I Hate Snatch Steal
Card B loops infinity with itself. Perhaps this could be fixed before votes are cast? edit: If card B can't be altered, card A gets my vote because I know how much damage you can do (figuratively and literally) with infinite spell counters
Sander
card A gets my vote because I know how much damage you can do (figuratively and literally) with infinite spell counters Feel free to vote again as Card B is edited to not loop with itself. Yuuji Kazami
Card A: Interesting card. You can easily jump it out just by removing 3 spell counters and you can attach a Spell from your grave. Let's say you were playing Bamboo Swords in a Spell Counter deck. Cursed Bamboo's search eff activates whenever it hits the Graveyard, attached as Xyz Material included. This suggests a free search as well as banishing a card on the field. It is also thought out quite well by being able to only SS it once per turn using this effect, since 3 Level 4 Spellcasters makes it a rather overbearing Summoning requirement. HOWEVER. The banishing effect clearly states that a Spell Counter is placed onto a card that you can place a Spell Counter on after resolving the banish. The effect is not "You can place a Spell Counter, but place a Spell Counter." This raises a problem for me as this card would become useless if it were Summoned with his own effect (The removal of the 3 Spell Counters does not start a chain for this type of Summon) and then your opponent uses S/T removal such Twin Twisters or Fire Lake, which is relatively common in the meta nowadays, to rid out whatever cards that can receive a Spell Counter. This makes it pretty much a 1900 ATK normal monster. Also, the Xyz effect can only be used once if it is Summoned by its own effect. The Spell Counters will be disappearing fast, but a Pitch Black Power Stone can easily jump this guy out. Card B: 2 Level 4 Spellcasters are much easier to get out compared to 3, although she doesn't have a jump effect. Her stats are much better though, with 2600 ATK. I like how it has a similar effect to Minerva, Lightsworn Maiden with the search effect, except with Spell Counters compared to Lightsworns in the Graveyard. HOWEVER A little worried that it gives an extra Spell Counter whenever one is placed. This pretty much allows a crazy ton of draw with Royal Magic Library and Magical Citadel of Endymion, but it isn't Exodia or Magical Explosion FTK so... -shrugs- Summoner Monk can easily make one of these in a Spell Counter deck, and not to mention that it can't really support itself. Again, if there are no Spell Counter cards on the field when this card is Summoned, it'll just be a 2600 beatstick. A somewhat better beatstick though. Overall, I'll have to vote for Card B in terms of being better in adapting to the gamestate. This card provides a higher chance to pull off combos, as well as being able to provide better support. If there is nothing on the field, Summoning Priestess is much easier and useful than a 1900 normal monster for 3 Spellcasters.

Darj
Voting for Card B, mostly for balance reasons. Card A can be easily Summoned with Pitch Black Power Stone, and well, that doesn't feel fair to me. I mean, this card practically turns said Trap Card into a 1900-ATK beater than can potentially banish 1 card on the field without even targeting, and thus bypassing most protection effects. Granted, it needs a card on the field that can carry Spell Counters for the banish effect to be activated, but it's still a scary idea. Alternatively, just take advantage of cards that can generate Spell Counters with relative ease depending on the Deck (e.g. Citadel, Gateway to Chaos, Magical Exemplar/Abductor, Star Hall, heck maybe even Extra Buck) to Summon this card for pluses, and potentially overwhelming ones. Card B is more tame in my opinion as a Rank 4 Xyz Monster Spellcaster searcher and a cute source for additional Spell Counters, also 2600 is higher than the average ATK for Rank 4s, but it's fine since its Xyx material requirements aren't fully generic.
