Rules

4. Votes must have a valid reason, and must be 2 sentences long at minimum.

Card must be PM'd to me by 48 hours after I accepted the challenge
Votes' Deadline is 72 hours after cards are up

Requirement

The requirement is making a generic Level 7 Synchro Monster

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

When this card is successfully Synchro summoned, draw 1 card. Once per turn, before the battle phase, you may discard 3 cards from your hand; this card may attack directly this turn.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target 1 Spell/Trap cards on the field; destroy that target. Once per turn: You can discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; return that target to the hand, and if you do, this card gains 300 ATK until your opponent's End Phase.

hmmm...

Card A might be useful in infernity and fabled, but however the draw makes it clearly kinda useful in any situation. Even if 3 cards maybe is too much a discard.

B imo this is broken, though has a nice picture. A s\t destroy + An opt compulsory +atk boost that can help getting rid of rank 7 monsters and similar atk monsters.... and of course it's a tuner too.

Vote A only because B is too powerful for such a easy reachable snchro

Why would anyone use Card A's second effect? I mean, it's a -3 that does not rewards you with anything, except maybe a game-sealer that is ridiculously easy to disrupt. The draw effect is nice, but other level 7 option provides more than a simple draw. I guess Card B is kind of overpowered, though it's not too overpowered that it breaking anything. It's a good card definitely, with the on-summon MST and the OPT compulse. Vote for B, due to it being more usable.

I agree that the cost is too large, but given that it is a water monster, it does have synergy with mermails and atlanteans.

 

Having said that, I think the draw 1 card when summoned effect is a bit lazy. Playability might matter more, but creativity is what actually makes me proud of using the card.

 

The second card is undoubtedly overpowered, but the game is always getting more aggressive and if cards like Exciton knight (hell, I don't suppose this card is anymore broken than black rose dragon either) are being made by konami then this card wouldn't be so unrealistic in comparison. 

Although it has balancing issues, I like the subtly implemented effects and its just generally a very useful card.

 

 

So I'll vote for card B

Well I suppose the deadline has already past, and my vote wouldn't have changed the outcome, but I'll add my two cents anyway. Card A's cost is much too large, in my opinion. Let me clarify and say that I don't think you should be able to attack directly with a beater for less, but fulfilling such a cost is a ridiculous notion and I would much rather spend my time and efforts on something more constructive for the long term of the duel. I have to agree with Fraxure that the draw upon summon is a bit lazy and that it takes away from the appeal of the card as well. 

 

Card B does have balancing issues, but like everyone else has said, it doesn't necessarily break the game like Brionac did at the time of his release. So instead of OP, I'll just say that the card is powerful and useful, which is really what you guys were supposed to be making anyway. My vote goes to Card B, if but a bit late, lol.
