Dova
Both these cards are useful for the Thunder-Type serious, but A is more defensive, whereas B is more offensive. Let's see which one is BETTER. Card A basically makes Thunders into Satellars, allowing for a long chain of Normal Summons with the "hunder" and "Batteryman" archetypes. The attach on Special Summon is pretty cool, meaning this guy isn't useless if you CotH him. The lack of limitation on mat helps for bringing him out for many turns, but to be honest, with YGO today, he's not gonna stay out long, so no point doing over 3. Card B is extremely offensive, giving you extra ATK in battles and that non-targeting destruction effect is neato...but OCG is phrased weirdly and I don't know if its once per turn or only once while its face-up on the field or even once per duel. As far as I can read it its once while its face-up, so I'll have to go with that. In any case, one almost free non-targeting destruction during either player's turn, which isn't bad. Perhaps OPT might be a bit OP, but that's basically TPT. And a search when it dies, so it can nuke itself if it would be banished. Gonna go with Card B, because current OCG makes it not too OP and more useful.

(GigaDrillBreaker)
So, card A lets you hunder more, put simply. Normal summoning from grave lends crazy advantage with either of the level 4 batteries. Honestly, I don't see much point in summoning this with any more than 2 materials. If you summon it, you are doing so to push out more beaters to OTK. In the same vein, the attach on summon effect is pretty bad as well. In fact, it weakens the real draw of it. Card B... is really freaking strong. Since only one of its materials really needs to be thunder, it plays well with the reptile engine. Additionally, the ATK boost allows one to push for OTK crazy easy. The removal effect is both non-targeting and spell speed 2, a damn good combination. The icing on the cake is that it can search for TKRO on float. Voting card B, because A felt really misguided in design and B is just really really really really funking good. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A is essentially limited to 'hunders and Batterymen in terms of application. While being able to NS repeatedly via the Graveyard is nice and all (especially if it lets you trigger more on their on-summon stuff), that's all it can really do. That, and it's on a timer, so unless you invest a lot of resources into making it, won't be around for long. At least it can regenerate an Xyz Material when it's SS'd by any means, but attach conflicts with having viable fodder to even NS in the first place. You'll still get to NS them later [after they get detached, but by then, it's too late]. Probably not worth using more than the standard 2 mats to make this. Card B is basically a generic, but helps to push for game in the aforementioned Decks and gets around targeting protection when it destroys stuff. Considering that said protection is common lately, being able to bypass that really helps. And yes, it searches stuff like Rai-Oh and Denko if it dies, so that's also good. Unlike A, this thing isn't on a timer for survival. Even for generic purposes, grabbing said monsters is still helpful in the long run. ----Voting for B.
