So, as I've brought up a couple times, I'm very slowly working on a fanfiction, and, so, I'll be dumping random cards I make for it here in written form. you try finding artwork for the Ultimate Odd-Eyes Knightmare Stardust Cyber End Dragon. But, to be a little more serious, feedback on these cards would be nice, reguardless of their nature.

You can only use 1 "Girl with Odd Eyes" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Once per turn you may Call odd or even and roll a die. If your call is correct, increase the attack of this card by 300 times the number the die landed on until the end of your opponent's turn.



Coin Juggler

Level 4, Dark, Spellcaster, 1000Atk/1000Def

Once per turn, you may call Heads or Tails and flip up to 6 coins, increase this monster's attack and defense by 300 times the number of coins you called correctly, until the end of your opponent's turn.



Card Juggler

Level 4, Dark, Spellcaster, 1000Atk/1000Def

Once per turn you may call Spells, Traps, or Monsters. Excavate cards from your deck until you find a card that is not the kind of card you called. This card gains 300 attack for each card excavated that is the type you called and loses 200 attack for each card not that type. Any card excavated is sent to the graveyard.



Bouncer Golem

Level 5, Earth, Rock, 2000Atk/2500Def

When either player normal summons a monster, they must call Heads or Tails and flip a coin, if they win, the summon proceeds as normal, if they lose the monster is returned to their hand and they may not normal summon this turn.



Dealer Golem

Level 5, Earth, Rock, 2000Atk/2500Def

Once per turn, you may call Spells, Traps, or Monsters then draw a card and reveal it to everyone, if you called it correctly, you gain 1000 life points, if you call it wrong you lose 1000 life points and must discard a card from your hand to the graveyard.



Slot Machine Golem

Level 5, Earth, Rock, 2000Atk/2500Def

Once per turn, you may roll three dice, if two match, destroy 1 card your opponent controls, if all three match, destroy 2 cards your opponent controls, if all three are 6's and they all match, destroy three cards your opponent controls. If none match, destroy one card you control and take damage equal to 100x the sum of the rolled numbers.



Trick Casino

Field Spell

Once during each player's turn, they may redo one die roll or coin flip. Whenever a monster is sent to the graveyard by a monster effect, place 1 Jackpot Counter on this card, when this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, the player who destroyed it gains 100 life points for each Jackpot Counter on this card.



Roulette Summon

Normal Spell

Call Even or Odd then roll a die, if you call it right you may special summon any number of monsters who's levels match the number rolled, if you call it wrong discard all monsters in your hand who's levels match the number rolled. If you lack monsters for either of these effects, you lose lifepoints equal to 100x the number rolled.



Risky Gamble

Counter Trap

Activate when your opponent activates a spell or trap card. Call Heads or Tails and flip a coin, if you call it right, negate the activation of your opponent's spell or trap and destroy it, your opponent can not activate other spells or traps this turn, if you call it wrong your opponent's spell or trap resolves as normal, but is returned to their hand if it would be sent to the graveyard this turn.

When a battle involving "Anne, Doll of the Curse" is being conducted you may banish this card from the graveyard: increase the attack points of the involved "Anne, Doll of the Curse" by the attack points of the other involved monster.

Once per turn, when this face up card would be destroyed by battle or by card effect, you may banish 1 "Doll" from your graveyard instead of sending it to the graveyard.

Crazed Dollmaker's Sermon
Ritual Spell
Used to ritual summon "Shoebox, the Crazed Dollmaker", you must also offer monsters from your hand and field who's levels equal 12 or more. Once per turn, when a "Shoebox, the Crazed Dollmaker" you control would be destroyed by a card effect, you may banish this card from your graveyard: Negate that effect and if you do, destroy it.

The Final Sermon
Spell
If you control a face up "Shoebox, the Crazed Dollmaker" and have exactly 1 "Anne, Doll of the Curse" in your graveyard, target those two cards: Sacrifice "Shoebox, the Crazed Dollmaker" and special summon "Anne, Doll of the Curse" from the graveyard. A monster special summoned this was gains the following effect: "This face up card gains 500 attack points for each doll in your graveyard."

"Doll" monsters you control may ignore the conditions on Equip spell cards.

 

 

Ritual Dollhouse

Continuous Spell.

"Doll" monsters have their levels doubled wile being tributed for a Ritual Summon.

 

Crazed Dollmaker's Workshop

Field Spell

Each "Doll" monster on the field gains 250 attack and defense points for each other "Doll" monster on the field.

