Lore:

When a card(s) you control is destroyed by card effect: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower monsters from your hand or Graveyard. Their effects are negated. Once, until your next End Phase: If you Synchro Summon a Dragon-Type monster: You can draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Starlight Trail" per turn.

Card B:

FLIP: Return this card to the deck, and if you do; Excavate the top 5 cards from the deck, then Special Summon as many excavated Level 2 or lower Beast-type monsters as possible, except "Catpet", in face-down defense position. Then shuffle the rest of the cards into the deck, if any. You can only activate the effect of "Catpet" once per turn. Monsters Special Summoned this way cannot be flipped face-up by card effects while they remain on the field.

I vote for B

I like A since you can negate its cost just by discarding a monster and then summoning it from your graveyard and also punishes your opponent for using card effects to gain board control and then replenishes your hand when you get your free synchro handing you back any board control you may have lost easily.

However B is really well thought and uses some really interesting effects and you can trigger it alot easier than starlight trail and also punishes opponents for attacking your face-down monsters and also opens up alot of baby raccoon plays and combos.

No, I think this vote has a big flaw in it and I will reject this for now. Card B cannot trigger its effect if flipped by being attacked as it is going to the Graveyard.

I Vote for card A, because it helps more decks than card B and in more balanced way. Card A is already well designed but card B has a luck factor and it's ability to instantly swarm the field with 5 monsters is overpowered. Tribute fodders, walls, Tantans, etc etc.

I'm fine with this vote.

Card A, Qliphoth Tool, wins.
