Tythe once created a gift archetype for me, called Des-Draco.

 

I LOVED the concept, and thanked him for it (and occasionally bring it up in idle moments).

 

However, I always thought the archetype could have gone further. Done more, been more.

 

This is v2.0 (because the original thread would face a necrobump if it got posted in today), and if members of the AGM (or anyone else) really want to do gifts and such for me, it would really make my day to add to this. Also, if it's not too much trouble, maybe someone could help me with art?

[spoiler=Main Deck Monsters]

Des-Draco Gild

FIRE - Level 4 - Dragon/Pendulum/Effect - 1700/1400 - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in the Red Pendulum Zone, once per turn: you can place 1 Draconian Counter on 1 card you control. If this card is in the Blue Pendulum Zone, once per turn, you can change the battle position of all monsters your opponent controls.

ME: If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can destroy a number of monsters on the field equal to the number of Draconian Counters on this card.

 

Des-Draco Ignis

FIRE - Level 4 - Dragon/Pendulum/Effect - 1400/2100 - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in the Red Pendulum Zone, your monsters gain 100 ATK for each Draconian Counter on the field. If this card is in the Blue Pendulum Zone, once per turn, you can remove 3 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field to add 1 Des-Draco card from your Deck to your Hand.

ME: You can return 1 Des-Draco card from your field to your Deck; place 3 Draconian Counters on any card on the field. You can only use this effect of "Des-Draco Ignis" once per turn.

 

Des-Draco Pyrra

FIRE - Level 4 - Dragon/Pendulum/Effect - 1550/1750 - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in the Red Pendulum Zone, once per turn: you can shuffle 1 card from your Graveyard into your Deck, and place 1 Draconian Counter on all face-up "Des-Draco" monsters you control. If this card is in the Blue Pendulum Zone, you can remove any number of Draconian Counters from the field, and all monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK and DEF for every Draconian Counter removed by this effect.

ME: When this monster you control is destroyed or banished, place a number of Draconian Counters equal to the number of Draconian Counters that were on this card on any face-up card on the field.

 

Des-Draco Whelp

FIRE - Level 1 - Dragon/Pendulum/Tuner/Effect - 0/0 - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in the Red Pendulum Zone and you control another card in your other Pendulum Zone, you can swap the cards in your Pendulum Zones; place 2 Draconian Counters on 1 card from your hand on the field (if that card is a monster, it is Special Summoned, if that card is a Spell/Trap, it is Set). If this card is in your Blue Pendulum Zone and you control another card in your other Pendulum Zone, you can swap the cards in your Pendulum Zones; draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Des-Draco Whelp" effect per turn and only once that turn.

ME: This face-up card in your Extra Deck is treated as Level 3. This monster can be treated as Level 2 for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon-Type Synchro monster.

 

Des-Draco Hoard

FIRE - Level 5 - Dragon/Effect - 2000/1600

If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned, place 1 Draconian Counter on every face-up card on the field. Once per turn, you can remove all counters from all cards on the field; place an equal number of Draconian Counters on this card equal to the number of Counters removed this way. If this card has 8 Draconian Counters on it, its original ATK is doubled.

 

Des-Draco Knucker

FIRE - Level 5 - Dragon/Pendulum/Effect - 2200/400 - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in the Red Pendulum Zone, you can remove a number of Draconian Counters from the field equal to the Level or double the Rank of a "Des-Draco" monster in your Extra Deck: Special Summon that monster, but return it to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. You can only activate this effect of "Des-Draco Knucker" once per turn. If this card is in the Blue Pendulum Zone and a Spell Card is activated: Place 1 Draconian Counter on all face-up cards on the field.

ME: If a "Des-Draco" card is destroyed, place 4 Draconian Counters on any face-up card on the field. If this monster destroys a monster with 1 or more Draconian Counters on it by battle, place all Draconian Counters that were on that monster on this card.

 

Des-Draco Blaspark

FIRE - Level 5 - Dragon/Pendulum/Tuner/Effect - 1500/2600 - 2<>7

PE: If the card in your other Pendulum Zone is also a "Des-Draco" card, this card gains that card's effects. If your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) while there are 5 or more Draconian Counters on the field, you can place 2 Draconian Counters on all face-up cards you control.

