Create an non-completely generic Xyz monster with unorthodox material requirements (nothing like 2/whatever (insert type/attribute/archetype name) monsters. Something more creative, but still logical.) COME AT ME AIN YEAH, YOU KNOW I GOTCHA COME ON, BREAK THE WALLS DOWN
Cannot be Xyz Summoned to your side of the field. During either player's turn: You can destroy 1 card you control; Special Summon this card to your opponent's field by overlaying 2 Monsters of equal level they control. (This Special Summon is treated as Xyz Summon) When the owner of this card activates a Spell or Trap card: the controller must detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card and pay 1500 life points; the effect of that card becomes: "Reveal the top 2 cards of your deck and add one of them to your hand. The rest of the cards revealed are shuffled back to the deck.

2 Level 5 Tribute Summoned Monsters During your Standby Phase: You can reveal this card in your Extra Deck; place it on top of your Extra Deck face-up. During the turn you activate this effect of "Lung Dragon of the Ancient Seas": You can Tribute Summon 1 monster in your hand, in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. During either player's turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Material from this card; target up to 2 cards on the field and send them to the bottom of their owner's Deck. Your opponent must pay 1000 Life Points to activate a card effect in response to this effect of "Lung Dragon of the Ancient Seas".
BTW, the effect written underneath Card X doesn't match with the one on the card, please read the one written down below.

Maeriberii Haan
First of all.. fuck you toyo for straight-up copying my OP. anyway, Card A is an interesting take on Lava-golem, and overlaying 2 monsters your opponent controls for just a popped card on your side of the field and a summoned 2300 wall is quite interesting. Though, the duality override effect is quite easily abused by your opponent, so I guess it's fair. The main problem is Card A is an Extra Deck hand trap, and that what makes it broken, as your opponent have no way to read it in Game 1. Quite a broken concept to be honest, and it's a break even too! (your opponent lose 2 monsters and get this, while you lose 1 expendable card). Card B is borderline unsummonable, but the wonderful tribute summon effect makes up for it. it is what could make treeborn-less monarch viable, though sadly it still screw the no extra deck clause of Monarch Awaken. Card A's concept is too broken, so I choose B.
Darj
Card A: It's like Lava Golem, except that you don't need to search/draw it. But, unlike Lava Golem who can at least beat things up with 3000 ATK, this monster doesn't help the opponent at all: 2300 DEF is low for a wall, and you can take advantage of its mandatory effect to turn your S/T of choice into a pseudo-Duality. Card B: It is really difficult to Summon because few Level 5s are worth Tribute Summoning, but the effect that supports Tribute Summons makes this card great. The detach effect is fine but, even if you ever get the chance, you shouldn't be summoning this card unless you run another copy or your are going for game; otherwise, you would get rid of the mechanic that most likely impulses your entire deck. I vote for Card B because it supports the overshadowed Tribute Summon mechanic, while Card A is too powerful.
Kwisatz-Haderach
X Someone above me said that is like lava golem...it's true only partly, since golem gets rid of 2-whatever monsters on the field, while this one requires 2 with same level, which quite often will result to be 2 level 4 utility monsters, so it won't be a such a loss.... however level 7 spammer players might fear this card. It has a weird mechanic, a card effect that activates from the extra deck, which is almost a paradox or extremely rare case anyway. So you pop a card of yours to bring this out, probably in atk position, then if the opponent uses a trap\spell it will be changed to some kind of duality... anyway it doesn't look to me like a card that can hurt the opponent Y first of all fits the contest's requirement more realisticly. However even this one has a weird effect activating in the extra deck part. However its effect on the field is very very nice, and is acceptable since requires 2 tribute summoned to get it out...however maybe a 2600-2700 atk would have been more realistic vote Y for overall quality (and because i hate f.m.a.) 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
no rep for voters? It's not mandatory is it? I never rep for votes, ever. It's just that I think reps should be for funny/entertaining posts and I keep it as such.

Admiral_Stalfos19
Well, I'm not really much of a rep giver either. Unless I'm expected to give a rep, I'll save it for people who help me personally. Voting for my cards in one of these contests doesn't count :I
