Card Requirement

Make a card related to time in some way.

Card A

dZjgn5d.jpg

Pay 500 Life Points to target 1 monster on each side of the field; banish those targets. You can banish this card in your Graveyard. When this card in your Graveyard is banished, return the monsters banished by this effect to the field.

Card B

Temporal Efficiency Dragon
*9 Dragon/Synchro/Effect 2700/2500
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters
Both players skips their Standby Phase, and when a player enters their End Phase, their opponent's turn immediately starts instead. During your Main Phase 1, you can draw 1 card. If you do, skip your Battle Phase and Main Phase 2.

Card A reminds me of Different Dimension Gate/Oblivion Ring, only a lot more efficient. You now have better control over when those monsters return, since non-monster Graveyard hate is rare. Special wording also ensures that, barring Xyz Monsters, the monsters will come back unscathed, regardless of Summoning conditions. A quick question, though - can the "banish itself" effect be activated on either player's turn, or just yours?

Card B is... phenomenal. Do "until the End Phase" effects expire anymore? It doesn't seem that way, seeing that the End Phase has been completely replaced by the opponent's turn starting. This can create a lot of problematic interactions with cards that are otherwise checked by their effects expiring at the End Phase. The draw effect becomes near-irrelevant in comparison, unless it gets used to set up said game-breaking interactions. Would you like that Limiter lasting indefinitely while TED is on the field?

Card A gets my vote due to not accidentally breaking the game.

Card A: Interesting card, I like the idea. I'm assuming that since it's quickplay, it's banish effect is also quickplay.

Card B:

Exactly what Gadjiltron said. Skipping the end phase messes up the game. Cards like brain control and enemy controller can permanently steal an opponent's monster, cards like limiter removal last forever, and this card can bypass card effects such as solar flare dragon and wind up Zenmains.

I vote Card A
