Trebuchet MS
Rules All Leaderboard rules apply. First to 3 votes or most votes by the deadline wins. The winner gets a rep from the loser. Voters are to explain their reasoning. Better-explained thought processes will receive reps. Written cards are allowed. (Must be in written format, cards with blank pictures are not acceptable) Remove any evidence of the card being made by you to ensure anonymity. In case a downtime happens, the deadlines may be extended. Deadlines PM your cards within 48 hours after I accept the challenge. Voters have 72 hours to vote once the cards are posted up. Requirements Create a card based on Senet mechanics (i.e. moving between Card Zones and checking columns) Card A
Once per chain, during either player's turn: You can pay 700 Life Points; move 1 monster you control to another unoccupied Monster Zone, and if you do, it is unaffected by other card effects that are in the same chain as this effect's activation, also negate the next attack this turn that target it. Monsters you control cannot move to any Monster Zone that was occupied by a monster during this turn.
Card B
Once per turn: You can move this card to an adjacent unoccupied Spell & Trap Card Zone you control, OR switch its position with an adjacent Spell/Trap Card you control. Monsters your opponent controls in this card's column cannot attack. Monsters your opponent controls in columns adjacent to this card cannot activate their effects.

A_Kuzuyu
I think "Prototype Teleporter" is better and much more realistic one between these cards. 3 "Traffic Congestions" in the 3 middle Spell/Trap Zones are equal to "Majesty's Fiend" that only prevent opponent's monster effects -Broken- not to mention 3 of 5 monsters cannot attack at all. But "Prototype Teleporter" is also not so good. It waste way too much LP to use it's effect that already limited to (5 - monsters you control) times per turn due to the last annoying restriction, but it still better than just flip 3 cards and say "You can't play" <_<

Nathanael D. Striker
Hmm, interesting approaches here. Card A acts as protection for a needed combo piece or boss monster. Don't think that the Life Point cost is necessary, but I see why it's there. Rest of the effects seems fair enough and the Tuner status goes help justify the protection. Card B on the other hand is a mess ready to happen. The odds of having three of these at once is slim, but 2 can really cause some issues. I see this being semi-limited or so, and that doesn't work for me. Yes, Xyz and Synchro coming can still happen, but they aren't really going to help if 2/3 of these are around. Card A gets the vote. Trebuchet MS
And a little short of 72 hours, Card A, and Aqua Hina, wins 2-0 by the deadline. Perhaps I should've included a "once-active-copy" clause.
