Make a viable generic Level 3 Synchro Monster. Card A: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Sumoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard. Its effects are negated and it is destroyed during the End Phase. When this card is banished: Draw 1 card. This effect of "Mind Harmonizer" can only be used once per turn. Card B: 1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters If this face-up card is destroyed: You can target 1 card on the field; send it to the Graveyard. As long as this card remains on the field, your opponent cannot return cards from their Graveyard to the deck.

Darj
Card A: The revival effect allows combos or at the very least a Rank 3, but I cannot think of any powerful play involving this card. If it was a Tuner Synchro, then it would have more useful applications. The drawing effect is nice, but it seems you would have to run cards that might be suboptimal for the deck just to banish this card (e.g. Wverburster), unless you manage to build a deck than can consistently drop Synchro 3s while banishing monsters. Card B: The removal effect is great for removing problem cards, including floodgates, in a pinch, and the perk of bypassing protection/immunity to destruction makes it harder to counter. The lock effect is not that great though, because few relevant decks care about returning cards from the grave to the deck, and with mere 1400/1200 stats the card shouldn't last long on the field. I vote for Card B, mostly for its handy removal effect. On the other hand, Card A might be generic, but it is less splashable because its combo-oriented effect makes it only playable in decks that can make use of the summoned monster before it destroys itself, and it requires you to run cards that somehow banish it for acess to its second effect. -Dom-
Card A: I think that the first effect is a bit lacklustre, as if you're going for Rank 3s, Tour guide is the obvious choice, making this not very useful; even Wolfbark's effect is opt and doesn't destroy in the EP (and is an easy lv4 summon), meaning that though this being generic, the effect isn't good enough to justify this synchro. The second effect is better, but I'm still not sure what deck banishes level 3 synchros, (maybe the banishing psychics do - I don't know much about them). Card B: I really like the send to the grave effect, would be useful in many situations, as its any card on the field (maybe too good?) and I think it works flavour-wise, with bees stinging threats but dying to do so. The second effect isn't as great, but seems more appropriate to a level 3 monster, and could make a nice lock with bigger bosses on your field as well. Overall, I'm voting for Card B, as it seems a lot more usable and useful, which was what the contest was after, while both of the effects of Card A just needs to be a bit stronger to be useful. Spartan919
Card A: Seems too restrictive to me, since the monster comes from the graveyard, has its effect negated, and doesn't last long if it's not used for an SS. Draw at destruction is nice, and the stats balance well for a level 3 synchro. SSing a level 3 for a rank 3 seems like it would be a strategy that takes too long if you use this card. If it were a tuner, then it could be used to get more powerful synchros on the field quicker, but it's not. The draw, also, seems too restrictive; you only get it when it's banished, not destroyed in any other way. Card B: I love the art, but I'm not 100% on the effect. It seems a little weak, though this could just be because it's a level 3. Also, it's interesting to note that it "sends the monster to the graveyard" as opposed to destroying it, which could possibly lead to dodging some cards' effects when this girl's destroyed. My vote goes to card B.
