The condition is to make a new Artifact Xyz Monster.

Card A:
Artifact Fragarach
*****
LIGHT/Fairy/Xyz/Effect
2500/1900
2 Level 5 LIGHT monsters
(1) During your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target up to 2 Spell/Trap Cards on the field; destroy those targets. (2) You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster on the field or in either Graveyard; Set that target to its owner's Spell/Trap Card Zone as a Spell Card. (3) You can only use 1 "Artifact Fragarach" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Card B:

2 Level 5 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target any number of face-down Spell/Trap Cards you control; Equip them to this card. (Cards equipped by this effect are still Set) This card gains 500 ATK for each card equipped to it by this effect. If this card would be destroyed: You can destroy 1 card equipped to it instead.

Well...

I like the name of card A better. While with card B, I don't really like the name or the image.

But... that's about all I like of card A better. Card A is an enabler on steroids that can also act as a double MST, on your opponent's turn nonetheless. I think card A would've been fine if its first effect targeted 1 card on each side of the field, but as it is, it's way too good, not to mention fairly splashable and powerful in any decks that run the Artifact engine.

Card B is what gets my vote - its effect is fairly balanced and an interesting take on the Artifact theme, without becoming degenerate. It requires smarter play from both players to both use and counter. I just think it needs a lower boost, like 300-400, or lower base ATK, around 1800.

first of I have to say that this is the first time I'll vote. you can tell me if it have any problem or unacceptable by any reasons

Card B's image look good, while Card A is in written form which I've seen so much at my place, so Card B's appearance is better, but that's the only thing that Card B is good. while 2 MST of Card A maybe a bit much, it has the legit recycle/removal effect which nearly as good as M7 or #101, or maybe better if the target is something like #18. also the last restriction force those who use it to choose which effect to activate not so different from Durandal, Card B has only 1 effect but it have some problems, a R5 that can easily be a 3k+ beater is kinda overpowered, but your opponent will easily know which of the set cards are Artifacts, which is not so good for them.

so with Card A better effects, I'll vote Card A

Both add a cool twist to artifacts with card A turning opponents monsters into artifacts and card B equipping them. I don't use artifacts, so I am far from an expert, but B's effect seems a bit winmoar, only being strong when you already have a good board presence. A, on the other hand, can use its second effect as an engine.

My vote is on Card A.

I vote for Card B.

Card A setting opponent's monsters can lead to some series bull and even the first effect is a bit much.

I feel a lot of unison coming from the other Artifact. It's a great effect and it sits there while either having massive attack or triggering your artifacts. However the ATK and DEF stat are still a bit high with that considered and I advise lowering them.

I still think B creates less broken/otk/degenerate gameplay though.

I didn't like being a Tiebreaker so much, especially 2-2 Tiebreaker, but now I'm really boring (Chronomaly-Artifact everywhere, I can't duel peacefully...) so let do this

Card A, as everyone mentioned before, that it's 1st eff is undoubtedly OPed, but the 2nd eff is really interesting, and as stated above, it remind me of both M7 and 101, so yea, it do have 1 bad effect and 1 neat effect, for Card B, it's interesting that it's creator also went outside the box by equipping the set card, but it's stat is too insane, Leo Arm can't attack directly even having mere 3000 ATK, but this one went beyond that, not to mention the protection, Overall I only like the 2nd eff of Card A, so it get my vote
