-Noel-
Rules 1. All YCM and Leaderboard Rules apply 2. Card must be PM to me 3. First to 3 votes or most by the deadline wins. 4. Votes must have a valid reason, and must be 2 sentences long at minimum 5. Winner gets 1 Rep from loser. 6. Written Cards are allowed Deadline Cards must be PM to me by 48 hours after I accepted the challenge Voters' deadline is 72 hours after cards are up Requirement Make a Spell/Trap card that related to any of 5D's Signer Dragons (e.g. Starlight Road/Shooting Star)
When an opponent's monster declares an attack, if a "Black-Winged" Synchro Monster is on the field (this can include "Blackfeather Darkrage Dragon"): Target the attacking monster; destroy that target, then inflict 1000 points of damage to each player's Life Points.

Excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, send any excavated monsters to the Graveyard, also add the other cards to your hand. Then, if you control a face-up "Moonlight Rose Dragon", send 1 card you control or in your hand to the Graveyard. Otherwise, take 800 damage for each card added to your hand by this effect, also halve all damage your opponent takes for the rest of this turn. You can only activate 1 "Moonlight Rose Blessing" per turn.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Count me in. I think we need a tie-breaker, iirc.

Darj
Card A: Too slow and not worth going for Blackwinged/Blackfeather Dragon in order to use this. Card B: The card is too good: It helps you with setting the graveyard up with monsters, and it can potentially become a +2 if you excavate S/Ts and/or monsters that trigger effects when sent to the grave (e.g. Shadolls, Heraldic Beast Leo). Also, I think it is better to pay additional 800 LP than lose the advantage you get so I would say this card actually works better without the Signer Dragon on the field, which doesn't seem right because, ideally, it should be the other way around: the card rewarding you for running/using the Signer Dragon. I vote for Card A because Card B is, in my opinion, unfair with the easy pluses it can generate.
-Noel-
1-0 Card A, thx for voting.
RampageXWolf
Card A is too slow and situational, why someone want to use this over generic stuff like Mirror Force or Dimensional Prison? Card B is too good, as Voltex Curse mentioned, this can give you + 2 based on luck, although I do not agree with him about Signer Dragon's effect, 2400 LP is worth many things, 2 monsters from Soul Charge, a Warning, also that halved damage can prevent you from finishing the game and lead to opponent's revenge kill, and, discard a card when using Shadoll or HB? Why not? so yes, Card A is too bad to get the vote even Card B is too good like this, I vote Card B
-Noel-
1-1 a tie, thx for voting.
-Dom-
Card A: As others have said, I think its a bit situational, but I do like how it can be used with Blackfeather Darkrage Dragon, and how the second part ties in with both of their effects. I can see Crow using this in some dodgy way to win an intense turbo duel, which is cool. Card B: It is a very good card (maybe too good), and can easily be ran in a bunch of decks that don't mind monsters going (Shadolls, and especially Sylvans, with the monster effects going off, the chances of a s/t relatively low and benefitial even if one is added). I'm also not sure about the fact that even with Moonlight Rose Dragon on the field, you still pay a cost, even though it is balancing the card. While the design may be slightly more original than Card A, it's not as related to its Signer Dragon, instead being you use its effect, and pay a lesser cost if you control the Signer Dragon listed. Overall, for the reasons above, my vote goes to Card A.

Therrion
I'll keep this concise. Card B is too good, and doesn't even support the card it wished to support, as you'd prefer to lose 800-2400 Life Points for an effect ranging from an Upstart to a Jar of Greed under Avatar of the Pot that also has the option to set up Graveyard. Card A is terrible, but it comes down to which card I'd rather exist. Vote for Card A.
