fact still lies that it's basically a complete wall considering that it can continue to revive itself as long as it would be sent to the Graveyard. I'm pretty sure you can Mega Zaborg this thing to get continuous tributer fodder as well as act as an wall. B is completely fair in the effects from what I see. Casual or Meta, it is simply effective without causing the opponent to be forced into limited options for removal, nor do they have to utilize a huge amount of resources to do so. Voting for B. Trebuchet MS
Going to have to disagree on the continuous Tribute fodder point as the self-revival effect is a "when... you can..." effect which means it will miss the timing if Tributed for anything. But it being very resistant to removal and dumping it from the Extra Deck to trip its revival is still a valid point. 1-0 Card B.

Also, a point I had forgotten to mention is the flavour. Architecture does not fit at all with the rest of the Wind-Up Xyz and how they are named, while B is closer to their design scheme. Also, B's effects fit better with its name as opposed to A.

Dova
Resigning. I forgot Xyz exclusion on the last effect, and didn't have too much understanding of Wind-Ups. Nice card, Trebuchet!
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Due to Dova's withdrawal, Gadjiltron takes the win in this case. Just make sure Striker is notified of this; will assume Gadjiltron had card B.
