This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. A "lswarm" Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains this effect.

My vote go for "Ukupanipo". Again, that bad-looking font of "Cockatrice", I don't understand why you have to make your cards looks outright different from cards made by other members and ruined the whole "Anonymity" thing? And not that I'm biased or anything, but the card is bad. If I controls 2 "Lwarm" monsters, why don't I just Xyz Summon "Evilswarm Ophion" instead of a non-effect monster with the same stat? "Ukupanipo" gives more power to the said "Ophion", and just 1650 double attacker is decent by itself.

I don't think the font should affect a vote at all, but anyway...

Card A: It's a similar idea to the last Evilswarm card you made, with increasing effects for each monster used. However, the differences are what makes the former better than this. The main problem I have with it is probably that its a main deck card, as it means more dead draws and less consistency for a deck that wants just that; most Evilswarms are level 4, so this could easily be a Rank 4 with good ATK (same as Ophion) and the same effects. However, even then the card's effects mean it's not worth making with 2, which I don't get if you wanted to make this an alternative for Iswarms to use. I like the 3 or more effect, which is better than Ouroboros', but the others don't seem worth it, as (4) doesn't stop compuls/prison like pandemic does (which ophion gets for you) and (5) just is no Rhongo.

Card B: A lot simpler, and does seem like the kind of level 4 lswarm card Konami would make. It has a good 2-attack effect making it worth using by itself for pushes, and works with the xyz theme of the archetype well, by supporting the monsters made rather than just making them, therefore combining well with Castor or Kery, while balancing itself nicely (if a bit unnecessarily) by giving the xyz monster a weaker 2-attack effect.

Overall then, my vote also goes to Card B, with Card A being a lot better suited to being an Xyz monster.

unaccepted

You should freaking say why a vote is unaccepted so it may be corrected. That's just the simplest, most courteous thing.

Card A is ridiculously meh because Evilswarm are not that capable of swarming. Even then, the effects are just not very good. You need to tribute four monsters, four. freaking. monsters, for a meh beatstick offering blanket immunity.

Card B has actual benefits to be run over not so costly conditions in some capacity, so vote to that.

Card A: I feel as though this card has a limited amount of usage that can be brought out. Evilswarms are not the most swarm-able monsters out there, and while the attack is good if you want to use castor and summon again, then SS, but Ophion would be the better option because it would have an effect compared to a 2 Mon. Cockatrice. the 3 Mon. effect, while good, can still be stomped out by the likes of Monarchs, Spells and Traps, and even flip effects. The 4 Mon. effect helps with the weaknesses of the 3 Mon. effect well, but it can still target, and bad things can happen from there especially if it goes against Fiendish Chain, and it turns into an effort wasted. Now the 5 Mon. Effect is really good, working as a banishing Catastor, but for five monsters, it is almost impossible to pull off without Soul Charge. Not to mention cards that don't target and rely on Normal summons, especially Monarchs, can easily run this card over. anymore than 3 Monsters will end badly in the long run. it can work if it uses its 3 Mon. effect with Ophion and Infestation Pandemic to further protect it, but otherwise I would say Side Deck at best.

Card B: Simple yet Effective. combined with Castor, this can make Ophion more dangerous than it already was. double attacking is always a great effect, and this card could fit in really well in an Evilswarm deck.

my vote goes towards Card B. hope mine can be accepted.
