bloorocksDotD
LORE:You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK and DEF become 1000. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points; Special Summon 1 "Illusionist" monster from your hand. Monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect cannot declare an attack.Seems fairly balanced, can be really fun in some situations I.E. normal summon for free pay 500 SS 2500/2500 in def but in that scenario you still have a 1000/1000 in atk pos so not too overpowered I dont think.LORE:When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Illusionist" monster from your Graveyard; your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards the turn this card is Tribute Summoned. If this card attacks, it gains 500 ATK during the Damage Step only. While you control a face-up "Illusionist" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand, but it's original ATK and DEF become 0.First effect slightly overpowered, tribute summon to get a 2500/2500 and another monster with no restrictions AND your opponent can’t activate traps that turn? yea, no. I would suggest adding a clause saying that the special summoned monster cannot attack the turn it is summoned and also removing the trap negate effect. far too overpowered IMO, but maybe it just goes with the power creep. Second effect is fine with all the SS you can do today in ygo.LORE:While your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can discard this card; Special Summon 1 "Illusionist" monster with a different name from your Deck. You cannot Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except Spellcaster-Type monsters.Perfectly balanced, can basically be a better cyber dragon if need be.LORE:While you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand with the same Level as this card. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. While you control a face-up "Illusionist" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand, but its effects are negated.Fairly balanced like most of the others, the “free” special summon leaves you with a 600/600 in atk pos.LORE:This card cannot declare an attack. While your opponent controls a monster and you only control 1 monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard if the monster you control is an "Illusionist" monster. While you control no monsters whose original Level is 4 or lower, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing.Only there for horseman fodder, I like it. No real good effects could combo well with double summon.LORE:You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK and DEF become 900. When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can decrease the ATK of the highest ATK monster on the field by 1000 and increase this card's ATK by 1000. Once per turn, can banish the top card of your Deck to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard; you cannot Summon other monsters this turn, except Spellcaster-Type monsters.EDIT: You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK and DEF become 900. When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can decrease the ATK of the monster with the highest ATK on the field by 1000 and increase this card's ATK by 1000. Once per turn, can banish the top card of your Deck to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard; you cannot Summon other monsters this turn, except Spellcaster-Type monsters.2900/1900 for 1 tribute and taking 1k atk away from one of your opponent’s monsters? Possibly overpowered, may want to reduce to stealing 800 or even just 500.LORE:This card cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. You can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, gain Life Points equal to the damage.EDIT:This card cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. You can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: gain Life Points equal to the damage dealt.Minor OCG errors , replaced with a colon and added “dealt” to the end of the last effect.Seems sligltly OP having 2300 lifesteal. may want to reduce atk or increase/decrease by 100 and add a “half” to the lifegain effect.SPELLLLLSSSSSLORE:This card is used to Ritual Summon "Emissary of Death". You must also Tribute Spellcaster-Type monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal 6 or more.K, regular ritual spell. LORE:Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects:● Target 2 "Illusionist" monsters you control; both monsters become Level 3 monsters and treat 1 of those monsters as a Tuner monster until the End Phase.● Add 1 "Emissary of Death" or 1 "Ride of the Horseman" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.● Fusion Summon 1 "Emissary of Pestilence" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials.First effect doesnt seem to be worded right, but im not sure how it could be worded. Going to need an OCG expert for that one.second and third effects are fine.only foreseeable problem would be activating multiple of the card in one turn, but maybe you wanted that to be a thing. if not then add a sentance to the end: you can only use one effect of “card name” per turn and only once that turn.HORSEMENLORE:Must be Ritual Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Ritual Summoned, you can banish 1 card your opponent controls, ignoring its effects; you cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect. Any monster this card battles is destroyed at the end of the Damage Step. Negate the effects of all monsters that activate in the Graveyard. The first effect is kinda broken and breaks the rules of yugioh, firstly: it’s a cost to banish an opponent's card so the opponent cannot respond to the activation. secondly ignoring the effects can cause conflict when attempting to banish a card which is “unaffected by opponent’s card effects” So either rewrite or change that effect all together. The last effect may be worded improperly, not sure tho, if it is replace it with “Monsters that are in the Graveyard cannot activate their effects”LORE:2 Spellcaster-Type monstersYou can only control 1 face-up "Emissary of Pestilence". Once per turn: You can inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each card on their side of the field; you cannot declare an attach the turn you activate this effect. During each of your End Phases, if your opponent takes no damage, your opponent must send 1 card they control to the Graveyard.attach -> attackLast effect is unclear to me, if your opponent takes to dmg in their end phase(why would they?) then they have to give up one of their cards??? or is it if they took no dmg this turn? because that would be more reasonable. LORE:1 "Illusionist" Tuner monster + 1 non-Tuner "Illusionist" monsterYou can only control 1 face-up "Emissary of War". This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. During each of your Standby Phases, pay 1000 Life Points or destroy this card. The last effect of this card is pointless, it cant be destroyed by card effects so it wont destroy itself either way. I sggest rephrasing the effect to say “pay 1000 Life Points or send this card to the Graveyard”other than that, it’s balancedLORE:2 Level 6 Spellcaster-Type monstersYou can only control 1 face-up "Emissary of Famine". This card gains 200 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent controls; you cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn: You can attach 1 Level 6 monster from your hand to this card as an Xyz Material.Seems balanced, negate opps effs in exchange for not being able to attack, only really good when comboed with burn. Decent card.LORE:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Emissary of War", 1 "Emissary of Famine", 1 "Emissary of Pestilence", and 1 "Emissary of Death", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. This card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. Not a good card, it needs more effects. You have no reason to run it, if you want to get all 4 horsemen out and make a boss monster run sophia because it banishes all other cards and cannot be responded to whereas with this your opponent still has cards to use to kill it. either boost its ATK/DEF to 4000 or 4500 OR add in some kind of effect to pop a couple of your opps cards each turn (only one or two at max) do not do both of these or your card will be far too broken.Overall I think it's a decent set that just needs a little work. everything being level 6 is slightly weird though especially with one of the monsters being 600/600 but I guess that's just how you want the set to be. Maybe try adding some spell and trap support, would be cool to see.
