Make a Spell Card with an effect involving banishing face-down somehow.

Card A:

If a card is banished, banish it face-down instead. Send this card to the Graveyard during your 3rd Standby Phase after activation, and if you: Shuffle all cards banished face-down by this effect into their owner's deck. If this face-down card is destroyed: You can target 1 card in either player's Graveyard; banish it face-down.

Card B:

While you control a monster, this card cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. When this card is activated: Banish 1 Level 8 or higher monster from your deck face-down. When an attack is declared: place 1 "Crack Counter" on this card. During the End Phase, if this card has 4 or more "Crack Counters", destroy it, then Special Summon the monster Banished by this card's effect.

Card A is kinda weak, though a good siding against DRs, stop Wyvern and Rulers eff, but return all banished things to the Deck when destroyed. also Hyruler itself can use this as a Dragons recycler (activate this, spam, use sack/BRD/MST, get all banished dragon back to the deck). the last eff is the most interesting part of this card, no need to destroyed by your opponent mean you can use MaCat or Double Cyclone to gain a bonus banishing a grave thing like Grapha or Treeborn face-down. Card B is great, maybe way too much in a deck that can spam so fast since you can get that boss monster during the turn you just banished it. but overall I think it's balance from its risk that this card is destroyed/bounced/banished b4 get that boss

overall, mainly from playability, my vote go to Card B

Card A seems to be a stopper for strategies that rely on removed cards, or it can be a temporary Macros Cosmos.

Card B is a timed summon of a high-powered monster, though you need a monster on the field to keep it safe.

I vote for card A because it's effect revolves around the remove from play face-down effect more than card B.

I might be bad for reviewing, but I'll try it anyways.

I choose card B, as it seems more useful.

A relies on cards being banished, but B can do it itself, as well as get it back later, sort of like a Gold Sarc, but its extra effect makes it helpful to delay attacks for a bit, for preparations/etc.

Yay for my first 1v1 win.

I felt your card had way too limited applications, Duck. I mean, it's basically a good side option against... well, cards that are typically side options, or anti-meta Banish decks that capitalize on that gimmick... but those aren't really that much of a threat that you'd need a situational card like this consistently to beat them. And other than that it doesn't really do much. I mean, I can't see any situation where this would actually help you, instead of hindering your opponent (very specific opponents, too). Even as a target-counter card, it should probably have a wider scope of efficiency.
