These were actually pretty difficult to make. I've never actually done anything even remotely similar to this before, so it's a test for me. Even more so since I don't know who these characters are, except for Grim and Norm. [spoiler=monsters] [spoiler=effect]Pendulum-When this card is activated: Discard 1 card. You can only Pendulum Summon once per turn. You can Pendulum Summon "Monster" Ritual Monsters, ignoring their summoning conditions, but return it to hand during the End Phase. During either player's turn, If your opponent targets a "Monster" card in either of your pendulum zones with a card effect: You can return that card to hand; Activate a "Monster" pendulum monster from your hand, but negate its effects this turn. You may only use this effect of "Toffee, Monster Elitist" once per turn. Monster-If this card is tributed for the ritual summoning of a "Monster" monster: You can add 1 ritual monster in your graveyard to hand, except this one. If this card special summoned: You can target 1 card on the field; That card cannot use its effects as long as it is face-up on the field. During either player's turn, if your opponent activates a card effect: You can send the top 2 cards of your deck to the graveyard; Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy the card. If this card attacks: It is unaffected by card effects until the end of the damage step. This card cannot be destroyed. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate trap cards in response to the summoning of "Monster" ritual monsters. When a "Monster" monster, except "Ghostwriter, Monster Calligrapher", inflicts damage to your opponent by attacking a monster: Draw 1 card. You can pendulum summon "Monster" ritual monsters ignoring their summoning conditions, but return them to hand during the end phase. Monster- If this card is discarded: Target 1 monster on the field; Destroy it. If this card attacks a set monster: Negate that monster's effects this turn. Once per turn: You can pay 500 LP and target 1 "Monster" monster you control; It is unaffected by card effects this turn(this is a quick effect). [spoiler=spell/trap] Calling all the Monsters [spoiler=effect]This card can be used to ritual summon any "Monster" monster from your hand or extra deck. You must tribute at least 2 monsters whose combined levels are greater than or equal to the level of the ritual summoned monster. You can banish this card from your graveyard(except the turn this card is sent to the graveyard) and discard 1 "Monster" card; Special Summon 1 level 4 "Monster" monster from your deck ignoring its summoning conditions, but return it to hand during the end phase. You can only use this effect of "Calling All The Monsters" once per turn. [spoiler=effect]Send 1 "Monster" pendulum monster in your graveyard to your extra deck face-up, then add 1 "Monster" ritual spell from your deck to hand. You can only activate "The Monster Lives" once per turn. [spoiler=effect]Ritual Summon 1 "Monster" ritual monster from your extra deck. Tribute 1 Fusion monster whose level is equal to or greater than that monster's level from your extra deck. If this card is in your graveyard(except the turn it is sent there): You can banish this card and tribute 1 Fusion monster from your extra deck; Ritual summon 1 "Monster" monster from your extra deck whose level is equal to that monster's level. You may only use this effect of "Monster Revival" once per turn. During your Main Phase: You can remove all counters from this card; Shuffle an equal number of "Monster" cards in your graveyard into your deck, then draw 1 card for each monster card shuffled this way. [spoiler=effect]If you control "Bill Cipher, Illuminating Monster": You can activate this card the turn you set it(You only gain this effect of "Cipher of the Monsters" once per turn). When this card is activated: Special Summon 1 "Bill Cipher, Illuminating Monster" from your deck in defense position. If you control a face-up "Bill Cipher" monsters while this card is in the graveyard(except during the turn it is sent to the graveyard): You can banish this card; Destroy all cards on the field, except for 1 "Bill Cipher" monster you control. You cannot special summon monsters the turn this effect is activated. You can only activate the effect "Cipher of the Monsters" once per turn. [spoiler=effect]Only equip to a "Monster" monster you control. If this card would be sent to the graveyard: You can shuffle it into your deck instead. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK and can inflict piercing damage. If equipped to "Grim, Monster Reaper": The equipped monster may also attack twice if it destroys a monster by battle. [spoiler=effect]If you control "Norm, Monster Genie": You can activate this card during the turn it is set. Your opponent chooses 1 of the following effects and activates it. You may only activate 1 "Monster Wishes" per turn.-Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. You may not attack for the rest of the turn.-Banish 3 monsters in your opponent's graveyard.
