Stellaknight Antinous
Rank 4 Warrior/Xyz/Effect Light 2300/2000
2 Level 4 “tellaknight” Monsters
Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; return 1 face-up monster on the field to the top of its owner’s deck. If you control 2 other face-up “tellaknight” monsters; you can activate that effect during your opponent’s Main Phase 1. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard; Special Summon 1 “tellaknight” monster from your graveyard.
Activate only if you control a "Fantasia" monster. Tribute 1 Special Summoned Fairy-Type monster to target 1 face-up non-Fairy-Type monster your opponent controls; take control of that target. It is treated as Fairy-Type monster. Your opponent takes no damage for the rest of this turn. You can only activate 1 "Miracle Melody" per turn. During either player's turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard to target 1 Fairy-Type monster you control; once during this turn, if that target would be destroyed by battle or card effects, it is not destroyed.

These are both good enough for me to go into this with the rubric

Card A

OCG 1.5/3
Missing some colons and capitalization errors. Also, the second effect that makes it quick is worded oddly.
Creativity 1/3
A really strong effect with the ability to get better with a floating cherry on top. Very cookie cutter in this card's execution, but at least you took the time to look for a name.
Usability 5/5
This card is strictly better than their 3 Material option, bar ability to touch the backrow and the alteration of the floating effect. The shuffle into the deck gets around a lot of stuff like 101/Beelze and doesn't provide them with Graveyard options concerning the now returned monster.
Balance 1/5
The balance is horrid. The material is very simple to pull off and it has the effect of Avian Skyblaster, which is an upcoming staple. However, this card can use the effect not only once, but twice if it survives long enough AND it floats, SSing the Altair used to Summon it from the Graveyard to get another Deneb, search, Xyz. Too strong.
Card B

OCG 2.5/3
Minor errors, most noticable being the second sentence using "to" instead of ":".
Creativity 2/3
It interacts with the Fantasia Monsters liking being Special Summoned, and the effect is rather unique in and of itself. The last effect seems just thrown on with no real reason, but the name is fitting for all the effects on the card. Perfect name, great image.
Usability 2/5
As it stands, Fantasia only have 3 monsters, all of which are crap. However, this card is a great card. Situational in that it requires you to have one of the archetype on the field AND have it or another Fairy be Special Summoned for the tribute, however, the effect to TG1-EM1 without giving them a monster yourself is a great effect, and the disruption this card can cause is immense. The last effect is also a nice addition to the playability, and without it, the usability would've dipped to 1 and Balance, since it would be pretty iffy (UP wise), would probably hit 4. Fantasia support was pretty much doomed to fail in this catagory unless blatantly overpowered though.
Balance 4.5/5
The card has sufficient costs and well enough pay to be in that special, warm place of being balanced AND useful! Great job here. Essentially it breaks even, but it is a support card for a bad archetype that has 2 situational conditions to be met, so all is well.
8.5 to 11, Card B gets my vote.
