Duel Emperor
Rules All YCM Forum Rules and YCM 1v1 Rules apply. The winner of this 1v1 match will be the first Member to have their card reach 3 votes, or whoever has the most votes after 3 days of voting, or, in the case of a tie of 0-0 after 3 days of the cards being posted, sudden death rules apply (a tie of 1-1 or 2-2 will result in a Draw). If, after 2 days of accepting the challenge, my opponent does not post their card, I may exercise my right to choose a new opponent. The cards are to be PMed directly to me so that they can be added to the OP for easier voting. Both entries will be anonymous, and as such the contestants may not under any circumstances attempt to influence a voter to choose theirs, nor should the contestants hint in any way as to which is theirs. Voters only have one vote and may vote on the card they think is best or on "Card C" (in the case that the voter does not think either card deserves to win. 3 "Card C" votes result in a loss for both contestants).Rewards All voters will receive 1 Rep from each contestant.Requirements You can make any card you wish. Card A 1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card battled this turn: You can target 1 monster on the field; Send it to the Graveyard. Card B You can Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 2 WIND monsters from your Graveyard. Rera
I vote Card B. At the first glance, Card A looks better for being a generic Synchro with the equal ATK, but then I realized that it's effect is so slow so that it won't even has a chance to work. Card B looks weak, too much cost and restriction, but when compare to Card A, this seems to be better.
Atypical-Abbie
Card A: A decent generic Level 5 Synchro, allows you go get over a few things you wouldn't normally be able to, I would use it in most Synchro Decks. Not much else to say here. Card B: An easy Summon, though it has fairly low stats, and an effect that isn't all too powerful, and it's Type and Attribute are strange, so can't be abused much, though still allows for Tempest I suppose. The Quick Effect destroy can be quite useful against Pendulums, and the build in protection is also quite handy, and allows for Misy Valley stuff. Speaking of which, it's last effect reminds me a lot Apex Avian, which got me thinking that this could very well be used in such a Deck, Pendulum version too. You could probably use this is in quite a few Decks, mostly to counter Pendulums, and as there are plenty of WIND Decks out there, you could figure out a ton of splash ability here. Card B seems like it can do a lot more, while Card A is good, but doesn't have as much going for it, it's just another staple really.

-Noel-
@Simon I'm going to tell you in another thread that you can't join 2 1v1 at a time since you already has a won and I believe the 3rd place should have 2 or less won by now, but after a quick look at this, I think this way's more convenient, for both of us. Card A is... mediocre I guess? It's outclassed by Armades in almost every situations. The only benefits are when opponent spam'd too much monsters and left something weak on the field along with something that Armades can't run over, and that Zombie typing. Card B is... fine, not so bad but not that good. You banish 2 WIND to get a reusable conditional MST and an instant R7 with Tempest in WIND deck. I'll go with this one since it feel better than a situational mediocre card.
