RampageXWolf
Card A is just weak, the restricted monster reborn effect with a lower that average stat for R6 will last not longer than a turn, also in its own Deck I don't think it can find a chance to use its effect so much due to MPB level change effect, Card B has alternate summoning condition, and has better effects that Card A, also the drawback which don't allow this to Xyz Change into Gaia after using it effect is a nice catch, I vote Card B

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A: Level-restricted Monster Reborn Card B: (1) Shuffles graveyard monster to Deck; (2) Banishes an opponent's monster, alternate summoning condition and restriction to prevent future RUM spam or overlaying into Gaia (or whatever future Xyz with an alternate condition) As it stands, card B gets vote due to usability reasons and another way of summoning it. Either of its effects would be disruptive to the opponent, depending on what they're using. Card A, while it can set up for an Xyz, they tend to change Levels so doesn't work well unless for Synchro stuff or something.

Darj
Card A: Its effect makes Xyz Summons easily, but at the same time it is situational because it requires you to control a monster with same Level as any monster in your grave. Also, I find the effect too bland: the restriction may be unique, but in the end it simply Special Summons a monster from the grave, without any additional perk or anything, which feels boring and unoriginal since revival effects are nothing new. In addition, the card could have been much better, starting with its archetype: I mean, it is a "Phantom Beastcraft", and yet it doesn't have any of the effects that make "Phantom Beastcrafts" unique (summoning Tokens, and being immune to destruction while you control a Token). Even a weakened version of Dragosack's non-removal effects (I mean the immunity effect, and summoning 1 Token instead of 2, in addition to this card's revival effect) would have been enough to spice this card up, increase its sinergy with its own archetype, and overall make it more useful. Card B: The 2 effects make the card quite versatile, which is nice and I don't see anything wrong with that. The ability of both disrupting the grave OR banishing a monster should be welcomed in the Rank 6 toolbox. However, the Xyz-Evolving condition make it as problematic as Gaia Dragoon: Remove a card with Volcasaurus, Adreus, Tiras (after attacking), etc., overlay this card over that Xyz, and remove another card with this card's second effect. That doesn't seem fair to me. The last clause is a clever way of preventing this card from being abused with Gaia Dragoon, and I find it kind of ironic because while this card can be abused in the same way as Gaia, it cannot be abused by Gaia. I vote for Card B for its versatility and more interesting effect. Whereas Card A looks underwhelming and had the potential of being better. I Hate Snatch Steal
I know I'm a little late to vote but why doesn't an ICBM [Intercontinental Ballistic Missile] based card have a destructive effect?
