When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Return 1 of your face-down banished cards to your hand, chosen at random. Vector Nightmare
Yeah Card B is... weird. The LP gain is very much not "generic" as the contest requirements say - very few decks will actually be able to take proper advantage of it. And then you have a delayed Monster Reborn... given that you can activate this on your opponent's End Phase, this feels too strong. Then there's the very awkward wording, which tbh screams at me that little attention was paid to this card: "During each End Phase, except the turn this card is activated: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to target 1 monster in either Graveyard; Special Summon that target. You can only use this effect of "Star Hall of Resurrection" once per turn." By virtue of the cost, I can only use this effect once, so "During each End Phase" should be "During the/either player's End Phase", and "You can only use this effect of "Star Hall of Resurrection" once per turn" is almost completely redundant and shouldn't be there. Card A gets my vote; it may be pretty overpowered (it needs a hard OPT clause), but at least it's easily fixable, it's generally useful, and gives a pretty interesting tool to a lot of "lesser" decks. RampageXWolf
so Card A is the ED specific Summoning Curse, plus the benefit that those banished cards can't be used unless your opponent blindly pop it. and Card B is a Monster Reborn that have to wait for a turn and allow your opponent to take care of it during their turn? both cards still sucks, but at least Card B is more useful, so I vote Card B

Akiyuri
Hmm. Card A is quite...ok? I guess. It is not entirely anti-special summon, it is a continuous spell that force your opponent to banish a card. In term of effect, it is average even if you are up against a mass special summon deck because it only applies on ed s.summon. Apart from that, It is a double-edged sword since the effect applies on the owner as well. You can use a non-ed deck like frog monarch or something to put yourself out from the effect BUT if you do that, there is no point for the second effect to exist. Card B is... okayish. First effect is quite random for me and pretty useless in most generic deck. Second effect is EP monster reborn. Normally you will only ss on your opponent end phase since you can't xyz/synchro during your End Phase. Quite annoying if you ask me, I don't really like to waste one whole turn to set up my monsters. Both cards are not useful for me, but Card A gets my vote because in my opinion, it is slightly better.
