Requirement: Make a Trap Monster. Or a Spell Monster, whichever you prefer.

Card A:

Special Summon this card as a Tuner Monster (Fairy-type/WIND/Level 3/ATK 1000/ DEF 1300), then you can target 1 other monster you control; It gains 1 Level, and its Attribute becomes WIND, if possible. (This card is still treated as a Trap Card). If this face-down card is destroyed: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; Return it to the deck.

Card B:

Activate when 2 or more cards on the field have been destroyed on the field by a card effect: Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 8/ATK 1000/ DEF 0) (This card is also still a Trap Card). This face-up card cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed; You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard and banish it instead. Then if you do: This card gains ATK equal to the destroyed monster's ATK instead. When this Set card is destroyed by a card effect; Return all face-up monsters on the field to the Hand.

Hm. Although both have similar effects, I;ll have to prefer Card A. Because both the image is better and the effect can support more decks, since IMHO Card B could only be 'useful' in Trap Monster decks. However, shouldn;t a Trap Monster also be considered a Trap? Because Card A doesn't mention that. It's kind of... overpowered summoning a Monster from a Trap while not being a Trap too(according to trap monster logic). I assume you forgot to add that part.

Anyways, I go for Card A

The OCG in cards like Tiki Soul and Shapesister have that clarification in order to establish the dual nature of the Trap Monster.

Card A says that it is still a trap card, or was that edited after you made your post
Card A:This card is pretty good and helps synchros like shapesister does. Also, I like how it has an effect that activates if it is destroyed by cards such as mst while it's facedown.

Card B: I like this card, but this card is not very flexible and can be used in very few decks.

Although card B is great too, I vote card a because it can be used in more decks.

It was edited later.

2-0 Card A.

Thanks for voting.

Card A. It brings out a tuner from nowhere, Raises a monster by a level and if it gets destroyed you can still use it to stall your opponent. A well rounded card and very effective.

Card B. A powerful card that costs the opponent dearly for using effects to wipe out your field which I really like the thought of.

It was a close one for me because I would love to use card B against lightsworn but overall I was won over by Card A.

Well, I do admit defeat. When i made the card I found this spare image, and I knew I had to use it, and this was the best I could do making a Trap monster out of it. And frankly Thunderclap, your is more versatile and has a more flexible Synchro advantage and destruction effect, so gg to you.
