Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by tributing 1 "HERO" monster equipped with a "Metalmorph" Spell/Trap. While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can tribute 1 Token; target 1 card on the field, destroy it. I Hate Snatch Steal
I really wanted to see the metalmorph card to come back, thats all. It's like one of those old cards that will never see play ever. So i decided to bring them back. [spoiler=Spells] Metal GraveyardContinuous Spell CardEffect: Once per turn: You can discard 1 card, add 1 "Metal" card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Metal" card from your Graveyard to your hand, except "Metal Graveyard". Big problem here: This card searches cards that have nothing to do with metalmorph. Do a card database search with the keyword "Metal" and you''ll see what I mean. One card that shouldn't benefit from this card is Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Its limited for a reason. The solution would be to have all the cards that you want to be involved in this set have a more specific phrase such as "Metalmorph" in their name. Shape-Shift Metal ClaspContinuous Spell CardEffect: You can target 1 monster you control, banish 1 monster in your hand or Graveyard, that target's name becomes the banished monster's name. You can only activate the effect of "Shape-Shift Metal Clasp" once per turn. This might be used outside of the intended deck type to gain names for combos, but I can't see that becoming an issue, especially because of the last sentence. Equilibrium ConversionSpell CardEffect: Pay 800 LP, and discard 1 "Metal" monster. Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck to your hand that is listed in that discarded monster's text, ignoring its Summoning conditions. It looks fine pending the other new cards being ok. [spoiler=Traps] Metal CoverTrap CardEffect: Target 1 face-up monster; equip this card to that target. It gains 600 ATK and cannot be targeted by other card effects. This card is treated as "Metalmorph" while face-up on the field. This looks fine. I could see it being used with Number 66, but even then castel exists so its not a gamebreaker. Slight OCG fix, The last sentence should be "This card's name becomes "Metalmorph" while its face-up. Metal ScreenTrap CardEffect: Target 1 face-up monster; equip this card to that target. It cannot be destroyed by card effects. This card is treated as "Metalmorph" while face-up on the field. This looks fine. I could see it being used with Number 66, but even then castel exists so its not a gamebreaker. Extra points for making it a trap so you can chain it to a card like Dark Hole. Slight OCG fix, The last sentence should be "This card's name becomes "Metalmorph" while its face-up. Metal ShieldTrap CardEffect: Target 1 face-up monster; equip this card to that target. It cannot be destroyed by battle. This card is treated as "Metalmorph" while face-up on the field. This card should have an ATK boost or something, since as is its a little underwhelming compared to screen and cover. Slight OCG fix, The last sentence should be "This card's name becomes "Metalmorph" while its face-up. Metalmorph ChangeTrap CardEffect: Target 1 face-up monster; equip this card to that target. It gains 700 ATK. When it destroys a monster by battle: It can declare an attack again. Was this supposed to be treated as metalmorph while face-up? Either way I think this card should only allow a maximum of 2 attacks ala Black Luster Sodier Envoy of the Beginning and cards with similar multi attack effects. In that case the text would be: Target 1 face-up monster; equip this card to that target. It gains 700 ATK. If it destroys a monster by battle: It can make a second attack in a row. [spoiler=Monsters] Galaxy-Eyes Photon Metal DragonLIGHT Machine LV 8 ATK: 3300 DEF: 2800Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by tributing 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" equipped with "Metalmorph". This card gains 500 ATK for each Xyz Monster on the field. Once per turn: You can banish this card, target 1 card on the field; banish it. During the End Phase, if this card was banished by this effect: Special Summon it. You cannot Summon monsters while this card is face-up on your side of the field. I like that this works from the graveyard as well. Now I see why you made equilibrim conversion. However the effect of banishing 1 card seems a bit underwhelming for the cost. Also the cannot summon monsters thing is kind of pointless since you can just banish this card and then summon before it comes back. Odd-Eyes Pendulum Metal DragonDARK Machine LV 7 ATK: 2800 DEF: 2300Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by tributing 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster equipped with "Metalmorph". Once per turn: You can destroy 1 card in your Pendulum Zone, add 1 Pendulum monster from your Extra Deck to your hand. If this card attacks or is attacked: Any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent is doubled. This looks good except for the fact that like the original Odd-eyes, it should only double damage when battling a monster. As is its VERY easy to one turn kill with this via a direct attack. You can do it with just 1 other card:http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Back-Up_Rider Number 39: Metal UtopiaLIGHT Machine LV 4 ATK: 2500 DEF: 2000Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by tributing 1 "Utopia" monster equipped with "Metalmorph". When any player's monster declares an attack: You can banish 1 Xyz monster from your Graveyard, negate the attack. Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards when an Xyz monster declares an attack until the end of the Damage Step. This card is treated as a Rank 4 Xyz monster while face-up on the field and in the Graveyard. Very underwhelming considering the summoning requirements. I see that you were trying to keep the flavor of Number 39 negating attacks, but that's not a very good effect in today's game considering the cards your using to summon this. My advice would be swap in an effect based on one of the other forms of number 39 instead of "When any player's monster declares an attack: You can banish 1 Xyz monster from your Graveyard, negate the attack." Elemental HERO Metal WingmanFIRE Machine LV 6 ATK: 2400 DEF: 1500Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by tributing 1 "HERO" monster equipped with "Metalmorph". When this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Metal" monster and 1 "Metal" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand. This one is hard to judge except for the last effect that needs balancing. I would change the last effect to be more specific e.g. "When this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the graveyard" since as is everything from Lightsworn monsters to discard costs trigger that effect. and also change it to adding just 1 card. Dragunity Arma Metal LeyvatenWIND Machine LV 8 ATK: 2600 DEF: 1500Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by tributing 1 "Dragunity" monster equipped with "Metalmorph". When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster in either player's Graveyard; equip that target to this card. If this card is targeted for a card effect: You can destroy 1 card that is equipped to this card, negate that effect, and destroy it. I don't know Dragunity well enough to rate this well, but it looks fine at a glance. Mecha Phantom Beast Metal-Enforced DracossackWIND Machine LV 7 ATK: 2900 DEF: 2500Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand or Graveyard) by tributing 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster equipped with "Metalmorph". When this card is Special Summoned: Special Summon as many "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" as possible. While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can tribute 1 Token, destroy 1 card on the field. If a Token is tributed to activate a monster effect: This card gains 800 ATK until the End Phase. This looks decent overall even considering the cost to bring it out. You forgot to list the stats of the tokens though. Did you mean for the destructive effect to target the card its destroying. If not then it should for balance reasons. Tell me if you like it. And definitely more cards coming out for this.Comments are in the quote. You show promise, keep at it.
