Make a Fusion/Synchro/Xyz monster card for archtype that does not have one yet. (These monsters may be Irregular monsters (Gladiator beasts, Ptolemy 7/Gaia, those kinds of things)

1 Wyrm-type Synchro Monster+ 1 or more LIGHT monsters
(This card is also treated as a Dragon-type monster while in the Extra Deck). When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target Spell/Trap Cards on the field, up to the number of Fusion Monster Materials used to Fusion Summon this card; Banish those targets. When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can target up to 3 of your banished LIGHT monsters and 1 Wyrm-type monster in your Graveyard; Return the first targets to the Graveyard, then Special Summon the second monster.

Any 2 "Gimmick Puppet" Monsters.

This card must be special summoned by sending the above Fusion Materials from your deck to the graveyard.
(This summon is still treated as a Fusion Summon.)
Once per turn, you can send 1 "Gimmick" card from your deck to the graveyard, when you do, special summon 1 Gimmick Puppet from your graveyard whose level is not 8.

My vote: Card A, by a long shot.

Card A: Very nicely designed; it can be Summoned with Dragon's Mirror, so that's an immense benefit and nice tech to the Deck, and further, it takes huge advantage of the Chiwen engine. The banishing Spell/Trap effect is nice, especially against Artifacts. You essentially use Baxia and Chiwen with Dragon's Mirror to get this card out, banish 2+ of your opponent's Spells/Traps, and then bash at their monsters. The fact that this card can recycle your banished Light monsters is beautiful, and then the Special Summon effect is more beneficial. Unfortunately, this last effect is a little too powerful for its own good, seeing as you're recycling cards and then Special Summoning potentially huge monsters; there should be a (min. 1) on the part of the effect that returns your banished monsters, and a level restriction on the revival portion. Aside from that, I really adore this card.

Card B: This card is CRAZY powerful. Ummm...you can just send Gimmick Puppets from your Deck to the Graveyard to get this out? So not only do you not need preparation, but I'm assuming you don't need Polymerization either (major ambiguity in your card's text)? There are no limitations on the card, and then, you have the second effect that just lets you get out level 4 Gimmick Puppets for free (send the Gimmick Puppet to the Grave, then revive that monster from the Grave). Too many loops and too easy to use.

I'll be quick . . .

Card A:

Just 1 card for at least banishing 2 spell/traps . . . Not to mention that there's 2 cards that can summon this card (Dragon's Mirror, Miracle Synchro Fusion) for a total of 6 in a deck (this is okay, or good actually). Plus totally damn huge atk, and that effect. Wow!

Card B:

Definitely op. Thanks.

Vote to Card C. (I love Card C <3)

What!@#$%^&*()

Oh right, this still be CC forum after all, so I should not be surprised when see something like Card B. So Card A maker want to play Hieratic-Wyrm with that Continuous Spell after all, with this card Dragon Mirror find its use, and even I understand why Card C vote was given since that high ATK is something that the Deck doesn't need, but its effects are somehow legitimately designed, so I vote Card A.
