magemeek22
Vote goes to card A. Card A: I'll admit, this card is a little underwhelming at first, mostly since it gets little to nothing done. Why would you summon this over the other Spirits in the first place? That said, there is a pleasant utility in disabling your opponent's trump cards and making them useless. More thought reveals that this card fills an empty niche in Spirit decks in that it finds a way to counter heavy lockdowns. This card is like Fiendish chain, except without the heavy drawbacks. Nice choice making it 1400 atk, whether intentional or not, since that lets it be protected from BTH. This card offers situational utility at the cost of being slow and clunky, but the reward of disabling your opponent's key cards is extremely nice. Card B: I'll admit, this was my choice early on. Unfortunately, it's way too splashable in its current state. Sure, it eats up your Normal Summon. But it also flat-out steals your opponent's monster for no cost and with no limitation. It's basically Big Eye, except for requiring no set-up and protected from both BTH and black horn. Yes, there is the retribution that your opponent can draw 1 card eventually, and there's also the fact that it won't deal damage - but that doesn't make up for the fact that you just took their trump card. This would be great if the effects lasted until the End Phase, but unfortunately, that's not how the card was made. Sorry, but this card loses for being a little too powerful. Qliphort Tool
While I do respect the well-designed and creativity behind card A, it doesn't interact with the deck as well as card B does, not to mention waste the Normal Summon to lock a monster, while sounds neat, is kinda slow and still left your opponent a meat wall. Card B hold one of the most powerful effect in the game, although being a spirit and having a damage catch and reward opponent for get rid of it make the card well balanced. I'm glad it's not a 4s that you can Xyz into something right after stealing the monster. Also it somehow has legit combo with Nigitama and Creature Swap that grant you a +1 since the stolen Nigi will return to the hand and you are the owner. So both cards were perfectly designed (as expected from both of you), but since I have some experience with competitive spirit deck, I love the new combo card B granted more than the lock from card A, so card B got my vote. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A: Essentially neuters a monster from being able to do much except for being tribute fodder for something else (Level 5+ monster, Rituals or another effect) or changing battle positions. It's a strong ability that can shut down a few monsters/Decks, though not overpowered like card B. Card B: Pretty much Brain Control or Snatch Steal in monster form (Number 11 says hi); since you can simply steal the opponent's monster and use it to Synchro/Xyz or whatever. Granted, your opponent won't take damage if you use it to damage them, but the monster can still destroy your opponent's other things and if its usage is up, become Synchro/Xyz Material. With that said, card A gets my vote. While both cards do have potent effects, simply neutering the monster isn't as bad as outright stealing your opponent's monster/using it as Synchro/Xyz bait. There's a reason why former two cards are banned (alongside its predecessor) and 11 is on the OCG list @1.

Iphrem
Card A: Great card, and amazingly balanced. Gives the user the ability to basically disable an Opponent's most powerful card (clinching up tight games in most situations or shutting down cards such as JD and Quasar. This card is flawless in my eyes and would work great with most Spirit decks. The versatility that card A brings to the table being 1400 ATK and a level 4 is perfect. Card B: Looks great, and fits the format, however, it is extremely overpowered. This card is like a Big Eye except with low costs and extremely easy to Summon. I imagine using this card to steal a Judgement Dragon (OR even a Big Eye!) and win the duel. This card absolutely STEALS your opponent's most powerful card. It's broken to say the least. Card B would've had my vote had it not been for its low limitations on what it is allowed to steal. This ability to steal ANY monster your opponent controls is what causes me to give the edge to Card A. My vote: Card A as a winner. Edit: Bolded the card names for easier viewing. -Noel-
Thx for voting, It's my lost, I have to admit that the combo Qliphoth said was the main purpose for the card, but guess I should have more restriction...
