Aix
Yes this is a [Leaderboard] contest. Rules 1. All Leaderboard Rules Apply 2. Cards are due in 48 hours. 3. First to 3 votes or most after 72 hours since voting has begun. 4. Votes must have a valid reason with a minimum of 2 sentences. 5. Votes can be invalidated by either competitor with just cause. 6. Winner gets 1 Rep from loser. 7. Card must be PM'd to me. Card Requirement Make a Pop Culture card that actually makes sense (Don't just slap a name and picture onto it, stats and/or effect actually have to relate). You can Set this card without Tributes. When this card is flipped face-up: You can pay 1000 Life Points to target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If this card is targeted by a card effect: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position and negate that effect. Cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. Up to twice per turn during each of your Draw Phases, you can reveal the card to your opponent, return it to the bottom of your Deck and Draw again. Once per turn by Banishing 2 Psychic-Type monsters from your Graveyard, you can add 1 Spell, Trap or monster card from your Deck to your hand. The card cannot be used during the turn that you activate this effect. When this card is removed from the field, Banish it and Draw 2 cards. J-Max
This sounds perfect for me. May I challenge you? If it is okay, I may have to submit my card tommorow though as I am planning to grab some shut-eye soon.

-Noel-
Card A has interesting play lie within it, even i feel the pop effect is kinda weak, but overall it's a legit card. Card B can change a card in hand and providing a chance to get better card, the universal tutor effect sounds too much, but with that sort of restrictions I think it's fine I like both cards, but I'll vote Card A because it's more viable

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A can essentially serve as a 2600 DEF wall (and 2700 ATK when it flips up, in addition to the LP cost to nuke a card on the field). It also can switch to Defense Position and block off stuff like 101. Card B essentially works like Card Trader or something to shuffle drawn cards and then re-draw (which could see use in Decks that desperately need certain cards). It also banishes Psychics to tutor a card to the hand, but it cannot be used that turn. If it leaves the field, then you get a free 2 cards but at the cost of it being banished. For balance reason, card B takes it. While card A does require itself to be Set if you're to play it w/out sacrificing, it's still a 2600 DEF wall; unlike something like Fusilier-Dragon that can be NS/set but its stats are slashed in half when doing so. Card B essentially allows you to shuffle your hand options around and gives a card draw when it goes; while they are powerful, the restrictions and heavy banish cost should average it out. Playability-wise, card A takes it since it's simple to use, but yet applicable. Card B requires a lot of dedication to pull off to tutor a card that needs a turn to be used. OCG is also better on card A, however I'm not factoring that into judgment today. I'm going to vote for card B for balance reasons (both cards are good, but see my point on A for why I didn't vote for it). I would vote for card A also, had it contained some form of limiter on its stats when set that way.

Therrion
Vote for Card A. I had to choose the lesser of two evils, and Card B is just broken. I don't like that it generates so much advantage, and had it not banished itself, the first drawback would've actually seemed like a drawback but more so now looks like a way to make us think it has one. Card A isn't as blatantly broke, it's more so I don't think you should be able to Normal Set a monster this powerful (stat-wise, should've had a limiter like Sakura said) with a strong Mikael-esque effect and have the means to reuse said effect. The card design is downright horrible, but Card B is too absurd to vote for it.
