2 Level 11 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 9 or 10 Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) This card cannot attack or activate its effects the turn it is Summoned this way. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 card your opponent controls; banish it, and if you do, draw a card, then, if the banished card was a monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck: Banish 1 random card from your opponent's hand face-down. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

3 Level 11 Monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by discarding 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card and using a rank 6 or higher Machine-type Xyz monster you control as the Xyz Material. This card cannot declare an attack the turn it was Xyz Summoned this way. This card can attack all other monsters on the field once each. If you do, neither players takes battle damage during the battle. When a card effect targets a face-up Machine-type monster you control, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.

Ugh, both cards seems to have too much restriction imo, especially Card B that the main purpose is beater. However, Card A is pretty weak in term of stat, just compare with R9 or 10 that you'd overlay into this (Dyson 2.8/3, PFE 2.9/2.5, Gustav 3/3, Gangar 3.4/3) and you'll see that you literally weaken them. Stat should have been 3k+/3k+ if you already have that sickness, or get rid of sickness and instead restrict it to M2 like Downerd if you want to keep that stat, and it'd be more usable. Card B's sickness also bothers me, although it comes with a pseudo-hexproof for all Machine and a 3.4k multi-attack that give no damage. Something drew my interest, it actually says "This card can attack all other monsters on the field once each." which mean you can attack and trigger your own floaters. I don't know whether this is intentionally or not, but it's pretty interesting. it's Alt SScon is also better, as it give itself a place in any deck with Argent (most likely GP) and fit them well with its protection.

Card B got it.

Edit: My bad, just noticed Card A's quick clause, and that will completely change what I've said. You used PFE/Gustav/Gangar effects (which are all great), then get a better Pleiades to banish something next turn and interrupt opponent's play too? low stat that was the burden before now become the thing that prevent this from broken, but it still... idk, OP? and I still like Card B's concept more.

I too vote for card B

Granted they are both essentially good for Rank 11's, but I will keep this short and simple. The determining factor for me in this case were the attack points. Rank 11 is a massive achievement and deserving of high curb stomping attack points. On their faces Card B's 3400 attack points are quite deserving of that number especially since the Sky Fortress is at 3300 and Gustaph is at 3000. Second Brachius (Yay CFV images) has what I would define as a more excessive effect. Massive over swinging, floater killing with protection it actually goes with the picture better too.

While looking at Card A's effect I notice that it too is viciously powerful but the fact that it is +2/3 interrupter coupled with low attack points is what swayed my decision to B.

I vote Card A. I think Card B's restriction is kind of counterproductive. You make this by -1, and yet you can't attack and let your opponent do anything they want for a turn? non-target removal is not that hard to pull off. Card A is a better Pleiades, but considering how hard to get Rank 9 or 10 out I think that's fine. It also has low ATK/DEF for a Rank 11, but that looks fit the powerful effect it has.
