Deadline:
Card must be PM'd to me by 48 hours after I accepted the challenge.
Votes' Deadline is 72 hours after cards are up

Requirement:
Make a Level 10 or higher "boss" monster that has one of the following Types and Attributes:

- Available Attributes: WATER, FIRE, WIND

- Available Types: Plant, Rock, Sea Serpent, Zombie, Pyro, Aqua, Dinosaur, Fish, Insect, Thunder

(those are the "rarest" Types and Attributes found in OCG/TCG Level 10 or higher monsters)

Note that "boss" monster is pretty much up to interpretation. Think something like: Earthbound Immortals, Wicked Gods, Phantom Demons - but also cards like: Machina Force, Five-Headed Dragon, Zealgigas etc etc. It just needs to have a boss feel to it. Also of note: no Xyz or Pendulum monsters. Synchros, Rituals etc are all allowed.

Otherwise you can make a monster that fits in a specific archetype, or even one that is more or less generic. But you do need to give it some playability, don't make something that'll never see the light of day.

Again, if necessary, feel free to explain in a few words with examples how your card is meant to be used.

Cards:
PlESPkG.jpg

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effects. If this card is in your hand: You can return at least 5 of your banished cards to the Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand. Inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each card returned this way. This card is unaffected by the effects of cards that do not target it. If this card is targeted by a card effect: Target and banish 1 card from your Graveyard; negate the effect and destroy that card. This effect of "Leviathan Sea King" can only be used once per turn.

tNaOfJV.jpg

Cannot be Normal Summoned / Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Banishing 3 or more Dinosaur-Type monsters from your Graveyard whose combined Level is equal to or higher than 10 and cannot be Summoned in other ways. While this card's ATK is 2000 or higher: it cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. When this card battles: it loses 600 ATK at the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn: you can have this card lose 800 ATK; destroy 1 face-up card on the field.
I'll vote for Card A here, it is kinda interesting to have protection from both non-target and target effect. ss condition seems a bit difficult to met, but it's effect worth you to do so. Card B is not bad, but it's ATK reduction is really iffy there, I think it's too fast to make it becomes a weak monster, I mean it required that 3 Dinosaurs, so I want something strong than this for the sake of those banished.

Card A:

Requiring 5 banished cards make this card quit hard to drop, even in Macro decks since both Macro and Fissure have been Limited in the latest formats. However, if you manage to Summon it, the card will be a pain to deal with its 2 immunities. Fortunately, the ATK is not that high for a Level 10, so the opponent can resort to summoning a beater and attempt to destroy it by battle.

Card B:

The summoning condition is feasible in Dinosaur decks, has a starting ATK fitting for a Level 10, and comes with both a protection and a removal effect that make this card really appealing. After using its removal effect once, the ATK drops to a reasonable 2900 ATK for a boss that is somewhat easy to drop, while still retaining the protection effect. The cost of reducing the ATK for removing a card was a clever way of balancing a boss with both a protection + removal effect. In addition, the removal effect has the restriction of targeting only face-up cards to keep it on check and allowing the opponent to shift to a defensive stance.

I vote for B because it is easier to drop than Card A and it rewards Dinosaurs deck with a powerful boss, and its clever solution for combining a protection + removal effect in a single monster without breaking it in my opinion.
