Requirements Re-invent a card from CDIP. Its general purpose must stay the same as the original card, but it can have additional effects/restrictions to push it in line with the present day's power level. Use the same image as the original card. Card A
"Cyberdark Horn" + "Cyberdark Edge" + "Cyberdark Keel" Must be Fusion Summoned OR Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending the above Fusion Material Monsters you control to the Graveyard (You do not use "Polymerization"), and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Monster Cards in your Graveyard are also Dragon-Type. Once per turn: You can target 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; equip that target to this card. (You can only equip 1 monster at a time this way) This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. This card gains 100 ATK for each Monster Card in your Graveyard. If this card would be destroyed, the equipped monster is banished instead.
Card B
No monster can be Special Summoned, except for WIND monsters. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a WIND monster: You can target 1 Spell/Trap card your opponent controls; return that target to the hand.

Duel Emperor
I vote for card B. Card A is broken with Dragon Rulers and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon who can now revive anything. Card B's new effect still can't push it in line with present day's power level as intended, but at least nothing is broken.
VampireofDarkness
I'll take my vote on Card A. While Card B has some interesting uses, I feel it just doesn't quite do the job. It feels about as relevant as Rose, Warrior of Revenge in the present day, but I can see where it was going. Yes, there are some exploitations when every monster in your Graveyard becomes Dragons, but at the same time, Zombies have a the same combo with Zombie World to essentially have a Monster Reborn on wheels and an easy Super Poly target, and they aren't using any of that at all, plus it makes Cyberdark builds (For the most part) Not having to entirely rely on Magical Merchant to have a big impact, which if I played the deck I would be quite thankful for. Maeriberii Haan
Vote for A. Never really liked the floodgate nature of the Barrier Statues, and giving them actual defensive stat would make them actually dangerous. Not to mention Divine Wind can pull it straight from the deck (though it's limited in TCG). Card A still feels underwhelming imo, due to the setup and investment deck-wise to summon it, but I like where it's going. It's the standard huge beatstick with protection, with a small quirk that could lead to interesting deck builds.

Darj
I vote for Card A. Its last effect protect from any kind of destrution, which is a great upgrade. The new summoning condition doesn't outclass "Cyberdark Impact" but can be used in a pinch, and that's good in my opinion. Turning everything into Dragons allows it to equip basically any monster while making its equip effect live, also it may lead to amusing combos such as equipping floaters. Card B just got a better DEF and a situational bouncing effect. However, it doesn't make it any better than the original because, unless you Special Summon it in DEF Position, you will have to Set it first to take advantage of its high DEF, and hope the opponent doesn't attack it with a 2100+ ATK monster and destroys it by battle.
