You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except Insect-Type Monsters. Once per turn: You can target 1 "Inzektor" card you control; equip it to an "Inzektor" monster you control.

Once per turn: You can equip 1 "Inzektor" monster from your hand of Graveyard to this card. While this card is equipped to a monster, that monster's Level is increased by 2, also it gains ATK and DEF equal to this card's ATK and DEF. While this card is equipped to a monster: You can return this Equip Card to the hand to send 1 "Inzektor" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard.

You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except Insect-Type Monsters. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up "Inzektor" card you control, and 1 "Inzektor" monster in your Graveyard; destroy the first target, and if you do, Special Summon the second target in face-up defense position.

You can target 1 face-up "Inzektor" monster you control; equip this card from your hand to that target. You can return this card equipped to an "Inzektor" monster to your hand; equip 1 "Inzektor" monster from your hand or Graveyard to the equipped monster. You can only use this effect of "Inzector Giga-Cicada" once per turn.

Entry A's pendulum effects are both fairly dysfunctional. Flare Beetle doesn't work particularly well; while you Normal Summon a "Neos" monster (Neos-Alias or Neos himself) you get a Neo-Spacian from the hand. Except for the fact that it's a pendulum card; why would you to Special Summon the material from your hand with that effect when you can already Special Summon the material using Pendulum Summoning as a mechanic. So even if you Pendulum Summoned Neos-Alias and then Normal Summoned him to turn him into Neos, you should already have the other material on the field. It's a useless effect. Meanwhile the other pendulum effect is also pointless; because if you're using Neos-Alias you should still just be able to Normal Summon it again using Pendulum Summoning, but Neos Vanilla requires 2 tributes, how would you be able to use him. And say you don't have another Pendulum Card in your scale and you need another method for an additional summon; neither effect allows you to summon a Neos fusion in one turn because Neos-Alias needs to have his Gemini effect active in order to actually do that, and that's a two-turn setup either way. Flare Beetle's effect accomplishes nothing and does little to improve the deck besides be a Pendulum monster. The monster effect compliments Flare Neos' role quite nicely, however, and that role is being a big beatstick.

Drillhog's pendulum effect is equally confusing. The way you have it worded it implies it negates the monster from leaving the field, but then does nothing of the sort and just lets you get a Neos on the field. If I were to ignore the wording and assume you meant "When it leaves the field" actually compliments the deck more by making Neos more live in the deck and easier to summon. Unfortunately his Pendulum Scale does not, and while you had the opportunity to make Neos a lot more live and usable, it's missed by the poor scale of 5. Drillhog's pendulum effect is a little redundant on Grand Neos, and Magma Neos is already better for multiple-removal (and you picked the Pendulum Monsters for that job).

Entry B's pendulums, meanwhile, are much more thought-out in how they impact the deck. There's a danger in letting Inzektors setup easily, but with the Hornet loop gone the deck has lost a lot of what made it really good in the first place and has become fairly fragile in the process. Giga-Cicada gets dangerous in recycling Hornet, though. Granted it does have that hard OPT, but it's starting to get back into the dangerous days of Hornet abuse. The effects are functional and work very well towards Kamen Riders, but there's a bit of danger of them possibly being abusable. Unfortunately with how complex Inzektors can get, you won't understand this until you actually test the cards.

My vote goes to Entry B. The cards themselves are more thought-out and functional to the existing archetype, and work towards making the theme more playable in the current game. Entry A has some ideas, but the card effects themselves feel rushed and lacking depth while not addressing any of the major issues that Neo-Spacians actually have, and in the end are not totally functional towards the strategy.
