When your opponent declares an attack while there is a "Utopia" monster on the field, send this card from the extra deck to the graveyard; negate the attack and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the current attack of the monster your opponent declared an attack with. This effect can only be used once per duel. Your opponent cannot attack you directly with the use of a monster effect as long as this card is face up on the field. Once per turn, during either players battle phase, you may detach 1 XYZ material, gain the ATK and DEF of the discarded material until the end of the battle phase that this effect was activated.

This effect can only be used once per Duel. Your opponent cannot attack you directly with a card effect while this card is face-up on the field. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material: This card gains the ATK and DEF of the detached Xyz Material until the end of the Battle Phase.

 

Otherwise the card is decent. You can use it to negate an attack and then inflict damage, You can also Special Summon it using something like Xyz Reborn but 2000 ATK is too low, Maybe boost it to 2500 as its effect can only be used when its Special Summoned by monsters and can't be used when Special Summoned by something like Xyz Reborn.
