You can dicard 1 card; create and special summon 1 level 6 or lower "Ike's Summon" monster from your extra deck and if you do, this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn and that monster cannot be used for synchro or xyz summons this turn. This effect can be used only once while this card is face-up on the field. During the End Phase: if this card attacked or was attacked this turn: you can send this face-up card to the graveyard; special summon 1 "Summoner Ike LV6" from your hand, deck, or graveyard.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by "Summoner Ike LV6", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Your opponenet cannot taerget this card with card effects. Once per turn; you can create and special summon 1 "Ike's Summon" monster from your extra deck, that monster cannot be used for synchro or xyz summons this turn.

 

note: The physical cards equivalent of "Create and Special summon" would be that Ike's summons don't count towards the 15 card extra deck limit. For reviews, please interpret it this way.
