towitori
Reverseworld would be included in a series of archetypes in a universe similar to Duel Terminal. I'm calling it "Luxverse" Reverseworld is an archetype of DARK Fairy monsters heavily focused on dealing heavy damage either through burn and beatsticks while limiting players with Normal Summon/Set. To utilize themselves outside from limiting, even their own normal summoning, they can revive themselves (specifically from the Graveyard) through various effects, on either player's turn. The cards are inspired by the Structure Deck "Curse of Darkness" which makes use of Ectoplasmer and easy to summon beatsticks. Yuuji Kazami
Monsters: Charon: GASP. A Level 4 Dark Tuner! Well... It's still a normal monster, but getting cards like Void Ogre and Beelze becomes really easy with this card. Maybe keep it as an effect monster, except with "Cannot be used as Synchro Monster Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a "Reverseworld" Synchro Monster. Mirna: Interesting effect with the discard and Summon. However, it locks down your Normal Summon if you use its effect. This proves problematic as it slows down your deck engine greatly, unless there are more cards to help resolve this issue in this set? No red flags with this card. Falbus: Again, this locks down your engine. Falbus and Mirna contradict each other because you can't get more than one monster out of the Graveyard per turn, and they also lock down your Normal Summon. Not only that, when they are Normal Summoned, they destroy themselves. Falbus also requires banishing to resolve his Graveyard summon effect, but that just kills the deck if you start running out of monsters in your Graveyard. Seril: Non-existent stats, and you can't even use her effect when she gets Normal Summoned. Granted, her second effect is a quick effect, but she still banishes herself. This Deck requires more Reverseworld Monsters in the Graveyard for Falbus, or otherwise he becomes practically useless when you run out of monsters in the Graveyard. Bruce: Must be Special Summoned, but it adds a S/T in Graveyard to hand. This could be either a really useful card, or a very hard card to use, depending on your S/T. Luckily, even though you can't Normal Summoned him, he doesn't lock down your NS with his effect. S/T: Reverseworld: A good card, and now I can see why the majority of the monsters locks down your own NS. By tributing 1 monster, you can bring a Reverseworld back. Honestly, this card is pretty much a Mask of Restrict Field Spell that would be really good to side in against Monarchs. Exodia decks can also use this as well, lol. Reverseworld Coins: Yep. Reverseworld is definitely the number 1 target for this card. Second effect of banishing to bring back a monster from the Graveyard is essential for this Deck. Reverseworld Rules: This card is pretty much a Re-Qliate, except it locks down NS. Would only be really effective if you get enough Reverseworld monsters in the Graveyard first to Special Summon. Otherwise, its a dead draw in the beginning of your turn. Reverseworld Trap Hole: Oh. This deck relies on burn damage. Then again, this is simply a more OP version of Trap Hole. Not only that, this is a viable target for Myrmeleo in Traprix, as well as Rafflesia. This card s slightly unnerving because it kills any Normal Summoned monster. Reverseworld Monster Party: I guess this card helps out more than Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen. After all, if you can swarm the field with Reverseworlds, the game is pretty much set as long as you can protect them and continue to inflict burn damage. Add a Vanity and Starlight Road into the deck, because Stardust will be needed again for protection. Extra: Stanley: Black Rose for monsters only, but you can Special Summon him back. Unfortunately, you can't Special him back until the turn after he gets Xyz Summoned, but that's to be expected considering his effect as well as the Reverseworld field spell burn combo. Also kills your Graveyard monsters... Theron: Speeds up the burn damage, and has the potential to bring himself back. Of course, he becomes a beatstick once you get him back from the Graveyard. Nothing wrong there considering he does die when he gets Synchro Summoned, and the discarding cost is quite hefty, but it balances it. Overall, nothing red-flaggish other than the trap hole, and maybe the tuner, since they're too generic/powerful or both. Simply change up the name of the Trap Hole, and maybe edit the Tuner as well if you feel like it. Honestly, you could keep the Tuner as it is, but change the name of the Trap Hole so that it has less chance of abuse. (Mainly by Traptrix). towitori
Thanks for the CnC. The archetype is actually inspired by the Curse of Darkness Structure Deck that revolves around Ectoplasmer. Their effects are also inspired with Kozmo's ability to summon themselves during either player's turns but I want to make something a little more restrictive so that I can be able to play around with Spell/Trap support cards. Anyways, fixed Trap Hole to "Reverseworld Pit", Seril now Tributes itself instead of banishing. Also added 3 monsters and another Synchro. :)

Yuuji Kazami
