Make a non-tuner Level 4 or lower monster that can increase and decrease its Level.

Card A:
B38KIVc.jpg

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 monster in either player's Graveyard; Special Summon that target in Defense Position.  Then, if that target's Level was higher than this card's Level, increase this card's Level by 2. Once per turn: You can decrease this card's Level by 1, and if you do: It loses 600 ATK until the End Phase.

Card B:

If this card is Summoned while you control another Plant-type monster: You can double this card's Level or decrease it by up to two Levels. You can only control 1 "Servant of the Plant Princesses".

I would have prefered to vota A, but i can't.

A has a broke m.reborn from either players' graveyard and in certain condition can get +2 level. opt can increase its level by 1. Nothing special about this card, a part from it being broke and abusable in almost any deck

B has been clearly done for plant decks with all those lvl 8...that deck can be true but it needs indeed a bit of speed

I can see a lot of potential for Card B with Xyz monsters. I personally would try to use something like Meliae of the Trees to force the second and third copy of this monster from the deck into the Graveyard and then special summon it (they don't need to be normal summoned to have their effect).

Also, Card A feels like a Monster Reborn gimmick and it really wouldn't be as creative with combos. I would actually enjoy using and/or going up against Card B as compared to Card A.

So I choose Card B.

(Also Card B's picture is VERY pretty.)
