Make a main deck monster capable of returning monsters on the field to the deck.

Card A:

This card can't attack directly. No player takes Battle Damage from battles involving this card. If a monster would be destroyed by battle against this card; it is not. At the end of the Damage Step of a battle involving this card; shuffle all monsters with an ATK higher than this card's ATK into the Deck.

If this card is flipped face-up: You can target 1 card on the field; Return it to the deck. During either player's turn, when exactly 1 Beast-type monster you control is destroyed by your opponent (by battle or card effect): You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; flip it face-down. You can only activate 1 "Bulli" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

"Morphing Stalker" can ram itself into a well-swarmed field and blow that field up by one of the best removal effect. But outside of that usage, it actually do nothing, no damage and indestructible turn it's 2000 ATK into a useless crap. However "Bulli" is far too good to win, its flip effect is simple yet too broken, just returning a card to the hand like "Shaddoll Dragon", "Nightmare Penguin" or "Penguin Soldier" was already the most powerful flip removal. furthermore powerup is just overkill the flavor. It's another effect is an icing on cake which have nothing to do with its first absurd effect, therefore I think I have to vote another card.

You know, this took me about an hour to read the rules and past contests to make sure I can vote "Card C". I was about to vote "Morphing Stalker" but I think it's too weak, so I choose "Card C"

I'll vote as well if it's not too late (I realise that I've had ages to do so).

Card A: as A_Kuzuyu said, it's quite a simple card with the sole purpose of ramming into your opponent (or offering protection against) their high-ATK filled field. However, contrary to the other voter's opinion, it does have some other uses; unlike a lot of the older lv4 or lower monsters with 2000 ATK, there is no downside to having it on the field (at least in decks that you'd play it in). 2000 is a solid amount, especially as a Tourguide target that could attack (with its effect negated) or used in Ghostricks to wipe their field without any of your low-ATK monsters getting hurt, then going into an Alucard with it after adding with Stein (it can also be added back with Recurring Nightmare which is used in some Ghostricks). Therefore overall I think it's a very nice card that could work well in a select few decks (perhaps even in token block decks, clearing their field and filling it with ojama tokens?) or at least a good side deck card against swarm decks.

Card B: I agree with Kuzuyu in that this seems way too good with raccoons. While the last card you made for them merely offered more consistency, this adds probably one of the best flip effects I can think of into a deck (returning any card on the field is too versatile) that can search this card and set it for you (ponpoko). That already is probably too good, but the second BTS-esque effect that gives you a free book of moon when any of your monsters dies is too much.

That's why, overall my vote goes to Card A.

No, I think it's a valid vote.

Personally though, I'd prefer if we could drag this out a little longer.

Well, I established the deadline, and it's past the 15th on my end. Also, I don't think there's a big chance we'll get more votes as the date passes entirely.
