Performapal Power Parrot

WIND/Winged-Beast/Pendulum/Effect/***/<2/>2

600/1200

Pendulum Effect:

Once per turn, you can target 1 "Pendulum Dragon" or "Performapal" monster you control; until the end of this turn, it gains 600 ATK. If the targeted monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can shuffle this card into your Deck, then place 1 Pendulum Monster from your deck in one of your unused Pendulum Zones.

Monster Effect:

You can discard this card to the Graveyard: add 1 "Pendulum Dragon" or "Performapal" monster from your Graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck to your hand.
Performapal Cricketune
LIGHT/Insect/Pendulum/Effect/*/<4/>4
100/100
Pendulum Effects:
Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Cricketune Token" (Insect-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100.) This token is treated as a Tuner while face-up on the field. If you would Synchro Summon using this token as a Synchro Material, the other Synchro Material Monsters must be a "Pendulum Dragon" or "Performapal" monster.
Monster Effects:
If you control a face-up "Pendulum Dragon" monster, you can send 1 Pendulum Monster from your hand to the Extra Deck to Special Summon this card (from your hand or Extra Deck). If Summoned this way, it is treated as a Tuner while face-up on the field. You can only Special Summon "Performapal Cricketune" once per turn this way. Once per turn: You can increase this card's Level by up to the number of other face-up "Performapal" monsters you control. You cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except for a Synchro Summon using this card as a Synchro Material Monster.
I vote for Card B. This time card A is also good but card B is better. Card A is the tutor for the deck that can also search for Odd-Eyes or recycle Rune-Eyes or Beast-Eyes. Its Pendulum Effect is too slow though. Card B has the worst scale, but it allow you to play Synchro Monsters and in the great way. I can see this or something like this in the anime used by Yuya when he learned Synchro Summoning.

I vote Card B. Card A create an endless loop on its own and I never liked them. Card B is awesome, the instant Tuning on a Pendulum Monster is interesting, and the requirement of level modification reflected the concept of Pendulum Summon well.

Which endless loop are we talking about here?

Discard Parrot, target itself, get Parrot, discard Parrot...
It may not relevant, but if there's a card that gains benefit from a card being discarded, then this card is more than OP. And even not counting this, Card B would still get my vote as I love how it mix Synchro with Pendulum.
