It's been a while since I last did this due to exams. Now that it's out of the way...

Card A
If you control a face-up "Tellar" monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then increase this card's Level by up to 5. You can only use this effect of "Maiden of Astromancy" once per turn. This face-up card is also treated as a "Constellarknight" monster. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as an Xyz Material gains these effects, depending on its name.
● "Constellar" monster: This card gains 300 ATK, also it cannot be targeted by card effects.
● "Tellarknight" monster: This card gains 300 DEF, also any card that would be sent to the Graveyard by this card (either by battle or by its effects) is banished instead.
Card B
When this card is activated: Add 1 "Malefic" or "Earthbound Immortal" monster from your Deck to your hand. This effect of "Leyline of Maleficence" can only be activated once per turn. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Special Summons of "Malefic" monsters cannot be negated. During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Earthbound Immortal" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)
Card A

Seems pretty straightforward.  Supports Constellars and Tellarnights fairly well with generic support.  One thing I like, and this may not have been intentional, but if you use this to summon Constellarknight Diamond, it gains both effects, making it a 3000/2300 that basically shuts down every DARK deck in the game, cannot be targeted, and banishes monsters it kills, which makes Constellarknight Diamond infinitely more viable than it previously was.  In short, I really like this, as it supports both of the chosen archetypes very well.

Card B

This card is fantastic.  A search on activation is nice, and an extra normal summon is extremely useful to Earthbounds.  My only gripe, however slight, is what this does for malefics.  yeah their summon can't be negated, but there aren't that many viable cards that would do this with some exceptions like Solemn Warning.  Most traps that are used to deal with them do not negate the summon, and even if it does a fast malefic deck should just have another monster to plop out.  So while this effect does give powerful protection to malefics, I'm not sure they really need that sort of protection....

Though I do thoroughly like both of these cards, the scales tipped ever so slightly towards Card A.  My one and only reason for this, is that I feel it does more for the archetypes it is supporting, giving Constellars much more swarming potential and Tellarknights getting even more swarming potential, while Card B only gave a single search (not even a true OPT as per Revolving Switchyard), some somewhat underwhelming Malefic support, and some good Earthbound support.

I vote for Card A.

Card A not being searchable by the same archetypes it supports is kinda annoying but it can Special Summon itself and gets Level 1 support, which should be enough to make it playable. There is not much to add; it is basically an archetype Thrasher/Kagetokage/etc. for Xyz plays, with the perk of allowing Rank5~6s along Constellar Kaust and further buffs tellar Xyzs. And that buff on "tellarknight" monsters is really cool.

And Card B has only one flaw in my opinion: Malefic Cydra. Really, searching for a 4000-ATK beater and making it live on the spot seems crazy, and with Terraforming being a thing this card even has its own searcher. So yeah, a 4000-ATK beater is not exactly gamebreaking nowadays because powercreep but it is still a power play that will pressure the opponent.