ME: Cannot be used as Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material, except for the Summon of a FIRE or Dragon-Type monster. If this monster is used as Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material for a Summon, the Summoned monster gains the following effect:

●Once per turn, if there are 3 or more Draconian Counters on the field, you can increase this monster's Level/Rank by 1, also this monster gains 1500 ATK until your next Standby Phase.

 

Des-Draco Mythos

FIRE - Level 3 - Dragon/Pendulum/Effect - 600/2000 - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in the Red Pendulum Zone and a monster is Summoned, place 1 Draconian Counter on it. If this card is in your Blue Pendulum Zone and a monster is Summoned, you can remove 1 Draconian Counter from anywhere on the field; that monster loses 1000 ATK and DEF.

ME: When this card is Normal Summoned: you can add 1 "Des-Draco" card from your Deck to your hand. Up to twice per turn, if a monster with a Draconian Counter would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Draconian Counter from that card instead.

 

Des-Draco Alrysnei

FIRE - Level 5 - Dragon/Pendulum/Effect - 0/3000 - 2<>7

Pendulum Effect - While this card is in your Red Pendulum Zone, you can destroy the card in both players' Red Pendulum Zone: Add 1 "Des-Draco" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Des-Draco Alrysnei". While this card is in your Blue Pendulum Zone, you can destroy the card in both players' Blue Pendulum Zone: Add 1 "Des-Draco" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed in a Pendulum Zone: Place 1 Draconian Counter on all face-up cards on the field. You can only activate each Pendulum effect of this card's name once per turn.

Monster Effect -

If a "Des-Draco" card(s) you control is destroyed, you can Special Summon this card from your hand, then target up to 1 "Des-Draco" card each in your Graveyard and/or face-up in your Extra Deck: Add that target(s) to your hand. Once per turn, you can Special Summon a number of "Des-Draco" monster from your hand or Graveyard up to half the number of Draconian Counters on the field.

 

Des-Draco Primodyn

FIRE - Level 6 - Dragon/Pendulum/Effect - ?/? - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in your Red Pendulum Zone and you draw a card, except your normal Draw: you can reveal it to your opponent, and if it is a "Des-Draco" monster, you can place a number of Draconian Counters equal to that monster's Level anywhere on the field. If this card is in your Blue Pendulum Zone and a "Des-Draco" monster with a Level is Special Summoned, except by Pendulum Summon,you can add 1 "Des-Draco" monster up to 2 Levels lower than that monster's Level from your Deck to your hand.

ME: This monster's original ATK and DEF are treated as equal to the number of Draconian Counters on the field x200. Once per turn, when you Summon a "Des-Draco" monster(s), you can place 1 Draconian Counter on this card. You can remove 2 Draconian Counters from this card to destroy 1 Set card your opponent controls (that card is sent to the Graveyard face-down).

 

Des-Draco Deuterodyn

FIRE - Level 6 - Dragon/Effect -2400/1600

If this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 face-up "Des-Draco" monster from your Extra Deck. You can remove 1 Draconian Counter from anywhere on the field and target 1 monster on the field; increase or decrease that target's Level/Rank by 1. You can only use this effect of "Des-Draco Deuterodyn" up to twice per turn.

 

Des-Draco Logos

FIRE - Level 3 - Dragon/Pendulum/Tuner/Effect - 1500/500 - 2<>7

PE: If this card in your Red Pendulum Zone is destroyed, you can draw 1 card. If this card in your Blue Pendulum Zone would be destroyed, you can Special Summon this card as a monster, instead.

ME: This monster cannot be used as Synchro Material, except for the Summon of a Dragon-Type Synchro monster. A Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz monster Summoned using this monster as Material gains the following effect:

●If it is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 monster face-up in your Extra Deck with a Level/Rank less than or equal to the number of Draconian Counters on the field.

 

Des-Draco Ethos

FIRE - Level 3 - Dragon/Tuner/Effect - 800/800

If this monster is Normal Summoned, you can add 1 "Des-Draco" Spell or Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You can send this card from your hand or side of the field to the Graveyard to add 1 "Des-Draco" monster from your Deck to your hand. If a "Des-Draco" monster, except "Des-Draco Ethos" or a "Des-Draconus" monster Summoned using "Des-Draco Ethos" as Material, is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon this monster from your Graveyard, and if you do, place 1 Draconian Counter on any face-up card on the field. You can remove up to 2 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field: Increase or decrease this monster's Level by the number of removed Counters, until the End Phase of this turn.