NIGHTMARE Fusion

By banishing materials from your hand, field graveyard and deck, fusion summon 1 fusion monster that can be summoned using the banished materials.

 

NIGHTMARE Trap: Bottomless Pit

Trap

When a monster equipped with a 'NIGHTMARE Weapon' attacks, destroy the union monster equipped to it, then destroy the equipped monster. When this trap's effect resolves, set it face down again.

All "Chared Wing" monsters on the field gain 500 attack and defense points. When this card is sent to the graveyard, special summon 1 "Chared Wing" monster from your hand or graveyard.

Chared Dance
Quickplay Spell
Activate only if you control a face up "Chared Wing Flame Dancer", attach one card from your hand to your face up Flame Dancer, then, target 1 Xyz monster on the field: That target loses an Xyz material.

Chared Runeblade
Equip Spell
Equip only to a Chared Wing monster. The equipped monster gains 1000 attack points and can not attack unless its name is "Chared Wing Spellsword"

Chared Retribution
Trap
Activate only if you control a face up "Chared Wing Savior". Destroy all face up monsters and all face down spells and traps your opponent controls, then, destroy all face down and non-Xyz monsters you control.

Girl with Odd-Eyes is literally the Odd-Eyes equivalent of Maiden with Eyes of Blue.

Not much I can say about it; but at least it gives incentive to use the original Odd-Eyes, since his Pendulum form pretty much took over.
 
Golden Dragon pretty much is revival from the Graveyard; the Extra Deck one won't work because the monster wasn't properly SSed first (unless these are Synchro Pendulums that were properly SSed). 
 
You are missing the Attribute on these, but I will assume they are DARK to coincide with Odd-Eyes.

The Girl with Odd Eyes is supposed to be the Odd-Eyes Maiden with Eyes of Blue, and in the case of the world these were made for, pendulums don't exist at all there, so, pendulum odd-eyes isn't an option to duelists.

Actually, I retract what I said about you being unable to Special Summon the Synchros from the Extra Deck.

Unless they specifically state that you need to Fusion Summon them first (or only that way), you can do it in a similar vein to what Magical Scientist does for Fusions.

 

It's only if you try to SS them from the Graveyard or banished zone that they won't work.

However, keep in mind that because of its effect, you can SS stuff like Goyo and other prominent Level 6 Synchros for no cost.

There is a reason why Magical Scientist was banned; does the same thing this card is doing for Fusions (while monsters returned to the ED afterwards, it was not OPT).

 

Here, you have an OPT effect but said monster is free to attack and do whatever, and will not bounce themselves later. 

 

That, and it is indeed generic, so any Deck that can afford to run Level 8 Synchros can play this, and spam a random Level 6 Synchro of choice.

You should probably change its summon requirements to 1 Tuner + "Odd-Eyes Dragon"; that way, it cannot be abused by other Decks.

 

Additionally, you should also put some form of restriction on the ED-summoning thing.

 

This may be cards designed for a fanfic world, but keep in mind the implications yours will have with existing content in the actual game.

So your NIGHTMARE cards... Is it used in a deck that uses both Ritual and Synchro cards? That's an odd combination... Or is it more like the Number cards in Zexal?

Anyways, this equip cards have a mistake. They should say 'equip to a Ritual monster' and 'equip to a Synchro monster'. It's just how they word Union monsters. Although it does make it so you can make your opponent's monster vulnerable to your own NIGHTMARE Trap. If you're trying to avoid that, then okay... Sorry..

 

I like the Maiden with the Odd Eyes. C'mon, Odd Eyes has a much better effect than Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon! It needs more support.

 

Roxanne series is terrifying, plain and simple.

 

Dark Phoenix is as well, but I think I fear Roxanne more.

 

The Card Juggler monster's effect seems... Oddly worded. I gain attack for every card type I call right, and lose for every I don't. Fair enough... But you stop when you get a card you didn't call... So... You just lose 200 at the end of the change. The part after seems... Unneeded.

 

Also, Crazed Dollmakers are the protagonist's cards? ... Okay. May more sense when I read the fic.

Thank you, the NIGHTMARE cards are my version of the Zexal Weapons, and they are directly linked to the story. Card Juggler's effect was not my idea, and can be fixed. The protagonist uses the Crazed Dollmaker cards for 2 reasons: 1: he's a weird guy, or, he's supposed to be. 2: he's the only one who can truly care for the spirits attached to the cards that others find weird and creepy.

Roxane and Dark Phoenix are intended to be used by antagonists (who will have their own NIGHTMARE cards).
