Card A:

2 Level 4 Warrior-Type monsters
If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; have this card attacks 1 monster your opponent controls (this is a Quick Effect). If this card attacks with this effect, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the damage step, also this card gains 200 ATK after damage calculation.

Card B:

3 Level 4 EARTH monsters
During either player's turn, if this card battles an opponent's monster with a higher ATK than this card: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Switch that monster to defense position. If this card attacks a Defense Position Monster, inflict Piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card has no Xyz Materials, switch it to face-up Defense Position, also it cannot switch Battle Positions. If this face-up card with Xyz Materials is destroyed: You can send 1 Rock-type monster from your deck to the Graveyard.

Card A:

It has useful and amusing effects, such as attacking during the opponent's BP, but its base ATK doesn't help: 2100 isn't a good value on an Rank4 whose job is to battle and beat things up. It does have a built-in ATK boost effect, which apparently stacks for a total ATK of 2500, but it will take at least 2 turns to set up and after it is done it will no longer have its Armades-ish perk. I guess it is a fair exchange but still, perhaps +100 to its base ATK would have been enough to make a big difference.

Card B:

Oh wow, to be honest I thought this was a solid card: Sets Rocks in the grave, disables from attacking any monster stronger than it, and the piercing is more of icing on the cake. Although I believed that 2700 ATK was way above the benchmark for 2-material Rank4s with an effect, considering that Pearl set the ATK limit of 2600; but then again, there are exceptions such as Bahamut Shark and Diamond Crab who is essentially a 2-turn 3000-ATK beater, and Rock Stun kind of need the support. Then I realized it actually is a 3-material Rank4. So yeah, the card suddenly is not as useful than I thought, because you may as well go for stronger 3-mat Rank4s with higher ATK and removal effects, such as Ouroboros. Of course, as an EARTH this works with Block Golem's restriction, but Rock Stun can rarely afford to make 3-mat Rank4s anyways so this won't exactly help them.

My vote goes for Card A because it has an unique effect of attacking during the opponent's turn, it is more or less an Armades for Warrior Rank4s, and can potentially turn into a 2500-ATK beater if allowed to set up. Card B is 1 material away to being really good.
