Entries: Card A: Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 1 "Spirit Beast" card from your Graveyard or from your side of the field, then target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field; destroy that target (this is a Quick Effect). You can only Special Summon 1 "Noble Spirit Beast Piacockus" per turn. Card B: 2 Level 4 LIGHT monsters If you control the above cards, you can discard 1 card; Place this card face-up on the field (from your Extra Deck), then attach those monsters to this card as Xyz Materials (This is treated as an Xyz Summon). While this card has Xyz Materials, neither player can Special Summon monsters. When a monster is sent from the field to the Graveyard, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card. Atypical-Abbie
I don't even understand the second card's first effect, why would even want to do that? Is that meant to be its Summoning requirement? If that's the case, then I don't get why you would discard a card just to do that. Anyway, the first card is alright, a simple pop, it being a Quick Effect is probably what is best for it, since it can combo with thier Quick-Play Fusion after you use it during the opponent's turn. Pop, Fusion Summon, return that monster to the Extra Deck, Special Summon this, pop another card. I find the second card too powerful. If the opponent doens't have anything with 2400 or above already on the field, it becomes pretty hard to get rid of. The Decks it can be used have fast ways to get out other powerful Xyz Monsters as well, fast and easy. Yes, it does detach something whenever a monster is sent, but I still don't really like the idea behind what it can do. I'll go with Card A. Rera
I vote Card A. I, too, don't understand why Card B has that first effect if it can be Xyz Summoned normally, but that cannot hide the fact that it's a floodgate which stated clearly in card design guide that shouldn't be made. Card A is another support for Spirit Beast (yay :)) and its effect is really useful since banishing for the deck can also increase the variable on decontacting monsters. Spinny
I vote for card A. I know nothing about spirit beasts but its effect is simply more balanced (I have seen very few of the SB cards but it fits the ones i have seen).Card B is uhhh well..... its 1st effect is completely pointless, and its a vanity's emptiness for bujins in monster form which isnt healthy.