JESUS CHRIST 25 CARDS ASDFGHJKL;LKJHLKJHGFDSA Okay, this will take a fair amount of time. I'll re-edit this post when I finish writing, so check the thread because I'll notify there when I'm done. Charon: Normal DARK Tuner. Nothing wrong there. Mirna: Now that I know how they work, their destruction upon Normal Summoning and locking your Normal Summon down isn't really a problem anymore. Falbus: Same as Mirna. Seril; Since her effect can be used on the opponent's turn, there isn't anything else that's big to point out. However, she does prevent cards like COTH to be used because of the SS from Graveyard only OPT effect. Bruce: Have to look at the Spells/Traps before I can say anything about this card. After all, cycling a S/T is quite a powerful effect. Doodles: Wisdom-Eye version of Foolish Burial. A little weird considering the Reverseworld were focusing on SS from the Graveyard, but Pendulum can be a cool incorporation too. Cashew: Sending a Spell/Trap sets up Bruce's effect to add it to your hand. Of course, this combo can be performed in the same turn, but nothing alarming yet. Stuey: Oh, Cashews also helps Stuey out. Really helpful considering he's a beater, but maybe tone it down to 2500 or 2600 since he does have the potential to bring himself back. 2800 is pretty large, although I'll have to see how well the S/T in this deck flows now. Ulysseus: This card might be a little problematic as its generic potential is rather high. Not only can he bring itself back every turn with a Bulb-like effect, but considering he's a Level 4 that would only lock down your summon when you Normal Summon a "Reverseworld" monster in the same turn. This limitation is not applied to Quasar decks, Rank 4 Spam, etc. You might want to look into that, because this is the only card that doesn't rely on other Reverseworlds. Aurelia: This one isn't as bad as Ulysseus because she requires a -1 to summon. The potential is still there, but it's too low to really be a red flag. Reverseworld: Still nothing wrong. Coins: Powerful, but limited to hard OPT, so it should be okay as well. Maybe change it to "You can only use each effect of 'Reverseworld Coins' once per turn." in order to make it more fair. After all, you can Foolish it with Cashew. Rules: Non-Trap version of Re-Qlip except focusing on preventing Normal Summons. Corruption: This one is pretty powerful considering it brings back any destroyed Reverseworld, even if the ATK gets halved. I would limit it to OPT, but I'm unsure as to how the deck will eventually play out with the Extra Deck.\ Back to the Reverseworld: This card could help the Reverseworlds since you can just SS another copy of themselves from the deck. You could slow the engine by adding a OPT, but I don't think it's needed. The engine should be fine the way it is. Mansion: A good card, because it punishes decks like BA that rely on cycling the Graveyard. Susceptible to removal before the counters are complete, but the way it reduces ATK is already similar to Burden of the Mighty, so it'll be fine. Pit: Much better than Trap Hole, but a harder search. Cashew Bruce this card and burn away your opponent's LP more, even at the cost of your own. It's a good card for this Deck, and OPT shouldn't be needed. Monster Party: Starts the swarm for the Reverseworlds, and has the potential to also act as a floodgate for Graveyard Summons. This prevents combos such as COTH and Kozmo Dark Destroyer since it negates its effects. Colosseum: Forces the option of a +1 or burn damage when a Reverseworld dies. You already added the limitation of only allowing one of it face-up, so there's no problems. Horn of Reverseworld: This one is a little too powerful considering it can negate any type of Summon, and has the potential to provide a cost as revealing 1 Reverseworld instead of destroying. I would change this to only allowing to activate 1 per turn. Stanley: Less generic as an Xyz version of Black Rose. However, I would recommend reducing the ATK to 2400 because 2600 makes it even more powerful than Black Rose, especially with the amount of support you have now. Also, you have to consider the fact that Stanley can bring himself back, unlike Black Rose. Theron: An Abyssmegalo from the Graveyard. 3200 ATK is still a bit high though, but aside from that, there's really nothing wrong with it. Maybe go for 2800 instead? Moriath: Still a little too strong as it can still burn your opponent for 1900 damage when summoned, and including Reverseworld's effect from tributing, it can deal a whopping 3800 damage in a single turn, and can bring himself back at the End Phase. Also, he doesn't destroy himself on Summon. I would recommend 3200 ATK instead of 3800. Adrian: ...Xyz Summon Adrian, have it pop itself, SS materials, make another Adrian? Also, Normal Summoning Charon afte rthis effect, if you can and still have a Normal Summon, automatically makes Moriath. Change the first effect, and maybe reduce the ATK to 3000 instead of 3200. Oberon: Eh... Hard to Summon until you get atleast 1 Xyz and 1 Synchro Reverseworld out. It's ATK is still too much, sinc the potential to burn away 4200 LP in a single turn is pretty big. Considering how the game goes, your opponent would be dead once this actually hits the field. Reduce the ATK to 4000, and maybe change his Summon eff to Ignition OPT instead of Quick OPT. Overall, the Extra Deck is a little too powerful. The rest of the cards are fine, minus the small flags I pointed out. No major edits required. towitori
Thanks for the CnC :) Did some rework in response to the CnC above. Stuey: Fixed ATK Ulysseus and Aurelia: They now destroy themselves if you control a non-Reverseworld monster similar to Burning Abyss but they no longer destroy themselves during a standby phase when they summon themselves from the grave Corruption and Back to the Reverseworld: are now limited so that you can only activate 1 of each per turn. Horn of the Reverseworld: discards 1 reverseworld card instead of revealing it Stanley, Theron, Moriath, Adrian and Oberon: Fixed their ATK. Adrian now restricts Special Summon during the turn it is xyz summoned except in the Graveyard and now requires to return 2 monsters instead of 1 to summon itself back. Oberon can no longer activate its effect during enemy turn, made him a little more easier to Summon and immunity to tribute, like Monarch's Stormforth and even this archetype's own Reverseworld field.
