People with 2 or more wins fewer than 3rd place can participate in 2 1v1s at a time. I. This means that you can join 2, join 1 and make 1, or make 2. As long as you are in 2 at a time with that condition. II. If there is a tie for 2nd place (leaving no 3rd place in the process), people with 2 or more wins fewer than 4th place can participate in 2 1v1s at a time. I only have 4 wins at this time, and third place has 6. Just so everyone knows. But anyway...The Rules All YCM and Leaderboard rules apply. - We'll be using the AB system, just like everyone else. - First to 3 votes, or most votes by the deadline, wins. - Deadlines are as follows: 24 hours to make the card after acceptance, 72 hours for the voting process to end. - The voting process begins when both cards are up. All voters must elaborate on their votes. Loser is expected to give a rep to the winner. Cards must not carry any evidence of their creators, (i.e. Leave the © space blank or just put Kazuki Takahashi or something.) To ensure anonymity in voting, which you have to do for the AB system to work, please PM the cards to me. Written cards are allowed, but frowned upon by me personally <_< The Condition The card you make for this contest must enable draw power in some way, shape or form. You can have additional effects, but please don't go overboard. The Cards Card A: During the Draw Phase, when you draw this card: You can reveal it to your opponent, and if you do, draw 1 card. If you Normal Summon a Level 3 or lower monster: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Return it to the bottom of the deck when it leaves the field. Card B: When this card is activated: You can banish 1 Psychic-type monster in your hand, and if you do, draw 2 cards. During your next Standby Phase, if this card remains face-up on the field: Target 1 of your banished Psychic-type monsters; Special Summon that target and equip it to this card. The draw eff of A is not new to me, i've already read it somewhere but i don't remember clearly. Draw it & draw again + when a 3 or lower is n.summoned you can s.summon this from hand. Good card but i'm not astonished by it B is kinda huge support card for psychics! Nice draw boost + eventual callofthehaunted on the banished monster. It's immediately turned off if you open with it, though the fact that it's a pseudo-TG Warwolf makes it nice. Card B is a great, balanced draw card for Psychics. It's something that you can't spam wily-nily due to a MST turned it into a -1 for you, but the reward of being DDR+Allure for psychics are nice enough to face the risk. Vote for B. -Noel- Posted February 14, 2014 Report Share Posted February 14, 2014 Card A drawing is nice, and that instant Level 5 Synchro is not bad, though it's too plain imo, if the opposed card did something too broken then this card probably get my vote, but Card B is well-balanced, Allure of Psychic with that DDR like to the cost, and since MST is very generic, I think this is not so OP that much Overall, mainly from interesting mix-up, I vote Card B Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