Des-Draco Cavern Base

Field Spell

Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed. This card gains effects based on the number of Draconian Counters on the field.

2+: "Des-Draco" monsters you control gain 500 ATK.

4+: Once per turn, you can swap the monster(s) in your Pendulum Zones, then place a Draconian Counter on 1 card on the field.

6+: Once per turn, you can target 1 face-up "Des-Draco" monster you control: Increase or decrease its Level by up to 2, then treat it as a Tuner monster. These changes last until the End Phase. If you would use it as material for a Fusion Summon, the targeted monster can be substituted for any 1 Fusion Material monster. (The other Fusion Materials must be correct.)

8+: Once per turn, when a card with Draconian Counters is destroyed, you can place a number of Draconian Counters on this card equal to the number of counters the destroyed card had.

10+: Face-up "Des-Draco" monsters you control are unaffected by card effects that would destroy cards on the field.

 

Des-Draco Lair

Continuous Spell

If a card with a Draconian Counter is removed from the field, you can place its Draconian Counters on this card. If this card would be removed from the field, you can remove 2 Draconian Counters from this card instead. Once per turn, if both of your Pendulum Zones are filled, you can remove 1 Draconian Counter from anywhere on the field to swap the cards in your Pendulum Zones.

 

Des-Draco Apocalypse Tremor

Continuous Spell

Once per turn, you can remove 3 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field to add 1 "Des-Draco" monster from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you control no "Des-Draco" monsters, you can place 1 Draconian Counter on all face-up cards on the field.

 

Rank-Up-Magic: Draco Force

Quick-Play Spell

Target 1 face-up Dragon-Type Xyz monster you control: Special Summon 1 Xyz monster of the same Attribute and up to 2 Ranks higher from your Extra Deck, using the target as Xyz Material (Xyz Material attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on the new monster). If you control a face-up "Des-Draco" monster, and no Xyz monsters, you can use that monster and this card to Xyz Summon 1 Dragon-Type Xyz monster of the same Rank as that monster's Level, using that monster and this card as Xyz Material.

Quick-Play Spell

Target 1 FIRE and/or Dragon-Type monster on the field: Place 3 Draconian Counters on that monster, also it is treated as a "Des-Draconus" monster, until the End Phase of this turn.

 

Des-Draco Generation

Quick-Play Spell

If you control no monsters, add 1 "Des-Draco" monster from your Deck to your Hand. If both of your Pendulum Zones are filled, you can banish this card from your Graveyard to add both cards from your Pendulum Zones to your Hand.

 

Des-Draco Crimson Glare

Quick-Play Spell

There must be at least 5 Draconian Counters on the field to activate this card. When this card is activated, declare a card Type (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Look at your opponent's hand, and for every card of the declared Type in their hand, place 1 Draconian Counter on any face-up card on the field. If your opponent does not have any cards of the declared Type in their hand, remove 5 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field.

 

Des-Draco Silver Armor

Equip Spell

You can only equip this card to a "Des-Draco" monster. When this card is activated, place 1 Draconian Counter on it times the Level/Rank of the equipped monster. The equipped monster gains 200 DEF for each Counter on this card. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can draw 1 card for every 4 Draconian Counters that were on this card.

 

Des-Draco Lazuli Claw

Equip Spell

You can only equip this card to a "Des-Draco" monster. When this card is activated, place 1 Draconian Counter on it times the Level/Rank of the equipped monster. The equipped monster gains 100 ATK for each Counter on this card. If the equipped monster destroys your opponent's monster by battle, you can destroy 1 card on the field for every 4 Draconian Counters that were on this card.

 

Des-Draco Golden Fire

Normal Trap

If your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from their hand, Deck, Extra Deck, and/or Graveyard while there are 8 or more Draconian Counters on this card, pay 1000 LP: Special Summon 1 "Des-Draco" monster from as many of those locations a monster(s) your opponent controls was Summoned from, if possible (you can only Summon monsters face-up from your Extra Deck this way). You can only activate 1 "Des-Draco Golden Fire" per turn.

