Requirement:

Make a Spell Card that changes the types of monsters in some way.

Card A:

Pyrolysis Wave
Continuous Spell Card
effect:

If a Pyro-Type monster is destroyed by battle: You can target 1 monster on the field and 1 Pyro-Type monster in your Graveyard; the first target is treated as Pyro-Type and banish the second target from your Graveyard, and if you do, neither player can activate the effects of the first target or monsters with the same name until the End Phase of the next turn.

Card B:

All monsters on the field and in either player's Graveyard become Zombie-type monsters.

Card A requires that you run a Pyro deck to make it effective, which is essentially Lavals and some other stuff.

Granted, messing up Typing for Synchro/Xyz or whatever is nice, and it would stop multiple copies from triggering for a while, but overall, I think it's going to be rather slow.

As mentioned already, Pyros are restricted to a few Decks right now; ones that we don't hear too much about nowadays.

If we had more viable Pyro cards, then perhaps this'd see more usage.

Don't get me wrong; negation is still good, but I simply don't see a lot of things that can play this (plus, and battle destruction may be slow to pull it off).

----

Card B is an instant Zombie World, although I think it's limited to the monsters on the field/in Graveyard at the time of activation (this card).

I suppose it'll help you retrieve stuff with Zombie Dragon if you can't get the permanent one on the field at a particular time, or again to mess up stuff.

It has a bit less utility than the normal ZW, but it can certainly be used nonetheless (plus it has the benefit of being a surprise for the opponent if they don't foresee this).

So yeah, I'm voting card B due to usability.

Again, card A certainly has its uses, but it's limited to a particular Type that doesn't see much play nowadays.

Both card text's are kinda short, interesting.

I vote for Card B.

Card A looks too impractical. Needs an specific Type to work, one that is not so widely distributed, and activates when a monster is destroyed by battle, while nowadays destruction by battle is quite unreliable with all the effect removal going on; oh, also you must have a Pyro already in the grave to make it live, so add 1 more step to take in order to successfully apply this card's effect.

Card B is much more simple, but it should be effective at disrupting cards that require or apply on monsters with specific attributes. Also, I want to point out that the effect is permanent, so any monster affected by it will remain as a Zombie until it is moved from the field or grave. It can also be used to your advantage as well, by allowing monsters in your grave to get Zombie support.
