2 Level 3 Monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Djinn" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.)

[spoiler='Card B']

Target 2 "Fantasia" monsters with the different names in your Graveyard; Special Summon those targets. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck, nor conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this card. If you control 3 or more face-up "Fantasia" monsters: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Melodious Reborn" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Card A: Djinn version of Barian's Force (or w/e RUM people use nowadays) for Rank 2/3 monsters (given the current Djinns are Rank 3; the 4 is for Maestroke)

Possibly a new toy for Ghostricks or w/e runs low Level monsters and Xyz.

Card B: Revives 2 Fantasias at the cost of no Extra Deck summons or a BP that turn; allows a draw if you have 3 or more Fantasias. (Which at the moment, limits to Aria/Sonata/Mozart unless duplicates are out).

A RUM effect v. a Monster Reborn-esque that allows a draw (by banishing); think my vote's going to B for creativity and usability [I think both are equally balanced, though]

Wiki says there are xyz Djinns other than the band.

Which means that A can turn into Queen Dragun for chaos and stuff, and into Angeneral -a virus target- for w/e deck (TGU is stupid). Although B is almost a granted +2 and can lead to a decent field, it is not as versatile as A. So, I vote A.

Hmm I want to vote for card A because hnnnnn art. But seriously, too weak. Way too weak. It's a convoluted way to play Angeneral, or turn R3s into Maestroke or Queen Dragun (but why would you use that in that deck). Both of which are really subpar applications given the investment. If it ranked up FROM a Djinn instead of TO one, it'd be a different story.

Card B is dangerous, given what Fantasia already has and what it will most surely get. But at the same time it's pretty slow - in a sense it's an archetype Soul Charge that's limited to 2 and doesn't let you follow up, at the advantage of not paying LP and letting you draw later if you can keep your field (which Fantasias do). Even though I find the concept rather dull and potentially game-breaking, it's clearly a much more solid card, usage-wise, than A.

Card B gets my vote.