 

Des-Draco Ebony Scale

Counter Trap

When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card, or a monster effect, while you control a face-up "Des-Draco" monster with 4 or more Draconian Counters on it, negate the effect/activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If both your Pendulum Scales are occupied by a "Des-Draco" card, the destroyed card is banished instead.

Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to place 1 Draconian Counter on all face-up monsters on the field. If this monster has a "Des-Draco" monster as Xyz Material, it gains the following effect:

●If there are 5 or more Draconian Counters on the field, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the Summon or effect of a "Des-Draco" card.

 

Des-Draconus Neyadyr

FIRE - Rank 5 - Dragon/Xyz/Effect - 2700/2550

2 Level 5 Dragon-Type monsters

Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to banish the monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference between that monster's ATK and this monster's ATK. If there are 10 or more Draconian Counters on the field, this monster can attack your opponent directly.

 

Des-Draconus Lernaeus

FIRE - Rank 8 - Dragon/Xyz/Effect - 3550/3000

2 Level 8 Dragon-Type monsters

Must first be Xyz Summoned using the above Materials. Is unaffected by your opponent's cards and effects as long as it has Xyz Material. Cannot be Tributed. When your opponent Special Summons a monster, inflict 100 points of damage to their Life Points for every Draconian Counter on the field. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Banish 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard, then place a number of Draconian Counters on 1 or more "Des-Draco" monsters you control equal to the Level or Rank of the banished monster.

 

Des-Draconus Eivnyn

FIRE - Level 4 - Dragon/Fusion/Effect - 2000/1000

1 "Des-Draco" monster + 1 Monster with a Draconian Counter(s)

Must first be Fusion Summoned by banishing the above Materials on either side of the field (You do not use "Polymerization"). If this monster battles a monster with 3 or more Draconian Counters, select and activate 1 of the following effects:

●Increase this monster's ATK by half the opposing monster's ATK

●Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step.

 

Des-Draconus Vulcanus

FIRE - Level 5 - Dragon/Fusion/Effect - 2200/1600

2 or more "Des-Draco" monsters

Must first be Fusion Summoned by destroying the above Materials (You do not use "Polymerization"). This monster can attack a number of times equal to the number of Fusion Materials used to Fusion Summon it. This monster gains 200 DEF for every Draconian Counter on the field. If all monsters you control are "Des-Draco" monsters, this monster can use its DEF for damage calculation while in Attack Position. If you activate this effect, remove 4 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field at the end of the Battle Phase (if there are not 4 or more Draconian Counters to remove, destroy this card instead).

 

Des-Draconus Vulcanus Magnus

FIRE - Level 8 - Dragon/Fusion/Effect - 2400/2200

1 "Des-Draconus" monster + 1 or more "Des-Draco" monsters

Must first be Fusion Summoned by destroying the above Materials (You do not use "Polymerization"). This monster gains an additional attack for every Fusion Material used to Fusion Summon it. This monster gains 300 DEF for every Draconian Counter on the field. If you control at least 1 "Des-Draconus" monster except this card, your opponent cannot activate cards during the Battle Phase if this monster declares an attack. If all monsters you control are "Des-Draco" monsters, this monster can use its DEF for damage calculation while in Attack Position. If you activate this effect, remove 6 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field at the end of the Battle Phase, or destroy this card.

 

Des-Draconus Ultimari Vulcanus

FIRE - Level 9 - Dragon/Fusion/Effect - 3000/2400

2 or more "Des-Draconus" monsters

Must first be Fusion Summoned by destroying the above Materials (you do not use "Polymerization"). This monster gains an additional attack per Battle Phase for each monster used as Fusion Material to Summon it. This monster gains 400 DEF for every Draconian Counter on the field. If all monsters you control are "Des-Draconus" monsters, this monster can use its DEF for damage calculation while in Attack Position, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects during the Battle Phase. If this card leaves the field while there are 10 or more Draconian Counters on the field, you can Special Summon any number of "Des-Draco" monsters from your Graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for this monster's Fusion Summon.

 

Des-Draconus Genesis

FIRE - Level 8 - Dragon/Fusion/Effect - 2500/2700

3 Monsters with Draconian Counters

Must first be Fusion Summoned by banishing the above cards on either side of the field (You do not use "Polymerization"). Cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, you can remove 6 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field; declare a card name. While this card is on the field, your opponent cannot activate cards whose name you declared by this effect.

