All YCM and Leaderboard rules apply.
- We'll be using the AB system, just like everyone else.
- First to 3 votes, or most votes by the deadline, wins.
- Deadlines are as follows: 24 hours to make the card after acceptance, 72 hours for the voting process to end.
- The voting process begins when both cards are up. All voters must elaborate on their votes.
Loser is expected to give a rep to the winner.
Cards must not carry any evidence of their creators, (i.e. Leave the © space blank or just put Kazuki Takahashi or something.) To ensure anonymity in voting, which you have to do for the AB system to work, please PM the cards to me.

Card A is some sort of Level trick, but ss only from hand seem lack of playability imo, not to mention many cards outclassed this, Card B has its effect match with its image, and being a quick-play is legit imo, also dat targets <3, alright alright I won't vote this b/c it involved my favorite series, though due to uniqueness and useful, Card B got my vote

It's not clear how much free the contestant can be of making a new version of the card....if he has to make something still connected to the original, or something totally new. However

A

Is almost same thing of original + a recycle effect in certain conditions. So in this case, we have a card that might be useful in many circumstances, considering how many cards there are that change levels of monster on field and in hand

B

Hmm...this supports a small archetype that never made it through the game. However in water decks this can really give problems to the opponent since it sets easily a penguin that can return up to 2 monsters on the field, which is quite a strong effect. However that from hand or deck is too much, since konami's water decks are already super strong and well supported, and this would boost them even more.

Vote A cuz can support many situations, instead of B that supports already super-supported decks.

You know what's funny? There's a game mechanic called Tribute Summon, and it's hella faster and less a minus compared to Card A, not to mention Tribute Summoning can also involve tokens, while Card A can't. Even the niche usage still does not warrant the -3 of this card

Card B is...not too usable, but compared to B, it's definitely better due to it not destroying your resource too much for almost nothing.

Vote for B.

And now, to this post with a bird-like chirp, chirp!
