Guest BGMCANN0N
The Daydreamer✪✪✪✪LIGHT[Fairy/Tuner/Effect]ATK/ 1800 DEF/ 1400 This card is not treated as a Tuner monster while it is face-up on the field. Once during your turn, you can target 1 face-up card on the field; negate its effects until the end of this turn (This is a Quick Effect).
Flash Flyer - Sakura
First effect is kinda awkward, but suppose it'll let you avoid situations where you have two Tuner monsters but not a proper non-Tuner; then again, we have Phantom King Hyde Ride who sort of does this, but he doesn't negate his own Tuner status. Breakthrough Skill-esque thing should be okay, as it's just limited to your turn only. In terms of it negating itself (if you really wanted to do that to enable its Level 4 Tuner status), effect should wear off at the end of the turn (if you do not Synchro with it, then it treats itself as a non-Tuner). ----Otherwise, I'm not really seeing why this card locks itself out of its own Tuner status, but suppose it has its uses somewhere. Snatch Steal
Lots of utility here. Being a Level 4 tuner is in and of itself good, considering the only ones of those we have are the mist valley guy, one that banishes your monster, and Luster. Aside from that, you could also use it as a non-tuner based on the situation. There aren't many things you can negate with its effect outside of itself, though, so maybe if you made it a quick effect it would be more appropriate. Of course, adding the quick effect would drastically increase playability, so it could need restrictions, or you may choose not to go down that route at all. You could always make it a quick effect during your turn, so that if your opponent activates Lose 1 Turn or another floodgate, you can negate it. That way it also has utility in Decks that lose to floodgates, like most Synchro or Xyz Decks.