 

Des-Draconus Hel-Ension

FIRE - Level 10 - Dragon/Fusion/Pendulum/Effect - 4000/2000 - 2 <> 7

PE:Once per turn, if this card is in your Blue Pendulum Zone: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls with Draconian Counters; banish it. Once per turn, if this card is in your Red Pendulum Zone: you can target 1 monster your opponent controls with Draconian Counters; destroy it, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its original ATK.

ME:

3 "Des-Draco" monsters

Must be Fusion Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card has Draconian Counters, it cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn: You can remove 1 Draconian Counter from the field; banish 1 card from your opponent's field. If this card in the Monster Zone leaves the field: You can place it in your Pendulum Zone.

 

Des-Draconus Shenryuu

FIRE - Level 6 - Dragon/Synchro/Tuner/Effect - 2300/2200

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters

When this monster is Synchro Summoned, place 1 Draconian Counter on all face-up cards on the field. Once per turn while this card is face-up on the field, if a "Des-Draco" monster is Special Summoned, you can target 1 "Des-Draco" monster from your Graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck whose Level/Rank is less than or equal to the number of Draconian Counters on the field: Special Summon that target. Once per turn, you can remove a number of Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field, and increase or decrease this monster's Level by the number of removed Counters.

 

Des-Draconus Draigoch

FIRE - Level 7 - Dragon/Synchro/Pendulum/Effect - 2400/2100 - 2<>7

PE: If this card is in the Red Pendulum Zone, all "Des-Draco" monsters you control gain 100 ATK for every Draconian Counter on the field. If this card is in the Blue Pendulum Zone, place 2 Draconian Counters on a monster if it is Special Summoned.

ME:

1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

If there is a "Des-Draco" card in your Pendulum Zone, this face-up monster in your Extra Deck is treated as Level 4. Once per turn, you can remove 5 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field to target 1 FIRE Dragon-Type monster you control: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls with ATK less than the ATK of that target, then inflict 600 damage to your opponent for every effect activated in response to this effect and the destruction. If this face-up monster would be destroyed or banished, you can move thus card to one of your unoccupied Pendulum Zones.

 

Des-Draconus Ultimadyn

FIRE - Level 8 - Dragon/Synchro/Effect - 3000/2200

1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this monster is Synchro Summoned successfully, place 1 Draconian Counter on all face-up cards on the field. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can remove 2 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from the Banished Zone, or that is face-up in your Extra Deck.

 

Des-Draco Evolt'letas

FIRE - Level 8 - Dragon/Synchro/Effect - 2400/3000

1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

If this card is Summoned using only "Des-Draco" monsters as the Synchro Materials: "Des-Draco" monsters you control cannot be targeted by effects until the end of this turn. When you Summon a monster(s): Place 2 Draconian Counters on each monster Summoned. If a card on the field would be destroyed: You can remove 2 Draconian counters from that card instead. Each card on the field can only have its Draconian Counters removed by the effect of "Des-Draco Evolt'letas" once per turn.

 

Des-Draconus End Emperor Quandaridyn

FIRE - Level 12 - Dragon/Synchro/Pendulum/Effect - 4200/4000 - 0<>13

Pendulum Effect - Once per turn, while this card is in your Red Pendulum Zone, you can draw 1 card. Once per turn, while this card is in your Blue Pendulum Zone, you can Special Summon 1 "Des-Draco" monster from your Graveyard or that is face-up in your Extra Deck whose Level/Rank is between your Pendulum Scales, and if you do, distribute Draconian Counters equal to its Level along face-up cards on the field. During each End Phase, place 2 Draconian Counters on all face-up cards on the field. Monsters lose 100 ATK and DEF for every Draconian Counter on the field, except "Des-Draco" monsters. Monsters with 0 ATK and/or DEF have their effects negated, except "Des-Draco" monsters. If your opponent's face-up Spell/Trap Card has 5 or more Draconian Counters on it, its effects are negated on the field.

Monster Effect -

1 Dragon-Type Synchro Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Des-Draconus" monsters

Must first be Synchro Summoned using the above Materials (this Summoning condition cannot be ignored). This monster gains 100 ATK and DEF for every Draconian Counter on it. If this monster battles successfully, you can remove 5 Draconian Counters from anywhere on the field: This monster can declare an additional attack. If this monster destroys your opponent's monster by battle, place a number of Draconian Counters on this card equal to the destroyed monster's Level/Rank. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if your opponent would activate a card or effect, you can negate the activation, and if you do, banish it (cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect or its activation). If this face-up monster on the field is destroyed, you can move it to an unoccupied Pendulum Zone, instead.

In payment for my inability to finish an AGM archetype recently, I'll force myself to comment on this.

Okay, I take that back. I love this archetype. A load of cards, but hey, that's my favorite ^^. Shame it's so good, so I can't comment as much as I want to, but I'll try. Monsters first.

 

I really like unusual concepts with monsters, and, although the different scales in different pendulum zones has been visited before, the different effects for each one I have never seen before. It can completely change how you play, and it actually matters which zone you put each in, depending on how your want to defend/attack.

 

With the spells/traps, I like the lack of reliability on continuous/field spells, a flaw I often fall into. The quick-play's aren't too fast, but I'm a little worried about Silver Armor in combination with Hoard, leading to some powerful draws. I do feel as well that some cards might need a cost, specifically Crimson Glare and Ebony Scale. The cost I had in mind was removing counters.

 

Now for the Extra Deck. Lerneaus I'm worried about, especially with Blue-Eyes.dek. Perhaps make it more archetype required in terms of its effects? Ultimayden needs some hard OPT, especially with Synchro Spamming, imo. Otherwise, seems good.

How would removing Counters work for Crimson Glare? Its main draw it that it CREATES Counters.

 

Ebony Scale is essentially this archetype's Infernity Barrier, except requiring an archetype member with 4 or more Counters instead of an empty hand.

 

I'll get to tweaking Lernaeus.

 

As for Ultimadyn, part of what makes it solid is how its effect can stack. However, maybe it would work to give it something else in trade for the harder OPT.

I just felt allowing you to reveal your opponent's hand for nothing was a bit over powered, considering mind crush has a sort of drawback being you have to know what's in your opponent's hand first. Perhaps make it so that if he has none something bad happens, i.e. remove counters?

Lernaeus is overpowered as hell. 4050, unaffected by card effects and can't be Kaiju'd?? How on earth is your opponent supposed to remove this? Even if it wasn't splashable as hell and easy to make, it's basically a win condition so it needs to be somewhat difficult. Remember how meta-warping Apoqliphort Towers was? Well this is that +10000%. If I were you, I would reduce the ATK to somewhere in the 3000's and give it some negative effect, such as having to detach Xyz Mats, so that the immunity wears off after a while.

If this card is Summoned using only "Draconian" monsters as the Synchro Materials: "Draconian" monsters you control cannot be targeted by effects until the end of this turn. When you Summon a monster(s): Place 2 Draconian Counters on each monster Summoned. If a card on the field would be destroyed: You can remove 2 Draconian counters from that card instead. Each card on the field can only have its Draconian Counters removed by the effect of "Des-Draco Evolt'letas" once per turn.

Des-Draco Cavern Base

Field Spell

Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed. This card gains effects based on the number of Draconian Counters on the field.

2: "Des-Draco" monsters you control gain 500 ATK.

4: Once per turn, you can swap the monster(s) in your Pendulum Zones, then place a Draconian Counter on 1 card on the field.

6: Once per turn, you can target 1 face-up "Des-Draco" monster you control: Increase or decrease its Level by up to 2, then treat it as a Tuner monster. These changes last until the End Phase. If you would use it as material for a Fusion Summon, the targeted monster can be substituted for any 1 Fusion Material monster. (The other Fusion Materials must be correct.)

8: Once per turn, when a card with Draconian Counters is destroyed, you can place a number of Draconian Counters on this card equal to the number of counters the destroyed card had.

10: Face-up "Des-Draco" monsters you control are unaffected by card effects that would destroy cards on the field.

Hey dude just gotta say I love this archetype I haven't finished reading all of them but so far, amazing. I was wondering if you would maybe like to do a collaboration to get these cards into card with images, I use TCG editor to make all of my cards and would love to help u out brig these cards to life.
